Do you know, just looking at that picture running has made me think that maybe, just maybe, we are seeing a shift away from seeing stick thin as the ideal woman's shape to slim and strong as the idea. I do hope so. I'm seeing many more pictures of women looking strong, toned and slender rather than skeletal.

I BSD, beans are fine watch out for vinegar as balsamic is way high in sugar.

How much time do you have to cook in the evening? Eggs are my BSD staple as if I am really tired and CBA to cook a cheese omelette is quick and easy and BSD friendly!

Let me find my meal plan from the last few weeks. I always have the same thing for lunch, FF yog and berries, dinners I take more time over though.

BOOP he's usually quite friendly to me all the time. Because I fancy him when I see him on the gym floor I feel nervous and hide as I dont want him seeing me exercise. But I feel fine in his class. He has spoken to me on the gym floor loads of times unprompted and started joking with me.

My first pt session he spoke to me alot. Showed me pics on facebook told me about himself then did a full on pt session.

This time he was not talkative much other than about the exercise. Was very clear about when it ended...this is all we're gonna do today.....kinda thing.

But he did reveal some stuff. Like he mentioned always trashing phones always breaking his mobile and that on to a trashing phone story on a date a couple of years ago. Definitely a she so not gay. He didnt say my gf, just "a date".

He gave some good tips, told me to book back in 3 weeks time.

Maybe I am just being paranoid. Ah fuck it.
But as soon as he finished with me he came back out and started chatting to others on the floor. Sat with them on the floor in the gym. Sad

Then I was miserable after the session and saw my bus and started sprinting and probably scowling. I sprinted past him on the pavement not seeing him....must have. looked so stupid.

Oh fuck it. Fuck it. Fuck. It.

I dont care. Probably nothing to do with me. Come and slap me with a wet fish and bring me back to earth.

Weight is stable at 66kg or 10st 5lbs.

Not planning on doing much exercise today.

Someone has left a massive bag of sweeties in the office for people to help themselves to. Send help. Am resisting so far, trying to distract myself with sticks of cucumber. Why is dieting so dull?!

BitOutOfPractice · 04/05/2017 15:44

Niki I'm sure you didn't look stupid. He was probably just having a bad day.

I want to eat all the things today

BeyondStrongAndStable · 04/05/2017 17:04

My root veg and lentil casserole. All the other portions now are portioned up in the freezer :)

BOOP I want to eat all the things too! Had a rushed lunch which was only salad with cottage cheese (I thought I had chicken in the fridge). Couldn't eat it fast enough so had most of it at 4 o'clock. Still hungry though.
I am 4 days into my kettlebell challenge and have done 1500 swings over the 3 days. Today is a rest day. The sessions are at 9 in the evening so PT recommended a protein drink after. They are horrible though. Does anyone have any ideas what to eat/drink that late to help repair muscles?
Well done Archduke that's really inspiring

Stellar67 · 04/05/2017 18:26

I want to eat all the things too. Stuck on a train with dcs whilst there was an incident. I'd bought M&S brownies and cake bars. Had one of each.

That is all, I will possibly confess to eating all the things tomorrow. But I will try!

Nice casserole Beyond.

Balonder that's amazing! I usually do yoga after weights, but my weights are nothing in comparison to you!

Stellar67 · 04/05/2017 18:29

Sorry, to eat, banana, cottage cheese, yoghurt, chocolate milk. That's what I used to have after boot camp. One, not all.

runningtogetskinny · 04/05/2017 18:32

Balonder anything high in protein will aid repair, a yogurt, piece of chicken, can of tuna, piece of cheese etc.

Balonder · 04/05/2017 18:46

Thanks Stella and running. I am very new to kettlebells. I started about a month ago, once a week with an 8kg bell. I am now using 14!! though I use a 10 for presses. I will try your suggestions, thanks

BitOutOfPractice · 04/05/2017 19:11

Well I've finally weighed in this week. After being 6.2lbs up after Barcelona on Monday the damage is only 2.2lbs now. So pleased. I've worked hard to lose the cava weight.

Also, when I first started using the boditrax machine the bastard thing It gave me a metabolic age of 62 Angry But tonight, this happened.

Congrats ladies on all your successes. Everyone on this thread is really dedicated - it's very inspiring.
I've worked out my calories using that calculator and come out at about 1400 and 1900 allowing for exercise. I'm also breastfeeding 3/4 times a day so I reckon that's 300 calories more I'm allowed to. So vaguely aiming for 2000 a day which sounds loads, especially as a younger person I would regularly eat 1200 and exercise! But Im. Always So. Hungry so 2000 in three sensible meals is my aim with no snacking and eating healthier. 3 days on it so far and so starting well. I've lost a 'Linda' but still 11 stone 12 so 2 stone to go!
I do think exercise is the key. I'm just starting to get into it again after 4 years off - can only manage 5 mins on the treadmill!

Squiffy01 · 04/05/2017 19:25

Woo hoo boop you're a spring chicken! Well done.

niki we was probably just having a bad day, hopefully next time you seen him he will be more chatty.

I've not had such a golden day today. I had half a short bread biscuit that my boss shared with me and a mini wrap with a bit of sauce in it cause I was just soooo hungry. If I skip dinner I will still be on track but I don't want to cause all I want st the moment is to jump across the bus and pinch the chips someone is eating. Smells so good.
Need to keep it together tomorrow!
Nothing planned for the weekend so should be able to stay on track then too.

FreeNiki · 04/05/2017 21:09

BOOP my metabolic age fluctuates wildly on that!

Squiffy I hope so!

BitOutOfPractice · 04/05/2017 21:22

Niki so does mine yet Mr Boop's neve rchanges.

It's generally been in a downwardly trend though iykwim and this was a new low
