73 days to lose a stone, surley I can do this.

So as the title says I want to lose a stone for my up comming holiday.

I am 4ft 10 and as of this morning i weigh 10st 2lbs. I carry most of my weight around my tummy but i think it also shows on my face.

My plan is to use MFP to track 1200 calories a day. Use my new cross trainer everyday and also walk the legs of my lovely dog lol.

I do have fibromyalgia though so i know some days are going to be hard but i determined to do this.

Thankfully i have this week off wprk sp i cam plan all my meals.

I plan to only weigh myself on a Sunday morning.

Enjoyed pole, hurt a lot though! Blush

Fell off the wagon a tiny bit, slipping in a few occasional treats when I'm starving which I shouldn't be! Haven't been to the gym today either.

Still ate a relatively healthy breakfast though, I had eggs, avacado on slices of ham which was nice. I didn't have anything for lunch and now having a weight watchers meal.

Scales are showing a 1lb loss Grin

Had a blurgh day. Fibro playing up. All i have eaten today is toast, scrambled egg and 2 rashers of bacon.

When my fibro plays up i just don't have the energy to cook or eat. Still means i have lots of calories to use up so thinkning of having a wrap followed by yoghurt and fruit.

Tomorrow is a new day (and all that guff lol).

Milleniumhandandprawn i hope you make it through your danger time you've done well today.

FuckDietCoke if it hurts it must be working. Great news that you're a 1lb down.

Can I join too please ladies. Mortified into losing weight after DH's aunt asked me if I was expecting again (I'm not and DS is 2.5 Confused) All my weight goes on my belly and must admit I look about 5 months pg. Looking to loose about a stone too.

Have been at my parents today so running the gauntlet of endless cakes and biscuits but been good so far but it's so hard......!

Is anyone trying groups such as slimming world or just sticking to support on here?

When I glanced at the title i read it as 73 stone to lose at first. At least it's only a stone!

Hi maxiflump1. My youngest is 12 and although no one has asked me i sometimes think i look pregnant. Really wiah my weight would spread itself about abit lol.

Breakfast has been had. 1 egg scrambled and to rashers of bacon (no fat).

Not sure whats for other meals today yet.

No idea about food here either - left the house in a rush so haven't brought lunch with me.... I've got an apple and a cuppa soup. Which isn't going to last me!

Think I need to up my protein. Have been dreaming about steaks.

Morning guys, total fail yesterday with end of year night out, all the wine drunk and meal out, but knew it wouldn't be a good night for weight loss so just got it out the way. Seen pictures and just so down about how chubby I look - my face looks enormous. However on the plus side I'm hungover today which stops me eating and luckily I'm not one of those who craves carbs after a night out so should have a low cal day today!!

millenium also having steak for dinner tonight here, think I'll do mushrooms as well with a small amount of blue cheese inside. Grin

Another small loss on the scales today which I'm pleased about. Off to the gym shortly!

Good luck everyone, it's Friday, I normally have a bottle of prosecco and or vodka too. I better get some flavoured water to replace tonight Sad

Do rbreak fast today, I am having
two bacon (200 calories roughly)
Two slices of bread
Two egg omelettes

Will later on have lots of fruits to fill me up.
If I get too hungry I should have something else. Possibly salad with something else.

I will have around 200 calories left.

It's not really fast is it.

I am pretty much done for the day though with calories under a 1000.

It's looks huge but all has been counted for. I could have spread the whole thing out to be honest. I was too hungry in the morning after mostly fruit yesterday (galia melons to be exact because it fills you up but has low calories. A whole melon is about 250-300)

I weighed myself today and it was 70.4 kg. I will tract it from now on.

Today's meal was meant to be lamb burgers. That's out the window.

Yesterday's stakes have been moved to Saturday and it will include avocados and cucumber.

Fingers crossed I survive this week. I need to push through. My toughest time is always the first week.

I am taking vitamins and minerals too, so not worried about being malnourished anytime soon. Grin

  • look into. Another interesting fact is that almonds and macadamias have the lowest carb/protein ratio. Much better than peanuts etc.

I can't go into nuts of any kind. It will be my down fall Grin. Love them too much.

It's not a set menu. I am doing it randomly based on what I eat in the morning.

My favourite is can of baked beens with eggs. That's set for Sunday or Monday for low calories days.
One whole can is less the 300, even if you had two cans, you will still be under 600 and you can include others things you like with it.

Ffs I've just got home from work and DH (who's turn it is to cook) has just announced he can't be bothered so has ordered a Thai! Thing is I'm so bloody hungry after only eating 2 weetabix and a tiny salad! Have promised myself I will only have a small amount..... Confused Hope you are all doing better for will power than me!

Definitely had a naughty dinner last night- chicken fajitas.
No cheese though so not mega bad.

Am going to have a really well behaved day today before tomorrow's official weigh day.

also cutting fingernails, toenails and plucking eyebrows to get rid of any excess weight

Morning. Finished MFP last night on 1,068 calories. Weigh in tomorrow no idea what the scales will say. According to MFP it said in 5 weeks i should weigh 9st 9lb so starting last week at 10st 2lb that would be a lose of 7lb in 6 weeks so just over a 1lb a week. Ideally i wanted to lose 2lb a week.

So anyway this morning i have had scrambled egg and 2 slices of warburton milk round. 163 calories.

Lunch will be yoghurt and fruit and not sure exactly what for dinner but i have taken chicken breasts out of the freezer.

I didn't have the best dinner but I went for a run with DP after so worked some of it off.

Had a meal replacement thing for breakfast as I haven't been shopping. Contemplating going to the gym as we'll be out for dinner and drinks tonight. I should go.

Scales are saying almost 2lb up Hmm

I really want to go out for dinner and drinks but a shouldn't as i will have a carb feast and b need to save my pennies for my holiday.

So sitting her trying to decide on lunch. Think i might have soup and avoid bread with it.

I have been very naughty after a wonderful start.

I had a big banana with a mug of tea and lots of milk.

Went out to the "fair on the green" with Dd and Dh, I have ended up eating three hot doughnuts. I don't know how many calories that is.

Hot doughnuts sound yum. Probably a few calories in them but you had a good start. I would be convincing myself that i had walked plenty around the green to have worked off some of the doughnuts Grin

Dinner for me will be chicken veg and potatoes (only a few though to keep carbs down).
