Don't drink wine having only had a very small breakfast. I haven't been drunk like that for years. I am down today but would rather not have been sick. I tried eating something earlier but couldn't do it.

Congrats Millie

Italian base veggie pizza Queen? 122cals for a large slice. Heres a list of the calories in the different pizza+base combinations.

GoodQueenWenchEatsLess · 26/11/2016 16:09

According to MFP, I can have half a box of potato wedges, box of chicken strips and a little pot of garlic and herb dip for just over 600 cal from dominos SmileSmile I know it seems daft not to get pizza from a pizza delivery but I love the chicken dipper things and I'm amazed I can have all that and still have calories to spare from my daily allowance. Very happy!

happypoobum · 26/11/2016 16:26

Am really worried about tomorrows weigh in. As I didn;t lose last week, despite being good, I have been really disheartened this week and have had the odd naughty treat (a couple of biscuits, a slice of cake) so we shall see......

If I don't lose again I will have to cut my MFP allowance to 1000 which seems drastic but I can't stand being this size any longer.

Notsoskinnyminny · 26/11/2016 16:58

Ice you have my sympathy, I can drink shorts til the cows come home but anymore than 3 glasses of wine and I can't begin to tell you the messes I've got myself into - but my kids can and I'm sure if I scroll back through DDs twitter they're all there - it wouldn't be so bad but at one time she had over 20k followers thankfully there's only 3k now to enjoy 'the mother's' drunken escapades Blush

That's amazing wench but I'm now debating whether to use 215 calories on a slice of DS's meatfeast pizza from last night or have a tangerine Grin

No coursework done but Christmas is all sorted - must buy something for the nice man across the road who takes in all my packages Grin

Lokisglowstickofdestiny · 26/11/2016 18:41

Great loss millie. Wench that's pretty good calorie wise, I think I'd prefer the chicken anyway, not convinced that Domino's pizzas are all that anyway.

Lokisglowstickofdestiny · 26/11/2016 18:43

Forgot to add, dinner tonight is chicken and chorizo jambalaya courtesy of the Hairy Bikers, comes in at about 350 calories.

Bibs2014 · 26/11/2016 20:56

Dinner tonight was small portion of meatballs and cous cous. Brought some yum fruit salads from m&s which I have been sharing with my toddler. DH brought me a galaxy but I've said I'll share it with him tomorrow cause I'm stuffed after dinner!

Threw away DS's pizza rather than eat his leftovers like I usually do.

Had a smidgen of bread with dinner rather than half a loaf - nice cheese bread from M&S. Small steps.

Think I will start mfp tomorrow.

GoodQueenWenchEatsLess · 27/11/2016 08:10

This morning I am ShockShockShock

I'm not entirely sure i believe my scales but I've just weighed myself and they are saying 10st 8lb .... last Sunday I was 10st 12.5 Shock I know I've been good this week - under my MFP allowance and 5k cycling every day - but I seriously don't think that can be right, can it?! (I did just weigh myself straight from the shower so I was naked and usually I'm dressed but would clothes make that much of a difference?)

I am slightly in shock and definitely don't believe the numbers I am seeing. I will weigh again tomorrow morning and compare.

Does everyone else weigh naked or clothed?

Hope you all see the scales moving in the right direction today!

GoodQueenWenchEatsLess · 27/11/2016 08:22

Ok I actually just got dressed and weighed myself again - 10st 10.5, which is more what I was expecting. Then I got undressed and weighed again - 10st 8.5! So it seems clothes do make that much of a difference! I am definitely weighing naked from now on!!! (Or should I continue to do it clothed? now I feel my weight loss won't be accurate for the purpose of recording the stats on here as I'm not sure what my actual starting weight was naked unless I assume my clothes are always 2lb and say my starting weight was 10st 12 rather than 11st)

Jeez I confusing myself with all this rambling. I'll shut up now!

Lokisglowstickofdestiny · 27/11/2016 09:19

Wench well done on the loss. I always weigh without clothes so there are no variables.
I've lost 0.6kg this week which I'm pleased with. Takes me to 70.6kg, total loss so far 3.2kgs.

MillieMoodle · 27/11/2016 09:36

Well done Wench that's fantastic! So pleased for you that you're seeing results! I always weigh naked. The first time I weighed for this thread I had clothes on and was 12st 3lbs. The next day I weighed naked and was 12st so I took that as my starting weight. I also always put the scales in the same place on the bathroom floor.

11st 8lbs this morning for me, so a pound heavier than yesterday but still a loss this week (I knew I shouldn't have had Jaffa cakes and peanut m&ms yesterday evening. Grr!). Hoping I can get to 11st 5lbs by next weekend.

happypoobum · 27/11/2016 10:32

Well done you bunch of losers!

Weighed in today and have lost a pound so feeling much happier. I suspect at this point I may have to dust off the exercise bike and place it in front of the tv. So although I didn't lose at all last week despite being Halo I have lost 9lbs overall in four weeks so that is great. I am on target to lose a stone by Christmas.

I am lecturing next week at a place where they lay on the most fabulous lunches, and there is nowhere else for miles to go to.I will just have to exert portion control I think.

Starting Weight 12.13
Week 1 12.8
Week 2 12.5
Week 3 12.5
Week 4 12.4

Bibs2014 · 27/11/2016 12:00

Well done wench! I always weigh naked too.

Happy - well done to you too.

Feeling determined at the moment which is half the battle! Smile

Ice3 · 27/11/2016 12:02

Start: 172
Week one: 168.6
Week two: 167.0
Week three: No scales
Week four: 162.4

I am so happy. My first goal weight is 159lbs and I wanted to get there by my birthday so it looks like I am definitely going to make it. 30lbs off for my 30th!

Well done Wench! I always weight naked first thing in the morning.

Congrats everybody. It looks like we are all getting into the swing of it now.

MillieMoodle · 27/11/2016 14:20

Well done everyone, some great losses and we all seem to be starting to get the benefit of our being good!

Had actimel, tea and cornflakes for breakfast. We went out Christmas shopping and I had a Brie, bacon and cranberry panini with a hot chocolate at the Range. It was delicious! DH and DS1 are having some lunch now, but I am having a cup of tea and sorting out the online shop so I'm feeling pleased with myself for resisting the urge to eat more! Dinner will be chilli and jacket potatoes I think.

We're doing the Christmas decorations this afternoon so hopefully my step count will be quite high today.

Notsoskinnyminny · 27/11/2016 14:45

Just missed 1/2 a stone by 1/4lb but I've lost 2" off my waist and 1" from everywhere else except calves. Losses so far (and I always weigh naked after my morning wee)

S - 10st 0
1 - 9st 9.75
2 - 9st 8.75
3 - 9st 7.75
4 - 9st 7.25

I braved the city centre this morning to change the dress that's too big and couldn't believe that carparks were full at 10.30. Tried it on in the smaller size and decided the original looked better so I'll get DD to adjust the shoulders when she's next home.

Meals planned for next week, including extras for work so I can avoid the nibbles on offer after the xmas productions - we're expected to socialise with the 'VIPs' and retired staff who refuse to go home and don't appreciate/or remember that we've been there since 7am.

Stirfry for me tonight and steak and cheese baguettes for the menfolk as we watch the final grand prix and pray for Rosberg's engine to blow up or Grosjean to crash into him because the krauts definitely nobbled Lewis at the start of the season Grin

wejammin · 27/11/2016 16:50

Urgh. Fallen off the wagon completely this week ( had a week off work, 2 birthday parties, an all you can eat Indian and a Christmas market visit).

I'm not even going to weigh myself until next Sunday.

GoodQueenWenchEatsLess · 27/11/2016 18:36

Never mind wejammin - start again tomorrow.

Well done every one who has lost!

I've had the "day off" from the exercise bike (for some reason I was so stiff and achey when I got up, even the thought of 1k on the bike was enough to make me want to get straight back in to bed!) also had a small bar of chocolate and a few pringles so I'll be about 175 over my calorie allowance today. Oops.

Back on it tomorrow! Need to plan my meals and do some shopping though so I'm not tempted by the bad stuff. 4weeks today is Christmas Day (Shock) and if today's naked weigh in is accurate then I've got 8lbs to go to get to 10st. Not sure if I can do 2lb every week until Xmas but we'll see!

SmellTheGlove · 27/11/2016 20:19

Was 3 pounds down today but having spent the afternoon making a gingerbread house with DS I am not sure I'll be the same tomorrow for my official weigh in. Lots of gingerbread dough and royal icing consumed while constructing! And hardly any walking which is usually bad news for me..

Bibs2014 · 27/11/2016 22:10

Breakfast - 2 eggs in a wholemeal roll

Lunch - houmous salad wrap

Dinner - spag Bol

Snacked on pineapple and galaxy my husband brought for me yesterday Smile

Am within cals Smile

metoo22 · 27/11/2016 22:17

Hi everyone and well done on the willpower and losses! I picked myself up this week and just weighed in at 10 st 6. Very pleased cos that's an average of 1 lb a week. Another 4lb by Xmas should be doable but I know it'll get harder as the treats accumulate at work. Have a good week everyone.

FireflyGirl · 28/11/2016 07:36

Morning everyone. Halfway through our endeavour! Some great losses, particularly Wench Grin

I weighed at the gym yesterday and I have lost another lb this week, so 6lb in total overy the 4 weeks. I won't make a stone by Christmas, but I knew that when I started. Think I've made a very good start, though, and I am pleased!

Well done on resisting the Galaxy on Saturday, Bibs!

Can't believe it's December this week! Eee! Will make it a bit harder for us all, but I have faith we can do it together Grin

I have a 'danger day' on Tuesday as DH is taking me out for Greek meze, but should be okay as nothing else planned for this week.

SmellTheGlove · 28/11/2016 08:00

I am changing my official weigh in day to Tuesday Angry

Bibs2014 · 28/11/2016 08:11

Very pleased to report 1.5lbs off this week so 10st 8.5 Smile

Thanks to this thread!!

Breakfast was porridge and fruit.

Have a great day everyone!

readyforsunshine · 28/11/2016 08:50

Lots of losses, well done everyone, really impressed by you notso as it gets harder the closer you get to target. I was 10.41/2 yesterday so making a slow but definite progress. Dh is away a lot until Christmas which will make laying off the wine easier, plus the kids & I will prob have omelets etc.
