Forgot my midweek weigh in this morning - will try and remember tomorrow.

Today I've had tea and banana before the school run; boiled egg & tomato on seeded toast with flavoured latte after; lunch was cheese & crackers with apple & grapes. I'll have a hot chic before bed which leaves me with 385 cals left for dinner and I'm totally uninspired about what to have Confused

wench that's enough calories for 2 creme eggs so there you go! I have lost 2 and a quarter of my evil 4lb cake gain, done okay today calorie wise although not that healthy....

Yesterday I had toast and jam for breakfast, then pate followed by salmon, new potatoes and veg for lunch (went out) and spag Bol for dinner. No snacks.

Today I've had toast and jam for breakfast, not had a chance to have lunch yet and haven't got a clue what will be for dinner. No snacks yet though! Halo

Have even done some cleaning today, I'm not sure what's come over me!

I keep forgetting my mid week weigh in so will leave it until sunday to weigh myself now. Ended up with some rice / bacon / veg leftovers concoction for dinner yesterday so stayed under my allowance.

Not so good today though -
B - 2 seeded toast with butter, handful of (dry) cheerios
S - flavoured latte with 3 chocolate digestives Blush
L - leftover homemade pizza
D - chicken korma (and I probably won't resist the naan and poppadoms)

So no doubt over my allowance today but I've been painting the bedroom all day so that must've burnt some extra calories?!

Very painful period Sad. I think I underestimated how bad it would be after the failed IVF. Had this morning off work and have booked tomorrow off too. I'll be back when it's gone and I feel myself again. At the moment I just have painful cramps all day.

bibs poor you. I hope work are being understanding about everything. Sometimes when life is tough it's better to keep busy at work and sometimes it's better to hunker down and lick your wounds.
My official weigh in and a pound up at 11.9 and a half. Better than the 4lb gain after cake gate I suppose! 2 weeks til NYC and 11.8 is the goal..

Bibs Flowers and Gin to get you through this tough time. I had 3 late mcs (post 16wks) and for ages hated the world because it was full of pregnant women or new mothers pushing prams or mothers who shouldn't have had kids yelling at toddlers.

Smell NYC and Vegas are on my list of places to go to but don't appeal to DH who's becoming a boring old fart.

Back to 9.4 which is amazing considering I've had cake every day and haven't had time to walk the dog thanks to the last week of term and financial year end madness but at least I'm off for a couple of weeks but that means too much temptation and I've got no willpower - note to self keep trying on planned outfit for DDs graduation - don't have the money for a new one as I'm skint and my claim against XHs estate for maintenance arrears has been denied because he was in so much debt.

9st 9.5 this morning so just under 2lb off since last Sunday Grin stuck within my allowance at the start of the week but the end of the week kind of fell apart food-wise so it just shows it does work when I stick to it. I am going to try and do some proper meal plans this week - I usually only do it for dinner times but will try and do breakfasts and lunches too then hopefully it will be easier to still eat tasty things but keep within my calories!

Good luck anyone else weighing today/tomorrow!

wench and bibs stop losing weight damn you! It's bad enough that there are '9's at the start of your weights as it is! I am so bored of this now. Pleased that I look slimmer and have stuck at it but god I want to eat more!!!! Even 1400 is a struggle. DS asked for fish and chips from the chippy last night as a treat so I got him some but didn't get myself any. Even DH heroically declined out of solidarity. But I felt very miffed at my lack of chips! bibs I also find the holidays tricky as too much temptation and time to fill. Although no staffroom cakes at least! But EASTER!!!! Oh god!

Weighed in - still 11 st 9.

I am amazed I haven't gained this week and feel really angry with myself as if I had been even remotely good I would have lost.

My head is all over the place with the anti anxiety meds I am on. They are really helping with the anxiety but I appear to have lost all my willpower along with the anxiety Grin

To make a load of excuses be fair, I have had a lot more socialising to do this week than normal. Also, as I am back to Italy next week I think part of me thought what's the point of dieting when you will be away.

I don't know, I am just disappointed in myself really. I need to lose another 2 stone to look how I want to. I will try to stay with it though and lose some more soon.

Ooh I've just done my waist and hip measurements and they are both an inch less than when I last checked at the start of Feb Grin (would like several more inches off though as it's my hips/bum/thighs that are really big)

However, like Notso, I am short (5ft 2) so although I have lost quite a bit, another stone off is needed to put me safely in my "ideal weight" zone (though I was probably a teenager the last time I had an 8 at the start of my weight!)

I'm at the point now where my clothes are looking a bit silly - tops especially, as I've always bought them loose fitting to hide my lumps and bumps and now they are looking like sacks. Really don't want to shop for anything new yet though when I still need to lose a bit more. My birthday is at the start of June so hopefully I can get another half stone at least gone by then and maybe treat myself to some new summer clothes.

Was back up to 11st 7lbs this morning. Aargh and FFS! Have had too much bread/pastry type stuff. And no sleep thanks to DS2 who isn't sleeping much at the moment.

Today have had actimel and tea for breakfast. A toasted bagel, 3 slices of cheese and a scotch egg for lunch. A snickers and a bounty from a box of celebrations for a snack. Not sure what dinner will be yet, probably omelette.

Wench I've got the same problem but with trousers - I've obviously lost from my butt because they look like clown pants with baggy bits on the side of my thighs but I've not lost enough to drop a size so will have to carry on rolling the waistband over and I've got to wear higher heels so I don't trip over the bottom of them - oh the woes of losing weight and I could get a needle and thread out and shorten them but ... Grin

Disaster day - had breakfast in the garden centre with 2 slices of doorstep toast and felt bloated all day - memo to self just because its included doesn't mean you have to eat it! Then had a cherry scone when we got home even though I wasn't hungry - whoever's got my willpower can I have it back please!

L - tea; breaded mushrooms with garlic mayo & salad
D - toasted bacon sandwich with egg & tomato
S - hot chocolate

Hmmm ... I'm under my cals but seeing it written down makes me realise it hasn't exactly been very nutritious Hmm

Afternoon all; just checking in while I've got 5 mins. Where is everyone? So I've logged all my food for today (already eaten and what's planned) and should be under my allowance as long as I don't pick!

B - porridge with banana & honey; tea
S - flavoured coffee; lentil crisps
L - huge salad with leftover gammon; tea; small (single) twix choc bar
D - breaded chicken escalope, potato wedges, veg
S - hot choc at bedtime.

Haven't got round to doing any meal planning yet but it DEFINITELY helps finding some calories to allow a treat or two, or three
