I'm just within the healthy weight range, but would love to lose 15lbs as that is where I felt best. Ideally I'd like to lose 1 lb per week, and be at my goal weight by Summer as we are planning a beachieve holiday - but mainly I just want to feel and look better as I haven't been taking care of myself lately. I will weigh myself every Sunday.
Today's weight: 9st4lbs (130lbs)
Goal weight: 8st3lbs (115lbs)
Lbs to go: 15

Anyone like to join?

Flowers so disappointing what. Nothing worse than staying the same when you really feel you've worked at staying on plan. Hopefully you'll have a really good loss next week.

I know it's pathetic but I can't stop welling up. Dh has eaten like shit all week - chocolate, sweets, biscuits, mcdonalds etc and he's lost 3lb! He wasn't even trying!

whats - I've had so many weeks like this. Was stuck at 9.4 for ages despite being faultless. It's shit but don't be put off, there are many factors that effect the reading on your scales. Don't give up - you will see a loss. Also, concentrate more on how you feel in your clothes. Scales don't give the full picture.

I was rubbish yesterday. Had a complete chocolate binge and ate 2 dinners - neither of them particularly healthy. Blush

I'm stuck on 9st 1lb too. Haven't had that great a week not over eating but a few days without exercise. Did a 90 min dog walk today though.

Well done pug and everyone else loosing.

Time of the month for me so haven't bothered weighing myself. But was still 10st 2 on Friday.

Have allowed a few too many sweet treats so need to get back on the healthy bandwagon properly this week. And keep the exercise going!

Lost nothing last week so back to it this week, back down to 1200 cals and at least an hour of walking a day.

Half a lb off this week. Not much but I've been to a wedding one day, out for a curry and drinks, and then another night out with a meal and drinks. So I'm amazed I haven't gained really! Preparing to get a couple of weeks of maintaining now, that's often how it goes for me.

I think I'm due a drop this week. Got on the scales this morning and it slowly ticked up from 10st 1 to 10st 2/3 so hopefully by the weekend good things will have happened.

Today:
B: banana
L: chicken kiev, potato and courgette
D: lamp chop and baked vegetables with tomato
S: peach

E: 2 mile run; JM 30 Day Shred.

How's everyone getting on?

I'm hovering around 10 st 3 still, but I've got a plan, which I'm hoping will see the next couple of pounds off by the weekend.

Yesterday 2 mile run and yoga and good eating.

Today:
B: berry and cherry Dorset cereal.
L: courgette soup and bread.
D: homemade lasagne with salad.
S: banana; grapes; cherry tomatoes.

E: 2 mile walk.

L: tuna with green beans and courgette
D: vegetables and some kind of meat

Sorry, I've been rubbish at updating recently! Well done you for keeping up with it!

My current weigh in is 8st11 so I have 4Ib to lose. I'm SO close but have lost all motivation and need to get back on it.

Having a meal and celebration cake tomorrow so I will start posting a daily food diary again as of Monday.

I WILL reach 8st7!!!!

I seem to have stalled at 10 st 4. But, this does mean I have actually lost a genuine 4 pounds, as it never goes about 10st 4. I also believe some is muscle, as I can fit into a dress better today then I could when I bought it but was about 5 pounds lighter. By eating well and exercising I also find I care less and less about what the scale says as I like how I look and feel in general.

Going for a spa weekend and intend to use it as a kick up the arse to get back into good habits.

Weighed myself this morning and have gained a pound - first gain in a long while. Not much at least, but it's a slippery slope with me..
