It was all going so well until I ate a magnum at the garden centre FFS!!

leesmum yeah my friend on fb reckons its about that.

FreeNiki · 03/06/2017 17:03

I am going to make a Herculean effort to lose something this month as I gained a pound last month.

Hot PT seems friendlier again. 😍

Been exercising every day again and trying to be better with food. Using my bike instead of the bus.

lastqueenofscotland · 03/06/2017 18:56

Wasn't perfect on food today but not sure either. And had a good workout.

I'll say I broke even.

Softpebbles · 03/06/2017 20:53

14.5k steps today. Happy with that.

leesmum · 04/06/2017 08:42

Morning all, hope everyone's weekend is going well, I only ate about 500 calories yesterday.... until about 8pm when I got the wine and snacks out!! The fitbit weekend warrior challenge is going well and hopefully there'll be a few more joining soon, DM me if anyone wants to link up on Fitbit Smile

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser · 04/06/2017 13:39

Hello all! I am back after a hellish week of nights at work. I actually weighed in on Wednesday and I was still plateauing, but I have been firmly off the wagon since then. Eating really irregularly and unhealthily, getting no exercise. I'm going to aim for a golden week this week, and a weigh in on Friday to see what the damage is.

I just tried the Dukan diet true weight calculator thingy, and apparently the weight I am aiming for is my "true weight", so I guess that is good? Not entirely sure what a true weight is Grin

Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend!

ladylambkin · 04/06/2017 13:48

I'd love to join you all. I started my weight loss plan on 5th Jan at 15 stone 5lbs I'm 5ft 7. I'm down to 13 stone 4 and would love to be 12 stone something by the time I go on holiday on 29th June. 7lbs would just be fantastic

Good luck everyone!

BitOutOfPractice · 04/06/2017 15:13

You're very welcome lambkin (can I call you lambkin? Lady sounded rude!)

Bloody hell the slenderistas on the Fitbit challenge never sit still! Calm down girls! Wink

I've just tried that Dukan true weight calculator thingymajig and it says I am already my true weight. Which is nice

I appeared to be 10.5 on the bathroom scale this morning. Not sure if the boditrax will weigh me at that though.

BitOutOfPractice · 04/06/2017 16:06

Ah Niki the mysteries of boditrax are not for mere mortals like us to understand

Ladies I need to join you!!

I've been lurking since the first thread and have lost and gained the same stone at least twice since then 😳

I'm 5'3 and I'm the heaviest I've ever been at around 11st5. It's all on my stomach, arms and face and I feel like such a slob Sad

I really need to get a grip and lose this weight once and for all. I'm going to weigh tomorrow and post a pic of the scales. Then post the pic every week until I'm back to feeling slim and healthy and happy.

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser · 04/06/2017 18:04

Welcome LadyLambkin and TreysAnatomy! What diets/plans are you both on?

poorpaws · 04/06/2017 20:22

3 3/4 pounds off. Very pleased with that and it's a good start for June. Just half a pound off being my healthy weight now so no doubt it is going to be harder to lose.

Hope everyone has done well this weekend and have a good week.

Treysanatomy · 04/06/2017 20:30

Well done poorpaws

Thanks Spuriouser. At the moment I don't really have much of a plan beyond eating and drinking less!

I'd never been overweight until DD2, since I had her two years ago I've tried so many different diets but each time I quickly revert back to old habits and regain the weight and more.

I think breastfeeding has made it harder to lose the weight but I've pretty much stopped now so can't use that excuse any longer!

I started C25K in Jan and run 5k 3 times a week since I finished. I feel much fitter but haven't lost any weight at all.

I think I just eat too much crap and drink too much beer, cider and wine!

BitOutOfPractice · 04/06/2017 20:40

Paws that's brilliant! Well done! ⭐️

leesmum have finally worked out where to add you 😂 Got an email but wasn't informed on the app. Could you please pass my details onto the others that are doing it?

Haven't caught up on the thread yet was away all weekend with no reception. Had a nice morning at the beach I still have a bit of a giggle when I get to a beach that is stones and not sand.
Pretty bad weekend of eating.
Two huge meals one a pub meal and one a bit roast turkey today. I'm hoping if I'm golden for the rest of the week I can limit the damage.

Hope everyone has had a lovely weekend.

Softpebbles · 05/06/2017 06:34

Morning. Ahh scales flashed 11st 1and settled on 11st 2. So heading in the right direction. Pleased with that for a Monday.

I will see 10's in June.

Squiffy01 · 05/06/2017 07:01

I'm really struggling with what's the point this morning. Over the weekend I have gained 4.5 how the hell is that even possible? Pub meal Saturday night and a home cooked roaat yesterday lunch time everything else was still good eating. If I can't even go away for the weekend without gaining a ridiculous amount why am I even bothering?

BitOutOfPractice · 05/06/2017 07:09

Squiffy stay calm. It's just a blip. Water? Pre period? It'll come off quick too. Keep going. Flowers

10.13
+8lbs over the weekend (including Friday) although I drank everything in the world on Saturday and only ate carbs and cheese yesterday!

Hoping a fast day will knock a few lbs on the head, will have to be golden for at least a week to fix this... bollocks!

Hairspray it won't be a real 8 pounds don't panic.

I had a horror show yesterday. Aiming to really go for it for the next four weeks.

kaytee87 · 05/06/2017 10:59

Morning all,

Been struggling to do my morning exercise the last week as the baby has decided 5am is now a good time to get up Hmmbut I've not gained any so was weighing in at 11st10 this morning.
Aiming for 2 pounds this week so will have to make a real effort.
Yesterday I was at my grandpas 95th birthday party and my mum was cutting the cake, gave everyone a big bit except mine was literally a quarter of the size of everyone else's. I then didn't even eat it as was really embarrassed and upset, had a proper cry when I got home. 3 other people that were there could also do with losing some weight so I felt really singled out. I hadn't even had lunch before I went so was starving Sad

readyforsunshine · 05/06/2017 11:01

Come on koko, I'm with you in the same situation bobbing about the same lbs since I started! What can we change? I'm gradually increasing exercise, gym once a week, daily steps & 5 x p/week Pilates on you tube.
I can't do anything too extreme diet wise as just now I need to stay as well as I can, but am trying to make as many healthy choices as poss & listen to what my body needs & when. I can increase water, limit alcohol & processed products, increase veg, limit 'bad' carbs. I'm hoping that little by little I'll get some results, all the time increasing the good & removing the bad.
squiffy you've got to live & you'll soon get that walked offGrin

HairsprayBabe · 05/06/2017 12:09

Yeah I know it isn't a real 8lb gain, but i had this when I went to London - 9lb gain and it took me three weeks to shift the bugger!

Still at least I haven't gone up into the 11's again plus DP is in Newcastle next weekend and i have no plans so hopefully will have a rare "golden weekend" and won't pile a load back on again!

Having a very very low carb day today to help counter any water weight I have gained from the weekend, then back into BSD for a few weeks for me I think.
