73 days to lose a stone, surley I can do this.

So as the title says I want to lose a stone for my up comming holiday.

I am 4ft 10 and as of this morning i weigh 10st 2lbs. I carry most of my weight around my tummy but i think it also shows on my face.

My plan is to use MFP to track 1200 calories a day. Use my new cross trainer everyday and also walk the legs of my lovely dog lol.

I do have fibromyalgia though so i know some days are going to be hard but i determined to do this.

Thankfully i have this week off wprk sp i cam plan all my meals.

I plan to only weigh myself on a Sunday morning.

Under calories is a good thing in my book cheese! Well done on good days.

Pretty good day for me, did slip up and eat a dairylea dunker for lunch but just had low cal tea and been to my exercise class so I'm pleased about that (even if half way through I was so ready to give up!!)

Yesterday was good day for me too.
Today is another day.

I eagerly tried on my size ten jeans. They stop under my bum. The aim is to get it above and button. I gained the weight in less than six months. Let's hope this works for me.

am back at work today, still feeling a bit rough around the edges, but much Better than before.
Have got my appetite back a bit which is good. Am going to try and keep the benefits of my unexpected crash diet though.

Well done all for keeping the effort up this week. I've done really well too and feel like I have loads more energy. Might have to do my weigh in on Saturday as off to a party Saturday night and roast out on Sunday Confused Damn weekends!!

Well done maxi - Sounds like a lovely weekend as well!

This weekend is going to be a killer for me too - we're staying with my parents and their fridge is always AWESOME and full of amazing things!

So I might weigh in on Saturday too - I won't be near my scales on Sunday anyway.

I figure, life's got to be fun while dieting so the odd splurge doesn't matter too much - otherwise keeping going is just too hard!

Fell off the wagon the past couple of days. I have a trapped nerve I think in my hip, it's causing me some grief!

I haven't gained anything which is a bonus. Just about to have a jacket potato with tuna (and mayonnaise - oops) Blush

I will attempt a swim later though.

@FuckDietCoke it's not too bad with mayonnaise as long as you are not smothering the potatoes and tuna. Everything in moderation is key.

@maxiflump1 your body is getting used to the new diet. I feel better this week too after last week. The first week is always the worst.

Mine usually is because of sugar withdrawal. I can officially say I have not touched biscuit in a week and half. That's a first for this year.

I had a pizza for lunch ahhhh! Idiot!! Only a small one though and going to basically have salad for tea. Treat day with OH has he works weekends. Going to hit the 30 day shred again tonight so hopefully that'll help.

Ok so I've just spent the last hour chasing 2 year old ds round a soft play centre. Can't seem to find this on my fitness pal (!) but I reckon it must be about 200 calories: I'm knackered!!!

At least 200!! That's definitely a good workout!!

Have just done 30 day shred again and made it through! Healthy tea hopefully makes up for my naughty lunch. I find exercise actually encourages me to eat more healthily

Just walked the dog to get my 10,000 steps in. Going away for the weekend but will keep carbs (and wine) to a minimum and do lots of walking. Well done everyone!

Oooh can I join please! I'm trying to lose a stone by 15th September!! You all sound like you're getting there!

I'm loosely doing slimming world off the membership just on my own. Worked so far.

Today it will be a a tuna pasta salad for lunch (all free) Mango yogurt low fat for snack and a slimming world Iceland ready meal for dinner with piles of veg!

The scales say a 2lb loss! I was expecting a gain as I feel a bit bloated tonight.

MissMoo you're right, everything in moderation. I'm either gorging on carbs or trying to not eat them completely. Didn't do too much harm I don't think Grin

I had a short swim last night but had been pretty active all day. I want to wear a bikini on holiday! That's my motivation right now Halo

I am having stir fry in an hour. I have kept my calories low. Had cornflakes, then tea and then a two nectarines.

So I should be able to eat a good size of stir fry with mainly vegetables. Most likely little noodle. I will see if I can avoid it.

I love swimming because it does make me tired afterwards. Full body workout.

Goodness from me. My jeans needed belt for the waits. The bum hasn't changed. The stomach is flatter. I need to stay positive.

One bad day will send me into eating biscuit and chocolate. I must avoid. Grin

Well done FuckDietCoke on you 2lb loss. Not sure if i will lose anything this week. Forgot my lunch on Thursday so had to get a greggs so 431 calories. The Friday i was running late so no lunch made so had another greggs then went out for dinner with a friend as it was carb overload. Garlic bread, chips and a triple club sandwich Shock

But when i got in yesterday so my new fit bit arrived this will transform me (i really hope lol).

So if I actually move of the sofa i can begin my transformation lol

I weighed in a day early today as am staying with my parents and a) will eat loads and b) not have my scales tomorrow :)
Have lost another 4lbs! As I mentioned the other day though, I've been pretty ill this week and have completely left at my appetite. I'm not expecting any loss for this coming week - and tba o think I'll struggle to maintain.

Today was -

Slimming world synfree recipe beef curry and rice for lunch with lots of veg

Slimming world chips which is basically two potatoes and garlic salt no oil

Two reduced fat sausages 162 cal

Small slice bread 66 cal

Salad

Tons of water and am stuffed

Morning (just). No loss this week still 10st. I think i really need to cut down the carbs. Although i rarley go over 1200 calories most meals have carbs.

So not eaten anything so far but been to the giant american warehouse and bought tons of bacon and lovely ham. Plan is breakfast scarmbled eggs and bacon. Lunches ham salad or chicken salad and dinners small amount of carbs (potatoes). No crackers and cheese for supper Sad just greek yoghurt and fruit. Will see how this effects the resylts next sunday.

Do have a works day out next Friday so need to watch what i eat and drink then.

The low carb meals sounds good!

I haven't had breakfast as i can't stomach food till noon - and will have some reduced fat sausages with low fat coleslaw and piles of veg for lunch now.
