No w/e plans here, in the middle of GCSEs so revision, some cricket, dd may show jump on Sunday if I can be bothered to take her!

I am going "out out" with the girls I went to school with tomorrow and then a recovery brunch on sunday, will probably gain 9lbs from all the boozing 😂

Saw them last in Feb and have lost about a st and 1/2 since then, so hopefully I will get another ShockShock reaction haha!

Hey can I join?

5"4 and 11st10. Have a 10 month old baby and gained 3 stone during pregnancy Shock
I've been gradually losing weight but would really like to get down to a healthy weight of 10"6. I've lost 10lbs in the last 3 months but it's just not quick enough.

I go back to work in 2 months and go on holiday not long after that so two motivating factors.

7lbs this month would be great and would mean I'd fit back into my pre pregnancy clothes at least.

I've been trying to get up before the baby in the morning and do an exercise video and then limit my calories to 1200-1500 a day but find it hard doing this all the time. Been wondering if I should start cutting out breakfast or trying to 5:2 diet, has anyone had success this way?

School fayre and music festival tomorrow so no doubt dinner will be from a food truck..I will try and find something healthy.....not liking chips works well for me in these circumstances

Nothing major planned for Sunday so hopefully a low booze weekend, two games of badminton this week but not as much walking and no running.

Weighed in today and I'm 11 stone 10, the lowest weight I've been in 2 years Shock

Would be lovely for some support for the rest of the way

Also can it be done via app. As I've just logged on online and it tells me I've done no steps ans I don't know how to get it to sync.
Technology is not my friend.

Why why why when I change my goal on MFP from "lose 2lbs a week" to "lose 1 lb a week" does it not change my calorie allowance?

Oh wait, have worked it out. Apparently you aren't allowed to go under 1200 calories but being a shortarse I need to be v low in calories if I don't exercise much.

Btw, I lasted 1.5 days on the Jillian Michaels plan and have been eating everything since Tuesday. Restarting dieting on Sunday.

Oh bless you Squiffy you asked exactly what I want to know. I don't understand technology and although I love my Fitbit and use it daily I don't understand the friend or challenge things 😊

Right I did my first official weigh in at the gym earlier, 11st 11lbs, BMI 29.(something or other)

I'm going to use just the gym scales once a week for consistency.

My neighbour and I managed 30 lengths swimming and treading water for 7minutes.

Hairspray you have done amazingly so far!!!

10.7 rats, bought a huge bag of nuts to be split carefully over the next week in lunches and salad etc.

I ate almost 3/4 of them last night mindlessly watching Gilmore Girls on netflix Blush oopsy!

Can I join please? My ds is 18 months and I've lost the weight I put on with him but need to lose another stone to be a good weight for my height. It's half term and I've been eating really badly. Back to work on Monday and would love to lose half a stone this month

Just back from swimming and going to meet a friend for lunch. Still weighing in at 11 stone 10 so will stay off cocktails today to avoid the scales going back up
