Slipped a bit yesterday - actimel and Cheerios for breakfast, 2 x prawn tiger rolls for lunch, a piece of chocolate cake (DH's birthday) and then dominos for dinner. Up to 11st 8lbs - that'll teach me for being smug yesterday!

Yeah but we've got to live millie the trick is to put the 'bad" day behind us and not let it turn into a bad week or worse month.

I'm off to my first gender reveal party - definitely getting old as I was all ffs get real. The mum's got 3 boys and is openly desperate for a girl so I reckon she knows what's she's having because she didn't have one for any of her others and wont be able to hide her disappointment if it's another boy.

Down another 3lbs so 11.5 off since 8th Jan but not eaten or slept for days due to situation at home and arsey unsupportive boss Sad but determined not to give her the satisfaction of going off sick.

notso that sounds rubbish. My boss is very similar! Hope the home situation improves. You weight loss is going well at least !?!! My weight has crept up by a couple of pounds this week randomly??? Stuck to calories and been walking - I have a grotty cold bug thing so bizarrely I wonder if that can cause slight weight gain??? I honestly can't think why else? Millie sounds like you are doing well too! Wench you'll get back in the zone. Im blaming it being so bloody cold and this is just the shittiest time of year generally. Good luck for the coming week everyone!

Wench you'll get back on it soon, I second what Smell says - this time of year really doesn't help!

Smell I have had the same this week. Have been good but still crept up by a couple of pounds to 11st 9lbs. I had such high hopes of being able to maintain my 11st 7lbs target for at least a week and then drop further. Grrr.

Yesterday wasn't great - I had a cream cake and a pastry. And some chocolate biscuits. But the rest of the week I have been pretty good and have cut down loads on the snacks etc.

Today I've had 2 small hot cross buns for breakfast. Lunch will be soup or a roll. Dinner will be roast chicken and veg. Hoping to keep moving today and get the step count up!

I think the current weather really doesn't help with trying to eat well. All this cold makes me just want to comfort eat and get warm!

10st 4.5lb this morning so half a pound off since last Sunday and that's probably only down to one day when I had a really stressful time so barely ate a thing all day. The rest of the week I have been a complete pig Blush

Not doing great at the moment although was pretty active over half term. Have done my back in so currently flat out in bed, drugged up as far as I can be, and trying to avoid eating chocolate etc. Do not know how people cope with chronic pain. Two days of this and I'm fed up of not being able to move properly!

Oh no millie, hope you feel better soon.

We have half term this week so I'm out and about quite a bit with the children. We've been out all afternoon and walked 2-3 miles so that's some exercise at least!

I lost 1lb last week, but great but better than nothing when I'm not logging on MFP. I've also given up chocolate for lent ... haven't had any since pancake day!

We were off last week for half term and didn't do too bad and only put 1lb on but haven't been as organised this week and the biscuits have started to creep back in (and we won't mention the danish pastries that keep appearing in the staffroom)

How is everyone doing? I've fallen off the wagon completely. Had a week with my back being terrible, then a work colleague passed away very suddenly and unexpectedly last weekend so last week was a write off too. Still so in shock I've not really been able to achieve much of anything. Plus the bloody awful weather has made me want to curl up inside safely with my little family and a lot of chocolate.

Please send motivation!

I'm still trying but the biscuits and wine are starting to creep back in and I'm about to get weighed and see if I've lost any of the 4lbs I put on last weekend when it was DHs birthday.

It's been dreadful Notso. I didn't work in her department but her whole team are utterly devastated. We all are. She was so, so lovely and it's come as such a shock to everyone. It puts things into perspective and has made me realise that I shouldn't feel guilty for enjoying things, we never know what's around the corner.

Weighed myself earlier and was 11st 9lbs so not too bad considering all the crap I've been eating!

Hope you and your DH had a good weekend last weekend!

Hello strangers.... is anyone still around? I need you guys to get me back on track. I am totally off the wagon and feeling fat and unhealthy Angry

Last weigh in (couple of days ago) I was 10st 5 and a quarter. Very disappointed with myself. Last summer I got down to 9st 7 so I'm almost a stone heavier now. Stomach looks like I'm pregnant. I feel bloated and disgusting.

I NEED to get a grip on this!!! Not been well the last couple of days and still feeling full of cold and headache-y but I'm going to try (again) to start logging all my food and keep away from the junk comfort food.

Is anyone else still doing this? Hopefully with better will power than me?

Wench! I'm still here. Haven't posted as no-one else did but have been watching! I've not been doing too well either. Back up to 11st 10lbs ish and now full of cold so have been eating junk the last few days. I had wanted to get to 11st by Easter but not sure that's achievable now so will aim for just under 11st 7lbs.

Planning to get back on it properly as soon as I'm over this awful cold. I really need to start logging my food again as haven't done that for ages.

Sorry to hear you're not well, I hope you're feeling much better soon.

I'm here but trying to get back on the wagon - the birthday weekend has turned into a sod-it rest with secret speed eating on the side Blush and the lbs are creeping back on. Being 'good' is boring. Need to start planning meals instead of adding oven chips to whatever's in the freezer.

Hope you both shake off your colds soon - I've been lucky and escaped the lurgy so far.

I'm still here! Haven't posted as not much to report! Still stuck losing and gaining same couple of pounds. Since before Xmas it's just been the same really. I'm stuck at 11.2 and I managed to get just to 10.13 before Xmas. I don't need to lose much more really, I'd be happy with just a few more pounds, but I want a safety cushion so that I don't cross over the 11 stone barrier again. I'm blaming this stupid weather! Had terrible chocolate blow out yesterday and obviously easter will be a write off so going to try and be UNDER my calories for next few days. I'm not promising anything mind!

ReFound my mojo and nearly 12lbs off since 8th Jan but you watch I'm off for 2 weeks and as well as a couple of days away with DH I've got 5 lunching/shopping days planned and I've just made a cheesecake for tomorrow.

Yes well done notso. I've managed to get back down to 11.1 (a pound and a half - whoop de do!) in preparation for todays chocolate binge. Already had a hot cross bun and half a pack of m and s praline eggs so at about 700 calories so far!!!!!!!!

I am so TOTALLY FAILING. Plus going away on Friday for 6 days of all inclusive food so it's going to get worse before it gets better.

I am fat, uncomfortable and bloated. And I've just eaten 2 wispa gold bars from my Easter egg.

I'm stuck at around 11st 10lbs. We go away in about 8 weeks and I want to have lost a stone by then. I've been off work this week and been a lot more active than usual but also eaten chocolate every day. No more now though - I need to get on this in time to lose a bit before our holiday, otherwise I'll end up being miserable when none of my clothes fit again.

Gah! Weight creeping up!!! I had managed to only gain three quarters of a pound over Easter and was feeling rather smug, but just weighed myself and another three quarters of a pound! I was under my cals yesterday and did a bloody YouTube workout! I've just started my period so could be that but it's demoralizing. I take a couple of weeks to lose a flipping pound then my period brings it back! Plus I seem to put on random pounds mid cycle too. I know it's just numbers but now I just want to eat five hot cross buns for breakfast Easter Blush

God wench it's ridiculous isn't it???!! You will lose most of that pretty quickly though. I just put on 3 pounds overnight after an evening at a friend's snacking on 'nibbles' and drinking nearly a whole bottle of diet lemonade. I know that realistically even if I ate a thousand calories worth of cocktail sausages ( entirely possible) that is only a third of a pound in real terms. Try not to think 'fuck it' though and give up! Stick to your calories for a few days and try and walk a bit more and the extra pounds will soon be gone!
