Spring is Sprung and the Easter bunny is on his way. Let's dodge the chocolate temptations and power our way to 7lbs off this month

Here's a link to the March thread

Niki we all look back and wish we had done things differently. I didn't want to be a single mum of two but here I am. Learn fro. What you haven't been happy with to make your future what you want.

I know it's a lot easier saying it than doing - crikey there are loads of areas of my life that are shite at the moment. But I am here - I didn't want to be 12 months ago. 😥

I am back on the healthy wagon but my god my period is so blinking heavy (sorry TV -TMI) I like many of us have realised I undo my good work at the weekend so need to make a much more conscious effort. X

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser · 26/04/2017 06:34

Niki I agree with SoftPebbles, everyone has regrets. It's not too late to live the life you want though.

I weighed in again this morning and my fast day on Monday and fairly golden (Silver? Bronze?) day yesterday seem to have undone the damage of the weekend, so I am the same weight as I was Friday. Going to fast again today so hopefully I will actually lose something this week.

BitOutOfPractice · 26/04/2017 06:57

You're not too old to do anything Nikki!

Like you spurious I seem to have lost the weekend gain. Earlier in the week than usual so fingers crossed I'll get a new low before I go away

11st 6. So still under the start of the month but not down to my 11 5. 😬 Target 10's by may bank holiday.

BitOutOfPractice · 26/04/2017 07:32

You know may bank holiday is next Monday don't you pebbles?

Well you're all doing better than me as I have lost, hovered , gained & relost so that I'm back where I started approx 6 weeks ago! I'm in the zone but off to France for the weekend. I don't know if I have the strength to turn down wine, cheese, croissants, bread..... does anybody else plan their trips around the food?Grin
Well done on the reemergence of the 10s hairspray, & a size 10 skirt, woop 🙌

HairsprayBabe · 26/04/2017 08:25

10.12 back on to a loss for the month!

Made truffles and biscotti last night for a hostess gift for the weekend, only ate two truffles and half a biscotti - for testing purposes, usually I would have made double Blush and eaten half!

BOOP the one at the end of May Grin

Stellar67 · 26/04/2017 12:09

Hairspray they look delicious and beautiful.

I've tried really hard this week. I was making a big pot of pasta as I had a craving for some, and the salt cellar opened all over it. Serves me right for thinking about scoffing the lot.

I'm also in a Fitbit challenge? (Think that's the name of it) and I'm feeling competitive so I've been on the move a lot. Poor class yesterday wondered what I was up to jumping about all over the place Grin

Suns back out here.

HairsprayBabe · 26/04/2017 12:31

I am making some white chocolate ones tonight - wish me luck for I am weak when it comes to white chocolate!

TVHubbyClaire · 26/04/2017 12:54

pebbles lol.....dont worry about TMI........i agree with you that probably many of us have parts of our lives both big and small that we would change....

I weighed in at 12st 9 and a bit today. I am really hoping that my new baseline is below 12st 10, that would be a major change.

After that I have to tell myself that getting to 12st 5 and below will be doable........aren't I optimistic today.......

BitOutOfPractice · 26/04/2017 13:31

Of course it's doable TV It seems like only a few weeks ago you were hoping for 12-stone something and now look at you with your 12 stone-single figure lbs Grin

Bad news is I started the month at 66.5kg and am now 67.5kg Angry

Good news is I did a gym class today and as I doing an exercise hot PT said to me "excellent form" as I passed by. He was currently with someone doing a one on one session. She then got pissy he complimented me and not her. 😁😀😍😎🤗

I will not start planning our wedding

😍😍😍😍😍

TVHubbyClaire · 26/04/2017 14:01

Blush thank you BOOP ...wouldnt have happened without the help of this thread.....

TooExtraImmatureCheddar · 26/04/2017 16:08

After a good fast day yesterday I am 10.9.5 now. However, I have had a bacon and egg roll for breakfast and a buffet lunch as I've been on a catered away day. I reckon about 500 calories for the buffet because it was all tiny bits and I didn't eat that much - in fact, I'm absolutely starving now! So that's about 1000 calories so far - just need to not eat everything in sight for dinner and I should be a comfortable 1500 or so, which is fine for maintenance on non-fast days. Trampoline tonight so I'll be exercising!

I'm out tomorrow night so my next fast day will have to be Friday with a hangover.

"Hey, what's that weird rumbling sound?"

"Hey, look over there!"

Stellar67 · 26/04/2017 18:14

Aww quim. Brilliant imagery! I'm sure it's not that bad. Good holiday?

I'm having a glass of wine tonight. My friend has been diagnosed with HIV. We kind of knew but to hear it is still a big shock. I know things have moved on medically, but I just feel this year has been trying to take all my friends with the big ones. Other friend in hospital in a couple of weeks having more cancer cut out. Mind you she knows how to deal with it as she's living it up in the Med right now.

Sorry, probably not the right place for this. Just no one on RL to chat to right now as it's not out there yet.

Other than that ( and the inement glass of vino), I've had a good food day. Smile

Stellar67 · 26/04/2017 18:15

I cannot attend anything that has a buffet, even a toddler group where the little hands have been all over it. I have no shame.

BitOutOfPractice · 26/04/2017 18:33

Hello quimmy I bet you're still looking great!

Stellar I'm so sorry to hear about your friends. Wine is definitely needed Flowers

In this house, toddler food must all be tested for quality prior to serving with the leftovers hoovered up afterwards too

Thanks BOOP. It's all a bit shit. But both are dealing with it brilliantly, and so staying strong for them is key just now.

Had the Wine. Might have one more. It was very nice!

lastqueenofscotland · 26/04/2017 20:09

Hairspray you are doing amazing! What's your goal? Weight?

Had a totally golden Monday and Tuesday and an nearly golden day today, less some doritos Blush

Back solidly in the 9st though!
