Hi everyone, here we are with out 4th thread.
I really can't believe just how well everyone is doing.

Joash 12lb loss in 6 days. That's fantastic. I'm like you, i also have a cheese weakness!!!

hercules1 8lb loss in 6 days. Brilliant.
You don't have to wait until you reach goal before you eat food again.
There are lots of food plans to choose from.
Have you tried FIBRE 89? helps you if you do get constipated.

catsmother I cannot believe that you've lost another 5.5lbs this week.
You are an inspiration to all of us.

gtimama 1st 1lb in 2 weeks is a great loss.

michaelad How are you getting on with day 4?
You can have the berry powder in the first week.
Theres also an orange powder as well. I didn't like this as much!

Thelittlesoldiersmummy How fantastic must you feel losing 22lb in a week?
That has to be the most i've ever heard of.
Well done you.

Sorry that i've not mentioned everyone, but i'd be here all day if i did that.

I've been doing this diet for 13 weeks now and have lost 38lbs and 1/4 oz.
My next weigh in is on wed as my CDC has been away on hol.

Have tried to be good, but also caved in a few times with the kids easter eggs!!!!

michaelad That is brilliant so well done I have now lost 1 and 1/2 stones but am still in my size 28s but not long before I am in a size smaller too Keep it up everyone we can do it wouldnt it be brilliant if we all had a christmas meet up all us skinnys together lol

catsmother · 12/04/2007 22:58

I down my shakes in one ..... you sip nice drinks to savour their flavour. Enough said.

fussymummy · 12/04/2007 23:13

It'd be great to all meet up at some point.
We'd all have to take a before photo with us so we could compare the loss.

I've now lost 26" from all over, and 43lbs.

Have gone down 3 sizes in clothes as well!

I don't mind the shakes, well some of them!

Only found the tomato soup bearable for the first week, but now i don't have any soups, just shakes and bars.

Most of the bars are ok as well.

I'm not as keen on the toffee and the caramel as i used to be!

goodness fussymummy - 26 inches!!!!!!! Is that thighs and arms as well as bust/waist/hips or just b/w/h? DD2 commented yesterday that she can hold her hands round my waist now when she cuddles me which is nice.

michaelad · 13/04/2007 09:18

26inches!! Unbelievable..that must feel so good!
Yes, am definitely all in favour of a meet up at some point this year or early next year. It would be great to finally see you all plus it would give me an excuse to get away from the kids

hercules1 · 13/04/2007 09:48

I think I'm going to just get shakes and bars this time too. I made crisps out of the oriental chilli last night and had to really force it down.

michaelad · 13/04/2007 10:00

you're realling selling them to us, Hercules! LOL..will not even try them then!

michaelad · 13/04/2007 10:00

really even...

fussymummy · 13/04/2007 19:40

ShrinkingViolet thats sweet of your DD to say that.

My kids put their arms round me to measure how far they can reach.

Makes me laugh when they realise they can get their fingers to touch!!!

Yes the 26" is all over.
Have lost:
3" off bust
5.5" off waist
7.5" off hips
2" off each upper arm
3" off each thigh

Does feel good to get rid of it all!!

Can't wait for the next lot to go now!!!

We could all meet up somewhere central to us all if thats possible!

Could all stay in a travel lodge or hotel somewhere.

Would give us all a night away from the kids and an excuse to have a fun night out as well.

OP posts:
michaelad · 13/04/2007 20:15

Sounds like a plan, fussymummy

See what happens..it'll be several months before some of us might be ready to meet up..but we'll just keep mentioning it from time to time and then people can decide nearer to the time.

fussymummy · 13/04/2007 20:48

I need a night out!

Maybe we should all say where we live so we could work out a central point for the future.

I live in Buckinghamshire

Essex

michaelad · 13/04/2007 21:10

Oh fussy..have I forced you to look at the pics on my profile yet?

fussymummy · 13/04/2007 21:35

No you haven't, but i just did!
I'm soooo nosey.
You have two lovely boys.
You look lovely as well.
I can't remember but how much do you want to lose?

hercules1 · 13/04/2007 22:22

Second weigh in tomorrow.

Had to watch everyone else eat scotch eggs at a picnic today and I love scotch eggs.

luciemule · 13/04/2007 23:08

Uh oh - weighed myself this morning and it said bang on 11 stone (whey hey thought I) but then nibbled on crap (mainly chocolate) throughout the day - whoops.
Back on the wagon tomorrow though- going home to Somerset tomorrow and then DH comes home in 10 days from Afghanistan so I will be very busy tidying the house etc (to make him think I've coped really well for the last 5 months!!!) so hopefully will not be tempted anymore!

hercules1 · 14/04/2007 10:47

I have lost the grand total 1 pound this week .

I haven't cheated once, drank lots of water apart from yesterday.

I can feel and see I've lost something but the scales say otherwise. My cdc didn't have much of an explanaion either.

I've been really active this week as well.
I could have stuffed myself on slimming world and lost more.

She only sold me 4 bars as well as she said as they have more calories than a drink, it's best not to have one each day.

joash · 14/04/2007 11:20

Hi you lot - been away for a week. My FIL died last weekend, so rushed upto yorkshire and bang went the diet.
Back home for a few days until the funeral next week - so starting back on sole source from today.

joash · 14/04/2007 11:21

GOD - that sounded so flippant...not that way at all

michaelad · 14/04/2007 11:50

Oh Hercules, just must be pretty gutted! Tbh, I don't expect much weight loss this week either..haven't really cheated but do not drink enough at the moment..plus I'm waiting for my period to kick in. But please don't cave in now..you will lose more soon and let's not forget the inch loss too.
fussy, yes, especially ds2 does cute really well. 4st would get me to BMI 25 (and 11st) and best part of one is already gone.. bear in mind the photo on my profile was before I had both of my kids (was 3 months pregnant then and weighed 13st.)
joash so sorry to hear about your loss There are things that are more important than diets...How are you doing?
Lucie You must be dying to see hubby again!! And well done for managing life, kids and a pretty extreme diet all on your own!!

joash · 14/04/2007 12:15

Thanks michaelad - I'm fine. My FIL would have gone potty had he known, I'd blown the diet on his behalf. Loved him to bits and he'd have been so pleased that I'm finally in the right frame of mind to do this.

michaelad · 14/04/2007 12:20

It's sad to have someone pass away before something "important" happens, isn't it? Both my Grandparents and my father never got to meet my husband or see their children. And they would have been over the moon..

michaelad · 14/04/2007 12:21

their grandchildren, great grandchildren..ykwim

michaelad · 14/04/2007 12:23

my mum's the only one left on my side of the family..everyone else has passed away from cancer. And my mum has been in treatment for skin cancer for several years now but she's doing really well!

catsmother · 14/04/2007 16:11

Hercules, I have had a couple, maybe even 3, weigh-ins where I "only" lost 2lbs (despite not cheating) or worse, nothing at all. At the time, it made me feel somewhat "cheated" myself, because I knew from past experience that I could have lost 2lbs by actually eating food (albeit low fat, low calorie stuff).

However, there were also subsequent weeks where I lost 5lbs .... almost like my body was catching up with itself or something.

Joash - sorry about your FIL.
