With 15 weeks untill the beginning of December I'm aiming to lose 1 pound a week. First weigh in tomorrow - anyone want to join me?

I'm joining...I am 16 stone and just got back onto mfp! I need to eat less butter! less carbs but not low carb. I weigh in on Mondays.

I'm low carb not no carb too. My hormones go crazy (well crazier than usual!) on no carb.

I bought 30 day shred for £4.99 on Amazon Instant video getabloominmoveon. I travel a lot for work as well and I think it will be fine to do in a hotel room. You don't need that much space really. You do need hand weights and ideally a yoga mat but you could fudge it with a towel and a couple of water bottles if needed.

I used to do better in the school holidays but that's when the dc were younger and it was running round the park etc. Now they like cinema and other less active things. Though dd1 and I went bowling yesterday.

I go to a fitness class a few times a week and have increased my membership to unlimited for the holidays. So I,m getting lots of exercise. Mon clubbercise. Tues zumba. Wed dance fit. Thurs zumba toning. Fri zumba gold and clubbercise.

But I'm eating badly. I do well when I limit carbs, skip breakfast, eat healthy salad or soup for lunch and have a sensible dinner.
I've got used to eating sweet treats again (lots of end of term chocs) and need to ditch that habit too.

Hey can I join! Have lost 1 and a half stone since January, on and off but its very slow going and I've really slowed down lately and have a lot more to go. So this might be what I need to get back on track again!
This morning was 13stone3. Would be so happy if I could lose a stone or so before Christmas!
Have realised its all about continuing to make slow progress, so that I don't lose masses in a frenzy then put it all on again. I do weigh every day as it helps to keep me on track, so I'm at least maintaining the weight loss if not losing.

I weigh exactly 230lb this morning and am a size 14/16 (let's be honest, I'm more of a 16 in non stretchy things)

My goal weight for Christmas is 215lb, a lb a week. At that weight I am comfortably a 12/14 and buying jeans is much less stressful!

I think my problem is that I'm very hourglass shaped so even at my current weight I still look proportional if that makes sense? However at 30 I can't really get away with being this fat any more if only from a health perspective. I'd also like to reduce the csection belly a bit as my stomach has always been nice and flat pre kids - any ideas that aren't surgery? Confused

Can I join? I weighed this morning and I'm 9st 4.2. I'm 5ft 2 and carry everything on my boobs and tummy so I feel bigger than I am. I've joined a gym and have a personal trainer once a week so I'm hoping to get down to 8st 8lbs by Christmas but PT has said not to focus so much on the scales as I'm mostly weight-training over cardio so instead he wants me to focus on measurements and fitting into an outfit that either doesn't fit now or is a bit tight. I can't ditch the scales completely, I'm a bit obsessed weigh in daily

Diet is what I need to get control of. I love wine but have cut down to just drinking a 200ml bottle of prosecco if I'm out during the week. Trying not to drink at home but will probably fail over the weekend. I'm meal planning, working on portion control and stopping snacking.

Today:
B - 2 hard boiled eggs
L - cheese salad sandwich (DH made it so I can't moan too much. I'd have preferred just a salad)
D - pork fillet cooked in a chinese style sauce with egg fried rice. All home made so a bit of a "fakeaway"
S - I have chicken satay for a snack if I want it after lunch.
Few cups of tea and aiming for 1lt of water. I tend to drink at least one glass of full fat milk a night so I want to cut that out too.
I'll go to the pub tonight for an hour so will just have a little bottle of prosecco. Won't drink at home.
No gym today but I'll go early tomorrow morning as haven't been since Weds.

Haha knope no I'm 5'4, 230lb and that's not a typo, I make a lot of my own clothes and I'm a standard dressmaking 14/16. no one has ever guessed my weight correctly, I'm just very dense I guess Grin At my lowest adult weight I was 145lb and a size 8. Like I said above, I'm very curvy and don't really have a belly (just massive rugby legs and big boobs and bum Grin)

I'm Peri menopausal and my shape has altered - I'm all boobs (35ff:() and my waist is thickening

I have a complete hour glass figure, however much I weigh I have a 10 inch difference between my bust and hips and my waist, I still need to be a few stone lighter though 😬

We've gone geocache hunting today so have had a good walk in the sunshine so that's something. All food planned or again and whilst my kids where scoffing biscuits, I munched on my banana.

Can I join? I swear it is the wine making me fat. That and all the food I eat after a couple of glasses.

I want to be back to my fighting weight by Christmas. Plan to do MFP and gym seriously.

Also, I was at my most shiny and thinnest when I was vegan. I don't want to, but eschewing the meat/dairy might be what's needed for me.

I have been mostly good today. Skipped breakfast, lunch was small amount bread, cheese and salad, dinner paella, but did also have half a brownie and dark choc.
Also went geocaching today with the kids Titsalina, and found a cache you could get inside! So had a decent walk at any rate. I should be able to be really good over this weekend (brownies all been eaten now)
