Thanks for the tips. Thinking of trying to have small breakfast I normally just eat a lot of crap that isn't all that nice just cause it's included in the stay.
Alcohol isn't a huge deal for me. I hate most of it, have the odd fruity cocktail when going out with friends but I can go months and months without a drink.

milly interesting read. I watched something on tv a couple of weeks ago that was saying similar. Bloody unfair for those who lose loads of weight and get eating under control for their bodies to betray them. Ha I'm not dramatic at all.

Same here. Though I'm looking at a picture of me and the BF at the Grand Canyon three years ago and I'm horrified. We have lost over 6 stone between us since then and he's only the same height as me!

Great shape hairspray! And well done, that is amazing weight loss!
I feel like I am only just back in the game of weight loss! Having downloaded MyFitnessPal again I have been 'conscious calorie consuming' all week and it is a great motivator to exercise as it kindly adds on the calories you burn.
Soooo not going to squander this 1 pound loss with Friday night frivolous eating and will be having a v healthy veg stir fry with cauliflower rice (never cooked this before but I think microwave is easiest method I've read so far). Then I'm hoping 2 small glasses of red won't scupper things

No losses here, holding firm at 89kg on the dot, but three (yes, THREE!!) people in the past 24 hours have commented on my slimness. One did use the word svelte.

Just seen your photo Hairspray, you're purdy. I agree, you're definitely prettier with a slimmer face, but I think you did carry your weight really well before. Just in case you're thinking you used to be a total minger.

Thanks Keepon. I'll google it later. They did recommend microwave. MyFitnessPal is making me v carbs aware. I always thought jacket pots were fairly harmless but they pack a punch calorie wise when I'm attempting to limit daily calorie consumption to 1200!

I have just weighed in. I have lost 1.1lbs. I am 0.1lbs away from my goal of healthy BMI. I could weep with frustration

I've just tried picking up two 12kg weights at the gym. I could pick them up but not bicep curl them. I cannot believe what I've done to be honest. I've had a little cry and come to the pub

Gosh BOOP , is that not like 25 Lindas in each hand. Im blooming sure i wouldnt be doing bicep curls with those either. I think its usually the 7kg ones i use

I feel quite fat today and am sure I must be heavier than Wednesday
Weekend upon us and a dinner party tomorrow night, walking at least 10,000 steps in the morning before the calories arrive on their nice looking plates and full glasses of grape juice....

So I had a Fast Day yesterday and then didn't eat anything until almost 1pm. I was starving and sort of accidentally wandered into Burger King Luckily there was a queue and I was short on time so I went to Costa for a Panini instead, probably almost as bad but surely not quite! I'd like a medal for dodging that bullet please
