Well done Hairspray!

Squiffy01 · 08/03/2017 07:26

Well done arsey

Softpebbles · 08/03/2017 07:29

What a lovely surprise squiffy Confused

Go hairspray. How tall are you? I'm a pound behind you -1lb lost this morning. Disappointed to be honest.

Xx

BitOutOfPractice · 08/03/2017 07:35

Morning lovely ladies. And TV of course.

Looking great hairspray. Just checking what size that label says..is that a 10? A 10? Grin

Well done to Soft and Arsey on the losses

Squiffy at least that explains the carb monster tendencies

I am bloody determined to see a loss. Off to spin class at 8:30. It's like I don't know myself any more Grin

Hahaha I couldn't help my self!
I am 5ft6 so just above average, but pretty tall for this thread I think 😂
DP has been muttering about joing the gym as he dosn't want to let the side down apparently haha

TVHubbyClaire · 08/03/2017 08:08

Well done you hairspray - nothing wrong with a size 10 ever!!Smile

Well done for losing arsey and pebblesSmile

Dam you Linda........weigh in this morning and I am paying for my Sunday night in the pub. I am back up to 12st 13 so almost tipping the 13st number again. Very disappointed because I still feel quite thin compared to 7 weeks ago.....Angry

Goping to try and get to the gym at lunchtime and see if I can do 5km on the treadmill

Archduke · 08/03/2017 08:12

Hairspray you look great. And a 10 . . . ooooh, top notch.

Cheddar the whole fitting exercise in is a right nightmare. Can you do 2 swims/classes/runs/whatever over the weekend and then either do a 30 min walk every lunchtime or a few times a week at least. Exercise doesn't have to make you sweat, a good walk every day will help.

Well done on the losses girls.

I feel like I'm getting fatter, it's not great for me to go out and get pissed midweek. I feel shocking today. And to get my day off to a really good start the puppy shat all over the sitting room carpet, the rug, the sofa even the WINDOW. Clearing up puppy explosion with a hangover is not the finest way to start the day.

On a related note. . . for sale: 1 puppy.

Archduke · 08/03/2017 08:14

Oh and BOOP wear the bikini!!! I'm sure no one here meant to put you off x

ponygirlcurtis · 08/03/2017 09:01

Oh dear Arch. Grin Hope both you and the pup are feeling better soon.

I am still pootling around between pounds. Today will be a decent day hopefully, got it all planned out.

Anyone tried wasabi peas? I tried one the other day and loved it, got some coming with my tesco delivery tomorrow to try properly, will report back.

BitOutOfPractice · 08/03/2017 09:24

I seem to have hit a wall again. Went down quite a bit, up a lb and now staying there.

Softpebbles · 08/03/2017 11:40

Well done BOOP 😀

Survived personal training. Loved it. Wish I could afford to sessions a week and permanently but I can't. Just booked for 4 weeks. 😀

FreeNiki · 08/03/2017 11:42

How much are you paying for PT sessions?

Stellar67 · 08/03/2017 12:04

StarStarStarStarStarBOOP! Well done!

I went to spin then got dragged into circuits after. It wasn't too bad. But I'll feel it tomorrow.

I've booked myself a yoga afternoon spring chill type thing in April. So I've got an incentive to move the belly and boobs!

HairsprayBabe · 08/03/2017 12:07

Amazing boop StarStarStar well done! I am 2 lbs from healthy BMI now too it is so clooooseee!
