I'm still impressed!! There is always biscuits at my work I can't resist.

Much better thankfully!! I was feeling a bit sorry for myself I have to say

QuimReaper · 28/03/2017 12:06

SlenderEASTERs! Shock That is our best title yet, he's so good at this!

Welcome Before, as Hairspray says this is actually really good time to join as you can "gear up" for April and get to recognise a few faces Smile

WOAH Cheddar that is a terrific NSV, well done! I almost love "new" clothes from the Skinny Pile more than I love actual new clothes Grin

QuimReaper · 28/03/2017 12:08

Hairspray I'm in awe too, herbal tea until dinner is hardcore. I know what you mean about opening the fridge though, you're right, it's fine as long as you just barrel on into dinner but it's a real witching hour. I like to have either something like a carton of soup, or something going in the slow cooker so I can basically have my eyes clenched shut until I've eaten...

I have dinner early also, like half 5/6ish, that way I am not too ravenous!
If I can keep out of the kitchen as much as possible I am less likely to eat. Dinner is ready to go tonight so hopefully I won't have several slices of cheese etc. whilst cooking, just shove it in the oven and get a nice real cup of tea with Pointless on!

FreeNiki · 28/03/2017 13:33

IVE gone up over a pound and back into unhealthy bmi.

ffs. Sad

readyforsunshine · 28/03/2017 14:09

Fantastic cheddar! Love getting back into something then trying out what works with it to make outfits, it's so exciting to discover you have lots to wear agin, that's certainly what's driving me on, oh & my long term health of courseGrin
Can you take some cooked chicken or boiled eggs, can often pick up in service stations, snack on that before dinner, eat the meat first boop then you may be able to resist what else is on offer. Works for me so long as I don't drink, then I order cheese & scoff the chocolate with coffee, along with any other spares going on the tableConfused
Hi to before well done on the shred, I bet you'll find sitting on the loo painful tomorrow!

HairsprayBabe · 28/03/2017 14:13

Don't worry too much Nikki I have been bobbing between healthy and unhealthy BMI for the last week or so, need to break the back of it and get down to 10.10 so one bad day won't ruin it for me!

BitOutOfPractice · 28/03/2017 14:21

Well I've made it to the meeting without snacking. Stopped at McDonald's but only had a coffee. I had a full English this morning and some grapes to snack on in the car. Just got to power on till dinner now. I've ordered some chicken skewers for starters and steak for mains. I'm only worried about the chunky chips and cheese board now! Grin

And Nikki I'm also bobbling around the healthy BMI mark too. Let's power on through together

FreeNiki · 28/03/2017 14:25

The gain means Ive only lost one pound this month.

Softpebbles · 28/03/2017 15:30

I'm out with work for lunch. Opted for a ham sandwich on brown how dull!! Had about 8 chips though.

Breakfast was grapefruit, few grapes and a pear.
Soup and sandwich for tea.

BitOutOfPractice · 28/03/2017 16:51

BitOutOfPractice · 28/03/2017 17:58

She'd put it in my hand in a little brown bag before I clicked what it was. I've had one bite, thrown it in the bin and been to the gym Halo

Crikey BOOP, chucking out a still warm cookie after one bite gets a total medal!

koko 1200 is perfectly respectable! I tend to just make meals which can be de-carbed, so don't worry about the protein element but have sausages and veg instead of mash, stew / curry on its own without potatoes / rice, etc.

Stellar67 · 28/03/2017 19:06

Wow BOOP. You threw it away! That's amazing.

I've been good today. Although I am about to have a glass of white because.... I have finished work for two weeks. Bless part time hours, bless school holidays.

Don't worry, will try to keep on the 2:2:3 meantime. I have a summer holiday to look good for. And repeat....

Stellar67 · 28/03/2017 19:07

Koko 1200 is good. In fact that's me too including one glass of wine.

Did I mention I was having wine.

HairsprayBabe · 28/03/2017 19:30

StarHalo

BitOutOfPractice · 28/03/2017 19:41

I feel quite proud of myself with the biscuit binning. I did 5km in just over my pb. I wasn't sure if pace as the treadmill in the hotel gym was in mph not kph.

Right now for the main challenge. Dinner and drinks Shock

Stay strong boop!

FreeNiki · 28/03/2017 22:10

Im doing hiit or circuits every day this week. Had some chocolate today though.

Stellar67 · 29/03/2017 06:19

Today is a check up on thyroid day. Sad I get anxious about it all because I always end up getting upset as my Dr is useless.

But I am going to yoga after. And I am getting my nails done later as a treat. What do I get? I don't usually go in for things like that, because I never look after them properly.

I'm going to attempt a fast day today.

Well done Niki. I don't like hiit. I have tried it.

Well done BOOP. Especially gymming in a hotel. I don't associate the two as going together personally Grin

beforeihit30 · 29/03/2017 06:47

Thanks for the welcomes, will try to get familiar with everyone / everything Grin

I had snacks yesterday Blush but I was committed to doing the shred still. DH had to go A&E (fine but had sliced himself!) and I was out, so got home late, did washing cleaning etc, made sure he was alright, thought I could not do it in the circumstances, but made myself do it anyway at around 11:30pm. So sore today but so glad I persevered!
