Oh thats good to hear, thank you, hotel looks nice in pictures so hopefully all will be good

I better have reached a good weight long before I get there....

Chardonnay73 · 22/03/2017 10:27

Morning! Good god I'm freezing, no heating or hot water for 24 hours 😱 I'm cold and I smell 🙄 Just waiting for plumber to arrive.
I can thouroughly recommend the Tenerife Drinking Diet - lost 3lbs since Monday weigh in, taking me to lowest weight so far !! Am wondering if the few days of hedonism and then strict dieting has restarted my metabolism?

Archduke · 22/03/2017 10:44

Arsey you've done brilliantly. Don't be down on yourself you numpty.

Chard a few days of hedonism and booze sounds like just what I need. I've just spent the last hour clearing up unspeakable puppy filth from my cream carpets. I've had to turf out my most lovely rug too. Hate that sodding dog.

I need new clothes. My old ones are too big. Grin Grin Grin.

I need to buy something fierce. Australian clothes tend to be weird... You think you've found something nice and then it will have appalling lace on the back or plastic knees or something bizarre. Too weird.

HairsprayBabe · 22/03/2017 13:02

Plastic knees? Wink wonder what for Grin

What is for dinner today guys? We are having lime and coconut curry and I am going to prep a veggie shepherds pie (swede mash top) for tomorrow.

BitOutOfPractice · 22/03/2017 14:54

We've just had corned beef hash with a poached egg on top for lunch and it was lush!

I'm fully indulging I. Pasta and pizza... Not quite the Mediterranean diet to the letter,
Did ski for FIVE HOURS today though. Which is hard work when you're rubbish at skiing

TVHubbyClaire · 22/03/2017 15:58

I am trying to convince myself to drive ( and drink mineral water) to a retirement do tonight.

This will help me manage buffet consumption, not consume too many wine calories and avoid sore head in morning......so far failing miserably and just about to organise DW to drive me there....Blush.

I may never get below 12 st 10!!

FreeNiki · 22/03/2017 16:07

Im having stir fry prawns and noodles tonight.

Softpebbles · 22/03/2017 16:28

Pork loin lots of veg, roast sweet pot and yorkshires 😬

TooExtraImmatureCheddar · 22/03/2017 17:25

I'm having a sausage butty when I get home and then salmon and asparagus at 9pm after trampoline. And I'll still be under 1200 calories!

Squiffy01 · 22/03/2017 19:55

Left over fajitas tonight.
Had an extra hours walk today trying to find a bus home. Work in Westminster so all road around me closed after an hour gave up trying to find bus and got an uber.

MountainDweller · 22/03/2017 22:43

We had tuna steaks with veg and leeky mash. But I unwisely let DH cook them and he added a massive amount of butter! Not what I'd planned Shock

Have lost another 0.5 kilo! I've generally been a bit more restrained during the last week and I think it's working!

BitOutOfPractice · 23/03/2017 01:23

Oh squiffy how scary just thank goodness you're ok. Dreadful events in London Sad

Well done on the loss mountain Star

Stellar67 · 23/03/2017 07:37

Squiffy glad you are alright.

Deadlines this week so my 2:2:3 is fast turning into 2:3:3. And I have a cold. And I have a sore back. Apologies for the self pity but I'm trying to stay on it in RL.

I'll try a low carb, low Cal day today with lots of water.

TooExtraImmatureCheddar · 23/03/2017 07:56

Have a Brew, Stellar, that all sounds miserable!

Yay, Mountain! What's half a kilo in old money?

The scales moved again! I have done FGG so far this week and I'm now down a lb with another fast today to round things off. New low of 10.10.5. Quim, Inventrice of Golden Days, I think I love you.

And yesterday's dinner wound up being 1 sausage and 1 piece of toast before trampoline and the same again afterwards. It was YUMMY. Salmon, sweet potato fries and tenderstem broccoli tonight, which I am really looking forward to!

HairsprayBabe · 23/03/2017 08:21

Excellent work Cheddar

Glad you are safe Squiffy I got sent home early yesterday as I work in a gov building, not London but we are multi-agency office and our core hours were over anyway.

11.2 again this morning, sale flicked from 11.1 to 11.3 and settled on two. Thought I was good yesterday but I think I added a bit too much coconut cream to my curry plus I found some onion bhajis at the bottom of the freezer that we used up... Still, came in at about 850 I think so was hoping for a loss again but I am planning on a 657 calorie day today so hopefully will see the scales move again tomorrow.

Lasty That sounds lush, and I am sure all the skiing will offset the pasta/pizza fest!

TooExtraImmatureCheddar · 23/03/2017 09:27

YY to 5 hours of skiing offsetting pizza and pasta! I always wish wistfully that I could just have some sort of energetic job that would keep me moving for 8 hours a day and then I could eat like a horse. Can't think what, though - farm labourer?

readyforsunshine · 23/03/2017 09:28

Hi all, please can I join or shall I wait until April?
I have steadily put on stone & 1/2 over 2 years, despite a pathetic attempt at dieting. Started (again) yesterday, start weight 10.10, goal weight 9.7, first target 10.
7lb a month would be amazing but even if I stop aging it would be an improvement!
Well done on all your losses, v inspiring & great support to each other.

readyforsunshine · 23/03/2017 09:28

Aging & gaining!

HairsprayBabe · 23/03/2017 10:24

DP used to work on a farm and he was ripped to hell Wink hubba hubba but even now he just eats whatever he pleases and never puts on more than a few pounds.... Envy

sunshine Welcome, never too late to join in, we all do different things and have different end goals and we will gladly have you on board!

double post Blush

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser · 23/03/2017 10:48

Just checking in. Had a very un-golden day yesterday but I'm drawing a line under it and attempting to be a bit better today. I'm definitely still in holiday mode so it's hard!

Welcome Sunshine! Don't worry about waiting until April, it's not that strict here Grin

readyforsunshine · 23/03/2017 11:02

Thanks for the welcomeSmile
My Dh is the same, used to have a physical/outdoor job, now mostly desk bound but seems to be able to eat & drink whatever he likes.
Am cooking today & flagging a bit mid morning, hopefully coffee will keep me going

BitOutOfPractice · 23/03/2017 11:49

Not aging or gaining would be great eh sunshine? Hello and welcome to you.
