I've had my super decadent work breakfast meeting thing where I dread to think how much I've eaten... but salad and an apple for lunch and a stir fry with no noodles or rice (weep) for dinner and an 8 mile run should keep me going.

As I've got a week of social/foodie engagements from now-Monday I'm struggling to not be like meh fuck it until then.
Will power queen will power!!!!

FreeNiki · 27/06/2017 12:25

Squiffy. Weight training. Pilates. Good for toning.

Hairspray get to a gym no excuses. My circuits classes burn 350 calories. Body Pump is about 400. Body Attack is 500.

But even so with all the exercise classes I do i have still hit a wall at 10.6. I cant seem to get under it.

BitOutOfPractice · 27/06/2017 12:33

Quim I know I am remarkably selfless, taking one for the team, drinking wine Grin it wasn't quite as selfless as it sounds. I had a late brunch, a cup a soup mid afternoon and a fairly calorific dinner (Szechuan chicken and noodles) with a glass of wine.

I am back down to my lowest weight ever. Not quite sure how after two weeks of indulgence. I am wearing size 12 trousers on celebration.

What do the scales say now BOOP I know we were similar for a while. I am 11.1 today. X

TVHubbyClaire · 27/06/2017 17:40

BOOP lowest ever weight is fab, well done you

pebbles the 10s are very close...good luck this week

I officially put on 2lbs between Friday and this morning and actually weighed in at a horrific 12 st 10...Sad

Played badminton today and ran about alot so hopefully that helped.

School thing tonight so have had dinner at desk.........a banana and a pack of 123 calorie choc rice cakes, lunch was soup, a wrap a yogurt and a banana

I better not still be in double figure Lindas tomorrow....

BitOutOfPractice · 27/06/2017 17:45

Pebbles I'm 10st 13 Lindas now. 3lbs to go to goal. I'm not sure how I got there, but I'm taking it.

Had to take the size 12 trousers off due to breathing issues Blush

Poor weekend.

Party day Sat wasn't that bad. Sunday awful as took DD out for a post-exams 1-2-1 treat day which included dinner out.

Yesterday I clawed it back massively and was under 1000 for the day, but still weighed this am what I weighed on Sat.

Doing OK today - although I succumbed to hot chocolate at work today as it was grey and rainy here and I was stuck in a cold room sitting still on a course - instead of being up and about in my warm classroom.

The food on the course was awful! Some nasty wrap sections. And a fruit bowl. Good to avoid temptation, lousy for actually having anything decent to eat - and I've had to overestimate to make sure I'm not blowing my cals today.

No exercise today or yesterday.

Tomorrow - more course (wearing warmer clothes! and taking fruit of my own in). Zumba in the eve then cinema with DD
Thurs - back to healthy salad and sensible dinner, then dance fit.
Fri - same healthy salad and another sensible dinner, then clubbercise. (Then drinks with friends)
Sat - meal out with work people.

So I need to do the best I can between now and Sat.

poorpaws · 27/06/2017 22:26

I've had the binge from hell tonight and now I'm in bed sulking. ☹️ I have a real problem with food. Weight watchers weighin tomorrow night and I'm not sure what I can say for myself.

Well done everyone on your great losses.

BitOutOfPractice · 28/06/2017 00:14

Paws the best thing to do is go and face the music. But I also know how hard that is. It's your best chance of drawing a line under it and moving forward though. Be kind to yourself and I hope you sleep tight

Thanks Niki I needed that, I have three options for gyms, one right by work, one I walk past on the way through town and one a 5 min walk from my house, but I don't usually go past it... there is another a little further away but it dose have a pool

10.6 so back to square 1 for june now, should get a few lbs off before friday not working Friday or Monday, so will have to avoid temptation when on my own in the house...

lastqueenofscotland · 28/06/2017 06:36

Hairspray I'd got to the one nearest your house I think you end up more likely to go.

BitOutOfPractice · 28/06/2017 06:42

Morning!

Hairspray I think you need to think when you're least likely to put off going to the gym. If you're going to struggle to go out again once you're home, I'd go to the one near work or the one you pass on the way home. That way you can go after work (or before) and not have an excuse that you're home now.

I'm not sure how much exercise has helped my weight loss. It does make me less inclined to eat crap though because I don't want to ruin my hard work. And I have grown to sort of enjoy it! Sort of.

OP posts:
HairsprayBabe · 28/06/2017 06:52

Yes that was my dimemma boop, the one on the way home dose give a taster session, so I'll book one in when they have a space, the one near work has an offer with my work, not sure about any perks for the one near my house, other than I can go when I'm not at work Grin

FreeNiki · 28/06/2017 10:40

Go for the one that has the most facilities. Classes etc. Does only one have a pool?

How far is work from home?

BitOutOfPractice · 28/06/2017 11:11

Also, go and see which one has the hottest PT Wink

BF made me egg muffins for breakfast. served with balsamic tomatoes cooked overnight in the slow cooker. Very yummy.

It looks like a soup-for-lunch kinda day though. What's happened to the sunshine? Sad

FreeNiki · 28/06/2017 11:14

Oh yes BOOP Grin

Hot PTs are a great motivator.
He called me babe yesterday. In side plank he says Raise your hips higher babe
Grin😍😮

lastqueenofscotland · 28/06/2017 11:21

Ditto niki about the classes I'm much more likely to go cause I don't want to not show up if I've booked even though they are included in the membership!

BitOutOfPractice · 28/06/2017 12:25

Niki Grin I think you should change your name to NikiBabe

OP posts:
FreeNiki · 28/06/2017 13:35

lastqueen

At my gym if you book and dont show up or cancel with less than 2 hours notice you get a strike. 3 strikes and you get banned from booking classes for a week. So you book and you gotta go...its a motivator.

FreeNiki · 28/06/2017 13:36

BOOP I will totally change my name to NikiBabe if you don't think it is daft?!

I may get ridiculed on the rest of the site but dont really care about that!

TVHubbyClaire · 28/06/2017 14:02

Niki go for it Smile

12st 9 this morning so at least away from the nasty double digit Linda...still "only" 2lbs away from lowest weight since I started but I feel I have been around here for weeks.

How do I breakthrough to new lows Hmm

HairsprayBabe · 28/06/2017 14:20

Doooo it NikiBabe Wink

Two have pools
All of them do classes

Work is an hour from home which ever way I go... I hate my commute, if I didn't waste 2hrs a day commuting I would probably have more motivation to exercise!

BitOutOfPractice · 28/06/2017 14:25

Niki do it babe!

TV I hear and feel your pain. It's soooooo frustrating when you just stick, no matter what

OP posts:
NikiBabe · 28/06/2017 14:33

Done Grin

I really would love to be hot PTs babe 😍
