Fast day for me today. Unfortunately I am working all day, so I am heading off bright and early with all my food for the day (a salad and a banana) with me. Hope the rest of you enjoy the bank holiday! <not jealous> grin

Spurious what sort of work do you do that means bank holiday working? At least you'll avoid the snacking I guess!

I'm still in Barcelona. Last day today. I have eaten and drunk all the things. blush but I've had a fab time.

I work in healthcare, so it's pretty much par for the course. Yes, odds are I will be able to avoid snacking so that's the silver lining!

I bet it's been amazing. I love Barcelona, it's one of my favourite cities!

If it's any consolation Spuriouser, I have been working all weekend on and off, big freelance deadlines. Hence why I am awake now fretting about it! Will get up and weigh in a minute.

I'm working too. I can totally read a 90 page document by 9 o'clock, right? But before I get off MN and start that, I just have to say: 10 stone 8.75! Hooray! Quick scan of the last thread reveals that my earliest posted weight in May was 10.9.5, so I have lost a grand total of 0.75lb in April. blush I went back up to 10.13 at one point after Easter, though. Still, I am happy to be back in the 10.8s, and I'm now in the final stretch towards my sister's wedding - it's 2 weeks on Friday, eek! Dress is still too tight in the chest, but I am pre-menstrual so I'm hoping for better things post-period. I'm aiming for 10.3 by May the 19th!

Weighing in at 226.6lbs. Looks like I have regained all of my lost weight, though this is hardly a surprise.
BSD starting now, breakfast is muesli, raspberries and milk with lemon tea (cut out the coffee again)

Starting month at 12st 11 after two nights in pub over the weekend angry

I think to lose 4 Lindas would be good for this month, booze free for next 12 days might help.

On the positive NSV side..... I was getting ready to go out on saturday and put on a shirt bought for me by DW at Christmas. Had to take it off as far too big, do you know if I can have it altered/ taken in?
It was quite expensive and I like it and I want to wear it withhout looking like I'm wearing a checked parachute.......

Hello hello hello all. Great title BOOP, good to see you all starting STRONG and committed.

I am only down a 1lb or 2 but am about 2kg from my goal so not too fussed.

Eaten ancient grains and fruit for breakfast, veggies and butter chicken for dinner. 3 flat whites. Stuffed.

Happy Bank Holiday to those that have it. Here the kids went back to school after the Easer hols. BEST DAY EVER.

I've never been to Barcelona!

Bank holiday and I am spending the day catching up on all the jobs I don't get done when at work. I so need a cleaner or to care a little less!!

My aim for May is a minimum of 3lbs. I know some people reading will think that's nothing but I'm really struggling so 3lbs permanently off would make me happy. Like TV said (of sorts) it's nice to have a new slightly lower weight to float around. Haven't weighed this morning but will tomorrow. X

Hi all, I'd like to join in if that's ok.

I need to get back in the zone. 11st6 this morning - I'd like to be 11st by the start of June. Can easily lose 3 this week, it's the next 3 I need to work on.

Quite hungover after night out yesterday so I am pleased with myself for not eating ALL THE CARBS today - my usual cure.

Got distracted last month and forgot to post after the first week! blush

Managed a good loss in April (first time in years I've not had a single Easter egg!) And finished 7lbs down. Total weight loss since January is 31lbs (16st 9 blush to 14st 6!) I'm down 2 dress sizes so am completely chuffed.

I do am dram and have a show next week and have a slinky costume to wear. So pleased that i can get into it! Slightly short of my goal of under 200lbs for the opening night but hopefully a couple of fast days will get me there by next weekend!
