Hurrah, well done Quim and Hairspray! I did at the triple mistake - I guess it's easy to forget when you've lost a massive two stone (!!) in 9 months. Must be a bit like your age going backwards or something. (I never had this problem because I never really admitted to myself that my weight had gone up in the first place )

I would be delighted if September saw me around 12st 4 for more than 2 days in succession. i would really feel I was moving down then

September's a bit like that, isn't it? It can make you feel all inspired and invigorated. Does me, anyway.

I'll be happy to end August more or less where I started it; last Friday I had a disappointing weigh-in saying I was 100g up after an Angel Week so I was in a grump; but it was the BMI machine in my local Boots, and I don't really trust it, it's buggy and Out of Order half the time and I always seem to have disappointing weigh-ins there, so I decided to disregard it and try again this week on another machine. This week hasn't been angelic as the weekend continued into Monday, but I'm feeling positive!

Yes! I love September, it feels like a fresh start.

I haven't done my end of the month weigh in, planning to do that on saturday morning. I'm hoping to have lost something, anything this month!

I hate September. It signals the decline into darkness poor weather and sodding christmas

I quite like autumn and winter if it's cold and dry. I prefer the clothes for a start! I've got two lovely coats that I've bought, I need some boots and jeans but money's a bit tight as I've had to buy the girls school things and it's their birthdays in October too. And then the C word!

I hate the darkness. It makes me depressed.

There is such a thing as bad weather when you can't afford public transport whilst out of work and have to rely on a bike.

No I get that Nikki. It was meant light heartedly.

As much as I love summer to a degree I also love the cosieness of winter.

I actually find myself getting scared at this time of year. I know what's coming 😐

Up 2lbs this month and just eaten loads of chocolate
