Ooooh I love a good meal plan, I have a spreadsheet! A few people on here have found a good way to kick start some weight loss and get into the zone, reset habits etc. is by trying a bit of intermittent fasting. It could be a good way to get motivated for you too?
Carb addiction is a real thing, and it sounds like you could be struggling a bit with it, the only way to go for me was cold turkey, as eating carbs made me want more carbs!
Don't worry about what the scales say, when I first weighed myself before this diet I had gained 5st from my previous weight!
I was truly horrified, but I just take one day at a time and the weight is almost all gone now. You have taken the hardest step in deciding you need to do something about it!

Stellar did you decide on how you were having your nails? I get IBD Jel Nails, last me about 2/3 weeks and I mainly have garish pink with glitter or gothic black
