73 days to lose a stone, surley I can do this.

So as the title says I want to lose a stone for my up comming holiday.

I am 4ft 10 and as of this morning i weigh 10st 2lbs. I carry most of my weight around my tummy but i think it also shows on my face.

My plan is to use MFP to track 1200 calories a day. Use my new cross trainer everyday and also walk the legs of my lovely dog lol.

I do have fibromyalgia though so i know some days are going to be hard but i determined to do this.

Thankfully i have this week off wprk sp i cam plan all my meals.

I plan to only weigh myself on a Sunday morning.

Measured today. I went from being 70.4 kg to 68.5.

So that's 3 point something lbs.

Lunches ham salad or chicken salad and dinners small amount of carbs (potatoes). I would avoid the harm because you would have had bacon. Have more chicken as they are less in calories when it's just chicken and not added with more things.

Ate terribly this weekend, absolutely disgusting! McDonald's AND a curry and pudding last night Blush

Just made a healthy pasta though and me and DP are going to the gym. I've told him to kick me up the arse if he sees me lagging! Shock

Well done on the losses guys! Let's keep going! I've decided to do my weighing day on a Sunday too :)

Missmoohoo might make a ham omolette for breakfast and chicken salad for lunch and only have bacon for breakfast every few days.

Although i went to the shops today the bulk of my shopping won't come till tomorrow so not sure what's in for lunch tomorrow as i don't have chicken.

Anyway no carbs so far today. Dinner is ham veg and roast potatoes but i will only have 2. Supper will be yoghurt and apple.

I fell off the wagon a bit last night - had been relatively good all weekend, even while staying with my parents which is haaaard. They always have lovely food and cakes all of the time!

Last night though I had a massive chunk of whole nut, a kipling's apple pie, some crisps, a glass of wine and a jam doughnut.
Ffs.
Didn't even have the nerve to put it in MFP!

Ah well. Every day is a new start.
Back on track today.

Dd is testing my patience today I feel like stuffing my face with chocolate. She has ruined what could have been a lovely day.

Hopefully, posting about it will help me not do it.

Well I imagine I will have lost this week: have spent last 36 hours in hospital with suspected severe kidney infection and likely to be here for at least another day. Didn't eat anything yesterday and could only stomach some of the awful hospital food. Trying to look at the positives of the situation!!! Not quite the way I wanted to lose weight but hey ho!!

In my defence, last night I had spag Bol, but substituted pasta for a fuckload of salad...

Milleniumhandandprawn don't beat yourself up too much we all slip and have a junk day. At least the run up to yesterday was good.

Justnowthisone i now want pizza. I bet it was lovely.

So today hasn't been too bad and infact MFP says if i eat like this everyday for the next 5 weeks i will weigh 9st 1lb (which would be fab).

So the no carbs didn't happen as mondays are more difficult day at work to eat healthier. So b/fast was 2 milk loaf round toasted. L was 2 mini wraps with ham cheese and tomato. Dinner was steak and a pile of veg - no carbs Grin. Supper greek yoghurt, melon and apple.

Feeling very pleased with myself. Long may it continue.

Seriously considering giving up today, scales are saying another gain. It's like I put on 2lb if I even sniff a digestive biscuit.

I go on holiday in 5 weeks. I've had to buy size 14 dresses (nothing wrong with size 14, btw!) but with me being small it makes me look more a size 20.

Argh! Feel like stuffing my face with dominos pizza.

Am good, I seem to be doing ok - am just aiming to maintain this week as have had a couple of big losses - at least partially due to illness.

Had a work lunch today which was tapas, think it was ok (aside from the wine!) as mainly had the meat and salady stuff.

fuck diet don't give up!! I'm sure you have already but have you tried upping your water intake to unreasonable levels? I always find that if I'm full of water I don't graze so much and after a few days it flushes a load of water retention out.

Maybe worth a try

Fuck diet please don't give in. I know it's hard are u sure your scales are acurate? I place mine on the exact same spot if i don't they can show a 2 _ 3lb difference (i move them to the correct point and weigh again and it's dropped).

Millenium i have a full day and night work think on Friday so not holding out much hope of a loss but a maintain will do (but praying for a loss lol).

So still sticking to 1200 in fact most days just under. Have reduced carb intake but still having some. I find i am starving if i don't.

I think i will weigh myself friday morning to give me an idea if this weeks food intake has made a differrence.

I'm back guys! I've finished sulking and I'm back on the dieting. Breakfast was a protein shake, lunch was chicken fajitas out of the Lean In 15 recipe book.

millenium you could be right, I try to drink a litre a day although sometimes don't manage any at all!

cheese I think they're right, I have WW ones I purchased recently and some old school style Ines which show roughly the same.

How's everyone else getting on? I'm off to the gym now. Not sure what dinner will be yet but I'll be having a small amount of carbs.

You've inspired me to up my water as well - I'm aiming for 2l per day as am breastfeeding. The more the better I figure!

I had another business lunch today, had a salad though so hopefully all good. The glass of wine was smaaall!

cheese if you can stick to that I reckon you'll be really on course by Friday - that's fantastic going :)

I'm still in hospital....can't seem to figure out what's wrong other than it's some sort of super virus. Hopefully going home later.

If I've been through all this and still haven't lost anything I won't be happy!

I think I have been a bit lazy this week. I had a curry yesterday 😩 good portion too. I will get back to it from tomorrow. Not very high hopes for Sunday.

Finally out of hospital. Had nasty kidney infection but hopefully on the mend. Not managed to stand upright to weigh yet but just going to concerned on getting better and not worry to much about anything else.

So weigh in this morning. 9st 13lb 😀 so really pleased the scale dropped to 9st 12lb but settled on 13lb so the aim this week is to lose 2lbs.

Breakfast was scarambled egg and bacon. Dinner is chicken hot pot and soup. No idea for lunch yet.

Well done @cheese.

I did better than I thought. I had chocolate truffle yesterday (I blame Dh for this) and pasta bake with tuna, cheese, peas and sweat Corn.

This week I have only lost 1kg.( around 2lb.) from 68 to 67.
I am now 10.5 the aim now is to get to 10. My jeans should fit by then.
