Hello new thread. Place marking.

HairsprayBabe Sat 01-Jul-17 07:18:22

Morning all 10.5 this morning so a 1lb total loss for June for me 😂 but better than a gain!

July has to be better as I go on holiday at the start of August and I would like to be able to eat a lot while we are there ha!

lastqueenofscotland Sat 01-Jul-17 07:54:54

Great new thread!

Dyrne Sat 01-Jul-17 08:26:44

Hello all, jumping on board again. Was on one of the previous months threads but fell off the wagon.

Am now ready to try again! I lost 3 stone a year ago but have been floating around losing and gaining the same half stone for the last year - time to knuckle down and try to shed these last two stone for good!

Doing Calorie counting using MFP as I know that works when I actually stick to it ; plus have just finished Week 3 of Couch to 5K.

Weighed in this morning at 69.1kg.

Stellar67 Sat 01-Jul-17 09:40:21

Hi all, hi Dyrne. I remember you from the diet cheese threads with brains and pippi.

It's going to be a bad weekend. Birthday cake and takeaway.

NikiBabe Sat 01-Jul-17 09:48:13

Ive stayed at 10.4 so that's 2lbs for the month.

BitOutOfPractice Sat 01-Jul-17 09:54:51

I was actually 3.7 down in June. No idea how!

Starting July with a weekend away. More birthday celebrations next weekend. Away the weekend after then off on hols with the kids. July is looking dodgy really!

Hello Dyrne. You're the same weight as me exactly! How tall are you? I can't imagine being 8 stone something!

Hi everyone. 3 3/4 pounds off in June and just like BOOP no idea how (And can't really see a difference).

Some difficult days coming up in July with planned meals out, birthdays etc but hoping for 4 Linda's off, a few Golden days and one Angel Week.

Best of luck to us all in lovely July.

Dyrne Sat 01-Jul-17 10:26:08

Hi Stellar I remember you too! Birthday cake and takeaway sounds yum, Just be ready to get back on it on Monday!

BOOP I'm a short arse - only 5ft3. I've got another stone to lose to get in the Healthy BMI and then would like to lose another stone or so to get comfortably in the zone.

keeponkeepinon Sat 01-Jul-17 10:48:21

Hello July slenderistas! spellcheck just corrected slenderistas to 'slender is task' - very appropriate for once!
Last whole month before holidays so going to have to really nail this one. I am aiming for a full halfer. starting with a boozy bbq tonight
Koko!

Squiffy01 Sat 01-Jul-17 11:06:29

Yay new thread! Well done on the losses so far, even if you don't know how they happened. I managed to get off some of the holiday gain and am -1.9 Linda's for June. I'm so sick of losing and gaining! Will happen again this month too as I'm off to afternoon tea this afternoon, dinner out on Wednesday and also a week in Italy at the end of the month.
I will try my best until then though!

BitOutOfPractice Sat 01-Jul-17 13:12:32

Paws re you saying you can't see a difference, some pounds seem to show more than others don't they? Sometimes people comment that I've lost weight when I haven't. Odd isn't it?

Can I join? A bit down in the dumps after following my plan perfectly this week and not losing a single ounce. 5ft6, 11st and attempting to lose a stone.

BitOutOfPractice Sat 01-Jul-17 18:16:06

You're very welcome Whats. Sometimes there is no rhyme or reason to this weight loss malarkey

Checking in slenderistas!

3lbs gone in June. 11 stone exactly. 5'6 too what's!

Holiday month and several social things. Would like a few Linda's to disappear!

Skyayr Sat 01-Jul-17 21:24:26

Evening All flowers

Wondering if I can join please? Have been lurking (and trying to lose weight!) for ages, losing the same half stone over and over. Finally decided enough is enough & a nice friendly bunch like yourselves will hopefully give me some accountabilitysmile

I've done almost a week of the BSD which I'm getting used to. I think the low carb aspect suits me (I also have an under active thyroid).

So, heres my stats;

Start weight (1st July)
12st 3lbs

Goal Weight
10st

Now pretty determined to get with the programme and sort myself outgrin I've got a wedding in Sept and would really like to be able to feel lovelysmile.

Whatsername17 Sat 01-Jul-17 21:51:00

Thanks for the welcome. Fingers 4s crossed for a better week!

poorpaws Sat 01-Jul-17 22:56:46

BOOP I honestly thought I had lost nothing in June and was astounded when I saw I had. I've been up and down like a whores draws all month. Hopefully we will all lose in July and be able to bloody tell.

NSV - I tucked my t-shirt into my skirt today (only for a dog walk so not important if it looked bad,), but I've been wearing them over my skirt for years to cover my bump (not pregnancy bump 😂).

Happy slender July to everyone.

poorpaws Sat 01-Jul-17 22:57:53

Welcome What and sky- you'll love it here!

Titsywoo Sat 01-Jul-17 23:00:01

Hi,

I started the year well with a 21 pound loss but then stalled from 1st April so 3 months maintaining blush. I've got 3 stone to go so had better get a move on!

Start weight: 13st 7
Goal weight: 10st 7

Howlongtillbedtime Sat 01-Jul-17 23:01:51

I'm here and I mean business this month ( once I sober up and stop eating veggy crisps - the beetroot ones are so good they can't be bad surely ? )

DrMadelineMaxwell Sun 02-Jul-17 00:10:33

13.5.4 today. Lost nearly 7lb in the 3 weeks in June cal counting.
Onwards and downwards. I have several social events and a holiday at the end of July, so any loss in the next 3 weeks will be welcome.
