Clothes are weird. I've just been looking up clothes sizes online. My Coast strapless dress is a size 12. The website says their size 12 bust measurement is 36.6 inches. My bust measurement is 41.5 and I can get the zip most of the way up. It's tight, and I need to lose at least 2 or 3 inches, but it's no way 5 inches too tight! I'm not measuring my waist, though - there has been too much sticky toffee pudding consumed! Will try again in the morning. DH has lost my dressmaker's measuring tape, though, so I'm measuring using an old belt and then using a metal tape measure to measure that.

Apparently a size 12 is 37/30/39 in Asos, 36/29/38 in Topshop and 36.25/29.5/39.5 in M&S.

Oooh I've not had a good weekend 🙈
Dh is away and been stuck at home with the kids. And eaten. Not bad stuff but more than I've eaten for weeks. Feel huge and really cross with myself as it's 2 days till I go away with Boop and don't feel fabulous anymore 😩
Got to have 2 hardcore days of protein shakes to get back on it... before 4 days of eating/drinking...
Gahhhh why do I do it to myself???

I've had a mixed weekend. After the BMI euphoria of Friday I went on a bit of a bender on Friday night, golden day yesterday and a mixed bag today. Food great but booze on top.

I got a big load of "too small" clothes down from the loft yesterday and spent several hours trying them all on today. It's like having a whole new wardrobe. Fuck knows where I'm going to keep it all.

I'm packed Chard. Are you?

I had an ok weekend, although I think I have some kind of a virus which is leaving me exhausted. It's a long weekend here (HOORAAAAYY), so have got today to loaf about doing sweet stuff all. Might take the kids to the flicks if I can work up the energy.

DH leaves on Wednesday for his mammoth bike ride across Australia - 5,500kms non-stop (weirdo) so am facing 3 weeks of just me + kids + dogs + chickens + fish + work + everything else.

Oi! Cheeky! It's not that long it almost is since I was slimish. I threw about a third out. The rest I can live with. Mostly dresses. Let's just say I have my big birthday and my mom's big birthday covered now Grin

niki hope you haven't done damage, you work so hard at the gym. Have you few rest days and see if that helps.

Pizza, pasta and gelato overload! Venice was fab! So tired and exhausted dH and I fulll of a cold but forced ourselves out of bed to explore.

I'm aiming for four golden days to try and limit damage.

Last I'm in a very similar boat. Put on 3lbs over the weekend. Something to do with cheesecake unfortunately. Am going to have a very well behaved week. Blush

11.6 this morning, not as bad as I thought it was going to be TBH still on a minus for the month after eating all the food in the world on Saturday!

Going for a full 24hr fast today, attempted it yesterday but visited my mother so that went out of the window!

Last ate at 5:15 yesterday, next meal will be tuna steak with puy lentils and green beans this evening, with lots of water and herbal tea in the meantime, if I am really struggling I will have a sparkling water at lunch time.

Ah I am another with a gain and definitely don't feel like its warranted at all. Running 3 times in last week, PT session and I am a lb up.

Really struggling with my digestion though Blush Anyone else get a little blocked sometimes!

I am really hoping that I am due a whoosh..... Confused

Keepon I am for 1400, I am also trying to not eat exercise calories back.

Stay with us, we can do together, I need to shift this 17lbs. X

Would it help any of us that are struggling to post what we are eating? I know it helps me and also sometimes I find it beneficial but I don't want the thread to be clogged - perhaps we could just add at the end of what we are posting? Thoughts....
