Well done everyone. Diet-wise, I'm doing low carb which I know works successfully for me so long I can stick to it (which clearly I can't all the time, hence being on this thread).
So after feeling victorious yesterday having found it not horrific, I was weirdly dreading Level 2 Day 3 this evening and really had to force myself. It was a lot harder, though I did up my weights on two of the strength moves (the ones with rowing arms). However, I was feeling quite tired and because my calves were really sore again today, I swapped all the high impact cardio with deep squats and boxing (one session with 1.5k weights).
I'm finding all the planking difficult but weirdly easier to do the Natalie moves on some of the exercises than doing the Anita moves. I think whereas Anita's feet movement are quite controlled so I really focus on how much my shoulders are killing me, Natalie's are in motion so I'm focussing on not falling on my face so much.
And those bastard ab plank things at the end make me want to throw up and collapsing on the floor when it's done is the Best Feeling Ever.
L2D4 tomorrow, then I have to have 2 rest days due to commitments on Sunday and Monday evenings. Hoping I can push myself to go hard tomorrow knowing I'll have two glorious days off!
Keep it up everyone. Your are stroooooong. This is eeeeeeasy for you!
