Anyone fancy a November 30 day shred and 1200 calories?

I’m planning on doing this for November and hopefully shifting some weight and get healthier.
I’ve got other dvds too so might do some Davina or a run/walk if the weather is nice.
I want to eat better and include lots of veg and more water.
Would be good to have other people to chat to about it.

I had a change of DVD for today, and did BFBM instead of shred. I think I'll have a rest day tomorrow.

It all seems to be having an effect - I've lost 3.5 lbs since the start of the month.

Busy week at work for me so little progress for me this past week. Back on it tomorrow though.

I'm off to do L1D6. I did L4 on Fri and L5 on Sat and took a day off yesterday. I wore a skirt on Sat night that I had never worn before because it was always a bit too tight so I was very pleased with that.

I've had 4 rest days due to social commitments and family stuff Blush Had to really force myself to do L2D8 tonight as I'm now only 2.5 weeks away from my uber holiday and I just can't see how keeping going is going to get me proper results I can really see.

It's weird, I can see my silhouette is neater when I look in the mirror, but my clothes don't seem and looser. I want to wear a particular dress next Thursday which I last tried on 3 weeks ago and I don't think it's wearable even after all the shredding. I can't see myself losing the inches I'll need to lose to make it wearable in a week.

I thought my expectations were reasonable and I would get good results. But I don't think I am Sad

Well done all of you who are going strong.
I’ve been rubbish with the shred but have been running.
Food has been ok but I need to be stricter with 1200 cals. I’m not that tall so I can’t get away with too much.

I'm at L1D8. Took a much needed rest day yesterday. Hopefully I'll finish level 1 at the weekend. It felt harder today than day 6 and day 7 for some reason.

I had an unplanned rest day yesterday. I had to force myself to exercise this evening, but I did it. Well I did NMTZ anyway - couldn't cace the shred!

I'm done with Level 1! My legs and arms we aching last night after L9 but I felt OK this morning and I think I'll enjoy the weekend more now that L10 is off my list of things to do.

Can I join you? I'm having a panic about the fact that it's five weeks until Christmas and I still haven't lost the 7lbs I put on last Christmas. My clothes have been uncomfortable all year but won't actually fit if I put any more weight on so I need to lose something now as otherwise I won't be able to eat over Christmas.
I weigh 10st 12, am only 5' 4", am 40 and have PCOS so weight tends to cling to me but I've done myself no favours by eating far too many carbs & sugar recently. I want to be 10st 4 by the week before Christmas. Wildly optimistic but let's give it a go!
I ran 5k yesterday and have just done L1D1 30DS. The Shred really hurt. I have eaten obscene amounts on both days.

I'd like to join you too! I started the shred a couple of weeks ago but stopped after the 2nd time. Blush Progress pics online are amazing! Have been trying to stick to 1200 cals for a week or so now.

Hello to the new people. I'm up to L2D1 of the shred and am definitely toning but I need to eat less to see a real difference I think. I'm going seriously back on the no eating after 6 on weekdays from today. I'm going to add in 15 minutes hula hooping in the evenings as well.

No Shred today but I did do an hour's Zumba class and will do some sit ups and push ups before going to bed in a minute.
Food was OK. Probably haven't had enough water.

It’s a salad bowl made up with different bits. There are loads of ideas and recipes. if you google. They’re called Buddha bowls too and are really satisfying and nourishing.

Chocolate rice cakes
2 clementines
Roast chicken, roasties, carrots & sweetcorn
