Squiffy that looks so good Smile

I'll be honest I have had a bit of a rubbish week and I'm not going to weigh myself tomorrow because I know how disheartened it will be for me.
I honestly need to have a few booze-free weekends, I think that's where I'm blowing it!!! Pahh just over 5 weeks till my holidays Grin
Well done to you all and keep it up Flowers

HairsprayBabe · 22/06/2017 08:00

TV I work on the premise of 2 portions of lower carb fruit unlimited green veggies and 3 or so portions of other veggies, no more than one portion can grow underground. I count peppers and tomatoes as other veggies rather than fruit.

10.6 again for me today, annoying as had another golden day but never mind. We are having baked eggs for dinner tonight with lowcarb focaccia... baked it last night we will see how it tastes later!

BitOutOfPractice · 22/06/2017 09:16

I'm sitting in a posh hotel breakfast room. Would you like to place bets on whether I've gone for the healthy fruit-based option? I'll give you a clue: french toast and bacon Blush

TV tomatoes are a fruit y'doily Grin I'm interested in where you are too, when you say "North" do you mean Iceland?!

BOOP I love hotel breakfasts with all of my heart. Especially in Europe. I don't even know why, it's not even usually that amazing, I just go insane and have to eat all sorts of strange fruit compotes and cheeses and things. It's a dangerous business.

Squiffy Shock that looks so good!

I've been very golden this week except Monday Halo 16.5K steps yesterday which I must say was a real challenge - on a more temperate day I'd have walked home and got into the 20s but I was really flagging and got the bus. Again, feeling tentatively optimistic for tomorrow's weigh-in. (How many times have I said that recently...)

BitOutOfPractice · 22/06/2017 09:41

God it was good!

I'm in Aberdeen, today its misty and no sun although we may get to 18/19C later on today

oops - i am a bit daft sometimes, tomatoes are obviously not a good example of an unlimited veg option.....I need to come up with a green veg I can eat lots of......Blush

HairsprayBabe · 22/06/2017 10:00

Celery Sticks? Cucumber sticks? Green peppers?

I could happily munch away on them all day, but I have always been something of a rabbit!

TVHubbyClaire · 22/06/2017 10:24

haispray thank you...cucumber sticks sounds like a really good idea, they might even bring thoughts of Hendricks to mind Smile

In other news....12st 9 today so the one step forward, one step back shuffle continues

HairsprayBabe · 22/06/2017 10:34

I do have to agree, hotel breakfasts are The Best and one of the main reasons for going on holiday IMO Grin

lastqueenofscotland · 22/06/2017 12:19

TV ok much further north than me though I am from the Cairngorms originally. Grin

TVHubbyClaire · 22/06/2017 12:24

where are you lasty , current update is that the sky is grey and no sun.....it better not rain when I'm in Lake District next weekend!!

Apart from Saturday evening I am going for golden behaviour between now and then. I haven't totally given up on leaving with a weight of 12st 6 or better.

Perhaps I should prepare for disappointment......

quim doily is a fab wordGrin, mind you, I've never been called one before

HairsprayBabe · 22/06/2017 12:32

I'm in Scotland too. Borders. Originally Inverness.

All those pictures of food are making me hungry!

poorpaws · 22/06/2017 22:49

I gained 3 1/2 pounds at Weight Watchers last night and told them I was definitely out of control and I could feel it was only going to get worse. I wish I'd kept my mouth shut really because from today onwards I've got to point everything I eat and the leader is going to check my eating habits next Wednesday.

At the moment my eating habits are chocolate ice cream cake etc 😀 The leader told me it was pretty difficult to gain 3 1/2 pounds in one week, I have no trouble whatsoever 👍

Hope no one else is struggling quite as badly as I am. I don't think I really want to slim any more but of course I don't want to gain weight either. I could do with a quick fix.

poorpaws · 22/06/2017 22:52

BOOP you've been in Devon! I'm in Devon and it definitely wasn't grey today here, I did a three hour dog walk in the sun.

DrMadelineMaxwell · 22/06/2017 23:23

13.6 this morning, which is the lowest I've been in 2 years. I'd love to blame my medication entirely, and the hip operation too, both which saw me put on a stone and a bit. But really it's that AND my poor willpower and bad planning.

It was then dinner out to celebrate the last day of high school for DD1. Which did include ice cream on this balmy night. But I had healthy salad for dinner, had done a zumba class last night, will eat healthily tomorrow and go to clubbercise too.

I'm sure something will still show on the scales, but I've logged it and I'm under 2000 for the day. So only a few hundred over what I'm usually having. So back to it...
2 weeks to the wedding we are going to and 4.5 to Salou.

FreeNiki · 22/06/2017 23:27

Ive lost 1.3lbs in a week even though AF is due inna couple of days.

Wooo! V well done on the loss Niki I know how hard you have been working for slow going, great work for keeping on! Flowers

I love a lowest weight in a long time well done DrMM!

10.5 for me this morning, I have undone all the damage from when I went out on the 2nd... and am finally on an overall loss for this month! 7 days to lose 6lbs... hmm I am hoping for a golden weekend, 2 fast days next week and three very good days.... in theory!

Not in work today so trying to stay away from nibbling in the kitchen! BUT DP has helpfully volunteered me to bake some stuff for his DSis charity event tomorrow Hmm thanks for that babe....

lastqueenofscotland · 23/06/2017 07:33
