Need to lose 2 stone (at least)

I have no idea how it's gotten this bad. I had a baby almost 7 months ago and I'm still 2 stone overweight. It's awful, I hardly have any pictures of me with my baby as I'm so disgustingly fat.
I have no time to exercise except walking with the pram so really it's just all down to eating.
I'm 5"4 and a size 12, ideally for my frame I should be a size 8/10 but would be happy to get back into my size 10 jeans.
Anyone else in a similar situation that would like to swap tips? My meal plan for tomorrow is;

Breakfast: Porridge with semi skimmed milk
Snack: Apple
Lunch: leek & potato soup
Snack: carrot sticks & hummus
Dinner: Beans on wholemeal toast with a small amount of cheese

I think that comes to around 1200 calories but sounds quite filling? I don't have time to make a better dinner as husband will be out and I also have my 2yo nephew to look after so thought that was the easiest, healthy thing to make.

Went out for lunch with friends today so I did indulge a little.

B: banana and nectarine
L/D: roast pork dinner and slice of carrot cake

Still haven't drank enough!!! I'm going to fill a litre bottle tomorrow and keep sipping!

I've been reasonably good over the weekend but I have had a couple of glasses of wine! Back to being strict today.

Today was my WI and I've lost 1lb, it was my 4th WI and that makes my total 8lbs.

I really really need to drink my 2L of water like I used to when I 1st started, old habits of drinking fizzy juice are creeping back in.

S: banana
L: tomato, onion and basil soup
S: 6 almonds
D: small rib eye steak with sweet potato fries and broccoli
W: 2 litres! Wahoo!!
E: walked the school run with DD2 in sling

A much healthier day today! :)

S: 6 almonds
D: homemade lasagne (large portion), salad & 2 tablespoons of coleslaw
W: 2.5 litres :)
E: walk around town with pram, walked school run with pram & DD2 on buggyboard (flipping hard work!!)

Hey Pug, I'm still here. Last 2 days have been shite and feeling guilty and a bit embarrassed. Will get back on track tomorrow with:
B - nothing
S - Banana
L - Wholemeal tuna sandwich, veg sticks, hummus, green tea (maybe)
T - Chicken drumsticks, new potatoes, broccoli, green beans
1.5L+ water, 3 mile walk, weights

last night I ended up dipping my strawberries into a jar of nutella Sad then I ate more rubbish.

Today hasn't been great either and I've barely moved from the couch. I need to get back on track tomorrow!

Hi everyone

Been super busy and just not had time to post. However I have been sticking to my sugar detox..going well...except for Saturday where we went out for cocktails. I ordered a mojito thinking it was the best cocktail to go for with the least amount of sugar but then realised all the brown sugar that goes in it! Ah well, not the end othe world!

I haven't weighed yet.. I'm too scared to as if I don't see a drop in numbers, it will weaken my motivation to stick to my plan. In the past when this has happened, when I have been tempted to have something naughty, I will just think in my head "sod it"

I've discovered sugar free Werthers Originals! How yummy are those?

DH is doing the detox as well and complaining of feeling a bit rough and having a headache. I feel fine which is worrying a bit as maybe I am sneaking sugar in my diet without realising? Double checks packet of Werthers Originals.

Ah well here goes another day of food planning

B two rice cakes with smear of Meridian Peanut Butter
L Avocado and Tuna salad
D Chilli made with Quorn mince. Cauliflower rice for me and normal rice for rest of family.
S Roasted chick peas! (yummy! Discovered these from a vegan friend. Drained chick peas tossed in a little olive oil, pinch of chilli powder, sea salt and roasted on a baking tray for about half an hour til crunchy)

Meeting friend this morning for gym and a swim

By the way those Naked Bars... The chocolate or cocoa ones are horrible! But the peanut ones are nicer.

Freshstart strawberries dipped into Nutella - that sounds like heaven!! I'm so going to try that on a treat day!!

Im a little disheartened this week and not lost anything yet. I've started on my exercise bike so I'm hoping that will help things along.

Today:
B slimfast
L slimfast
D chicken and chorizo bake. Not sure what it's got in it DH is making it!!
S light Alpen bar and fruit.

Keep going people - we'll get there in the end!! X

Evening All!

Not sure what my weigh in will tell me this week, but I'm definitely feeling better and motivated to keep going.

Today:
B: the usual - weetabix with honey, a satsuma
S: nakd bar cashew & date
L: tomato & basil soup, a plum
S: Pea crisps
D: leftover lasagne and coleslaw, a muller light yoghurt

W: 4 litres (!!!!) I've bought a litre bottle with a straw, it's so easy to drink from and I seem to drink more out of it in one go than I would from a glass. I carry it e Rey where with me and it's really helping me drink more.

E: walked school run with pram & DD1 on buggyboard

This week has been rubbish, I'm probably still not overeating but still eating too much to lose anything for my WI on monday.

I've ordered fancy scales so I'm looking forward to them arriving as they measure more than just my weight.

D: breaded haddock and homemade chips, a muller light yoghurt

E: walk to next village with pram, and walked school run with pram

Pugwalls that is fantastic!!

My weigh in wasn't what I really wanted. I lost 1.5lb but was really aiming for more like 3lb!

Going to a friends tonight and I'm going to have a wine or two so must try harder next week.

Today I haven't eaten well as had to take DD2 to A&E after taking the very tip of her finger off when clipping her nails SadSadSad Poor little mite. She seems to have forgotten about it but I feel absolutely awful - I'm never clipping her nails again! The cut was small but my goodness, the blood!!!

So today has been:

Brunch: bacon sandwich (white bread) & sweet potato fries
S: a pear
W: 2 litres
E: walked school run & paced A&E waiting area!!
