I'm just within the healthy weight range, but would love to lose 15lbs as that is where I felt best. Ideally I'd like to lose 1 lb per week, and be at my goal weight by Summer as we are planning a beachieve holiday - but mainly I just want to feel and look better as I haven't been taking care of myself lately. I will weigh myself every Sunday.
Today's weight: 9st4lbs (130lbs)
Goal weight: 8st3lbs (115lbs)
Lbs to go: 15

Anyone like to join?

puddle and bambino hopefully next week will be your week. Stay positive and keep being amazing and working hard, I know you can do it Smile

Today's weigh in was 9st3lbs, so I've lost a pound! Very happy. Today I've had a banana and a coffee, am having an omelette and some crusty bread for lunch, salmon and potatoes for tea. Have been on a 5 mile run too. Drank 750ml water so far.

Hope everyone is having a good day.

No weight loss here. Still 10 st 7. But had alcohol the last couple of days because of the wedding. Need to be more disciplined this week!

twobambinos · 05/03/2017 21:12

Today went OK. Did a very long run. Had a few jelly babies on the run but apart from that not a bad day food wise at all. Still here trying to drink some more water. Im getting about 1,5l a day now so I hope I can maintain that.
Well done stranger.
Flashinthepan next week will be better on the scales for all of us I hope

Gettingthere7 · 06/03/2017 07:09

Half a pound on this week after a slightly excessive weekend...which is a little frustrating as Monday to Friday and Sunday were really good and I still exercised 7 days this week. Just goes to show I can't even afford a little slip up. Sure it will come down tomorrow.

littlemissM92 · 06/03/2017 08:17

I've lost a measly 1/4 of a lb but surely that will go back on if I weighed my self at end of the day? It's so deflating :(

Flashinthepan · 06/03/2017 11:01

Back on the bandwagon today. Breakfast branflakes and sultanas, two cups of tea so far. Lunch will be a pitta bread with aubergine dip and homemade carrot fritters. Dinner, it's yoga day, so will be baked potatoes with feta, red onion and olive tapenade. Snacks are grapes and an apple.

Exercise: 2 mile run and yoga class. We can do this ladies!

twobambinos · 06/03/2017 11:24

Breakfast was yep you guessed it porridge apple and cinnamon Grin boring.
Lunch out not sure yet
Dinner some sort of salad I think.
No snacking today I hope as I have no time to fit in any exercise today.
Every 1/4 helps Littlemiss

littlemissM92 · 06/03/2017 12:06

are u all fully clothed when u Weigh yourselves v

redpickle · 06/03/2017 12:16

Terrible weekend. I had lost 1lb but back up by 2lbs now to 9.5. I think that's my tipping point as I really feel it. I've started running at the gym and I'm actually enjoying it. Aiming for no more that 1400 calories today, although perhaps that's still too high (?)

Flashinthepan · 06/03/2017 12:37

I weigh myself naked, first thing in the morning, after a wee (sorry, TMI).

Aww, redpickle. It can be so disappointing, but you know you're in the right frame of mind if you use it as motivation to work harder/keep on at it rather than giving up.

littlemissM92 · 06/03/2017 13:00

*Flashinthepan

I weigh myself first thing but fully clothed including jumper so I'm probs less maybe next week I'll strip off ha*

Flashinthepan · 06/03/2017 14:23

It would be a good way to get a weight loss boost Little. Although my clothes never weigh as much I think/hope! Shoes seem to be the biggest weight-adder.

Flashinthepan · 07/03/2017 08:55

Morning everyone. Yesterday went well, sneakily jumped on the scale this morning and a pound off. So hopefully can maintain that until next official weigh in.

Today: two scrambled eggs, one piece of toast; rice with herbs, spinach and lime; some kind of meat with lots of vegetables.

Hurt my arm somehow in yoga last night, so 2 mile walk instead of run, and possibly no other exercise today.

Gettingthere7 · 07/03/2017 17:51

I also weighed myself his morning and had lost 2 pounds so maybe Tuesdays are better haha

Thingsgettingstranger · 07/03/2017 18:04

Well done Flash and GettingThere! Let's keep on going and being amazing.

Today for me has been utter shite, as was yesterday. Hoping to start fresh tomorrow morning. Does anyone have any motivation? I feel a bit sad when I have skinny friends who eat loads but I have to eat a lot less just to maintain...

Anyway, tomorrow my plan is:
B - skip because I know I'm going to wake up feeling stuffed
S - Banana
L - Tuna sandwich on wholemeal bread, vegetable sticks, tub of full fat hummus
T - Chicken drumsticks with new potatoes, broccoli and green beans

Xoticdreamz · 07/03/2017 18:39

It's so annoying watching folk eat loads yes !
I have also weighed myself and was 9st5 this morning . It's a loss and good but god it's boring .

My motivation is the clothes that I already have and can't wear .
Congratulations on the disappearing lb's ... Getting and Things .
Ice poles and a tiny gin with loads of tonic get me through at night . It's my total danger zone . Come on the scales saying 8 something .. please be soon !

littlemissM92 · 07/03/2017 21:36

I'm sooo hungry I had one shredded wheat for my tea ! Not on purpose just been crazy busy and had to rush out!

RiverdaleJughead · 07/03/2017 22:03

Yes please 8 stone 9 here ( ive already lost 7lb) but keep really craving sweet things ( never happened before i dieted) and have been going hard at the gym every day --its just really hard to see results when youre already small

Gettingthere7 · 08/03/2017 07:07

I'm struggling for motivation. Think it's because I'm getting closer to my goal and I'm most of the way there. Every little slip up is met with weight gain and I'm just struggling to understand how I'll be able to maintain.

Flashinthepan · 08/03/2017 10:14

getting perhaps try setting other goals that compliment your weight loss goal. So if you're exercising, set a goal of a certain amount of press ups you can do or kms you can run or a time you can do a walk in or something. If you move the focus off the scale and onto challenging yourself it might help with motivation.

Flashinthepan · 08/03/2017 10:17

Complement.

Thingsgettingstranger · 08/03/2017 16:15

Hi everyone. Today I've been good:
L - Tuna sandwich, wholemeal bread
S - 2 carrots, hummus
Tea will be roast chicken, new potatoes, broccoli, green beans. Drank 500ml water, 1.5L to go hopefully. Walked quite a bit, will do weights soon. Hope eveyone else okay today.

I need some help. So I was doing Jillian Michaels today and looked down when I was in plank and my stomach literally hangs down. Like a saggy little sack. For perspective I have no kids but have been pregnant (not had a bump), I'm 28, always been in the healthy weight range. Will this saggy gross bit go when ive lost some weight/fat! Please say yes. Lol.

Flashinthepan · 08/03/2017 18:19

Sounds good things. Today I had branflakes, gammon with celeriac and potato mash, carrots and cabbage. Dinner will be chicken and veg. Small portion though as had big lunch. Snacks were apple and tangerine. More water today. 2 mile run and level 3of 30day shred.

Thingsgettingstranger · 08/03/2017 18:20

Flash mine does too! However it didn't when I weighed less, so I'm presuming (and hoping!) that it goes as I continue losing weight.
