You sound really low Niki, birthdays can be really hard when you are on your own, they can be another stick to beat yourself with. Even something small like taking yourself off to the cinema can be you doing something nice for yourself.

I think once you are an adult people stop caring so much about birthdays - rightly or wrongly. My OH doesn't even get a card from his parents! Sundays are hard too if you are single as it's a quiet day and most people just tend to be at home.
Definitely do something nice for yourself and keep on the weight loss, which is brill.
Do you have British military fitness where you live? I found that the best for good looking men as a mixed group and we'd often to go pub after.

No idea how you stick to 700 calories keepon. I'm struggling to keep to 2000! Had a massive bit of cake yesterday but then good today and also went swimming. I def think my milk supply for bf dries up when I don't eat enough so need to focus on the exercise side of things. Goal is to run 1k this week!

Morning. Back from a wonderful weekend celebrating mom's 80th. We totally surprised her with the party. Her face was a picture!

Not stood on the scales yet though I haven't gone too mad so let's hope the damage is minimal.

Niki happy birthday for yesterday. It sounds like it wasn't your best. You sound so low I feel a bit worried about you.

11.3 again for me today, had an ok day yesterday within calories but still had carbs, I need to get my head back in the zone or this month will end up like april on a gain and i am not having that again!

Just had a spoonful of bee pollen, and that is it bar tea and coffee for me till this evening. Golden day, angel week here I come!

Niki I hope you are ok, like Boop said, I am worried for you too, we care a lot about you so don't feel like it is pointless Flowers

Hi guys just found this thread so a week behind you all!
Weight myself yesterday and am 14.1 😱
Not good and need to do something about it and get fit, instead of staying fat.
Went swimming and cycling yesterday, will go for s lunchtime walk at work today and finally get to that yoga class I keep threatening to go to!
Am going to make myself and my health a priority for the next few month to lose weight and get healthy. Don't want to stay fat throughout my 40s!

Aim - get to 13.6 by 31 May - eat better food, a lot less junk and find exercise I enjoy and bloody well do it!!

Had a great weekend just not food wise! Seemed that only Carbs could settle my hangover! Back on it today although feel quite sick and have to travel with work so have had one slice of toast as a kill or cure.

Glad your mum enjoyed BOOP.

Hairspray - all day with no food? Crikey I could not do that, I don't normally have breakfast but have fruit at 10.30ish and then lunch. No way I'd make it until tea time!

I didnt quite have the low alcohol weekend I had planned due to an unfortunate bottle of red with dinner on saturday (oh and glass of white with starter.....Blush )

Ended up in local hotel for carvery dinner last night but did try to focus on veg and not potatos and I had eaten next to nothing and was physically busy all day....don't feel too fat today so hopefully weigh in tomorrow wont be too bad........

Hope you are feeling a little better today Niki Flowers, Sundays and birthdays can often be over rated.....

Well done all the losers. I am down 2lbs this week. It might have been more but I got caught yesterday evening hungry, travelling and having a burger and a few chips. Managed to resist refined sugar though and haven't had any all month! Back on track today.
Niki hope you are feeling better today. You are losing weight for you and you are great. Happy Birthday

I'm having a fast day today, salad for lunch and tomato soup for dinner. I also cycled into work this morning so that's a good 35ish minutes of exercise already. Hoping that will kickstart a golden week!

Yep Pebbles, I do it about twice a week, not hungry till I eat you see. I do have very early dinner though, 'bout half five.

Beyond you've done incredibly well, well done! And you too poorpaws! I've never looked at the date on a tin, I figure they have to put a date on them, but the food actually lasts forever.

I'm going to lose this week, I'm having 3 good days and I will will will see a loss. I feel flabby as anything. Sister's birthday yesterday (in good company with Niki!) and I didn't eat much but I did drink plenty. Mum was thrusting loads of Dad's stuff on us and I got a bit overwhelmed and wept all the way home. I feel knackered today Sad

I have (metaphorically) closed the kitchen for the night on 450 calories, and I cycled into work so I count that as a golden day! Apparently I have also met my step goal but I think it counts my cycling as walking IYSWIM.. So I don't know. But pretty golden!
