Weekends should be band.

I am an emotional eater. I am very emotional. 😞

HairsprayBabe · 20/08/2017 10:06

Bad day yesterday, involving chocolate and pizza 😨😵😱
Not weighing this morning, back on it today, just had lowcarb pancakes

ponygirlcurtis · 20/08/2017 11:33

How's your new place last? All that packing and unpacking will have burned loads of calories!

Hope you are doing OK Soft. The emotional eating is hard going, I know, feels like a vicious circle sometimes. Don't be too harsh on yourself. Flowers

They sound lovely Hairspray, how do you make them?

HairsprayBabe · 21/08/2017 07:53

Bad weekend 10.10...

Just kept nibbling and snacking all day on Sunday, wasn't even hungry it was just there!

Fast day today BPC to start and having baked aubergine salad for dinner.

BitOutOfPractice · 21/08/2017 09:42

Hello all! Remember me? I used to be regularly around these parts

Well I'm back from a fabulous weeks camping in Holland. And a weekend celebrating my niece's 21st. I've stepped back in the scales and I am 7lbs heavier than my lowest. That's for a whole summer of continual over indulgence so I'm not too horrified. I hope to get that off by the end of September. Then push on for another 10lbs by Christmas. I think that's do-able.

Back on it today. Food planned and gym visit scheduled.

I am BOOP hear me roar! Grin

And after rudely barging in I'll go and read back now

Aww pebbles I hope you're ok. I am sending you a big, calorie free squeeze.

Hello MrBloom one way to curb the carbs is to measure / weigh your rice or pasta or potatoes and then realise just how large your portions were.

Now I'm back I can't STFU.

If you need a WW-based laugh, you must read the captions for these old recipe cards. It's made me laugh so much

Hi Slenderistas

back from holiday yesterday, had a fab time and drank a heap of rose wine and the odd beer or two. Tried to eat healthy and small but we did share a cheese plate every night. had poached eggs (with a waffle and sausageBlush) in the morning and avoided lunch most days. No daytime booze and plenty of swimming and walking and aqua gym. Only made it to the hotel gym once and did no running....Sad

Weighed in this morning at 12st 9 1/4 so up about 3 Lindas for the2 weeks which I don't think is too badSmile

lasty yes I'm in Scotland, very gray compared to last 2 weeks in sunny TenerifeSad

niki hope you enjoyed trip up here

NikiBabe · 21/08/2017 10:33

Luke warm response from hot pt.

Oh fuck him.

Will give up totally.

NikiBabe · 21/08/2017 10:33

Hi Scottish slenderistas.

Am still here. On a train headed for Edinburgh as I type. So excited!

BitOutOfPractice · 21/08/2017 10:58

Pick yourself up a nice be-kilted Ediburgh lad Niki. Fuck the PT.

Hello TV sounds like a great break and I'd say that's a very respectable gain. Well done

thanks BOOP I am not overly upset by 3 and a bit Lindas

Have fun Niki , Edinburgh is so busy during festival but I love it, picked my holidays at a bad time and won't be going at all this year. I'm just about to book long weekend there for the Autumn.

NikiBabe · 21/08/2017 11:09

I havent been here since I was a child. My mum is Scottish so I guess I am too really.

So excited to see Edinburgh again.

NikiBabe · 21/08/2017 11:10

Anything to look out for during the festival today or just see the main sights?

TVHubbyClaire · 21/08/2017 11:36

I would head for the mile, heaps going on there and probably get a guide and see which shows have had good reviews,
To be honest I just love the atmosphere and enjoy walking around if its not rainingSmile

Stellar67 · 21/08/2017 12:03

The mile is jam packed. Loads of security measures. (Which I found really saddening).
I would download the fringe app. And be in plenty of time for any shows. Wear comfy shoes. I like the Pleasance, but there are shoes everywhere.

Stellar67 · 21/08/2017 12:04

Shows! Not shoes! 👠

TVHubbyClaire · 21/08/2017 12:08

Oh dear, I've never really seen security being a big issue on the mile, always busy but thats been part of the experience for us, I guess it shouldnt be unexpected in today's climate

I totally agree with the comfy shoes tip Smile

Stellar67 · 21/08/2017 12:51

It was busier than ever when we went this year TV. It's the 70th year which may be an attraction. I used to live in the Grassmarket and so used to it too.

We're all going on a slimmer holiday! 7lbs or bust in August!
Stellar67 · 21/08/2017 12:52

That's not a good picture reflecting the busyness. GrinWe couldn't see the anti ramming barriers for people.

TVHubbyClaire · 21/08/2017 12:59

That's a bit different to my visits in recent years, all good fun though Niki, don't let a few people stop you having funSmile

pebbles hope you are feeling a bit better today...I had a great holiday thanksSmile

Stellar67 · 21/08/2017 13:16

Oh yes, sorry! Still excellent atmosphere. Friendly and fun :-)

QuimReaper · 21/08/2017 13:18

Welcome back BOOP, "lees and TV*!

QuimReaper · 21/08/2017 13:20

Oops, hit Post too soon - and welcome MrBloom! I agree with weighing carbs, I didn't realise how huge my pasta portions were until I did Blush

TVHubbyClaire · 21/08/2017 13:22
