And for me, it goes straight into my sinuses so my cheeks are throbbing!
I started with it yesterday and am already falling off the wagon food wise - I have absolutely no desire to eat salad! And I don't eat soup anyway, so that's out.
I am determined not to backtrack this week, though, especially as I won't be making my usual gym classes.
Less than a pound a week, Smell, you can definitely do it. Have you done a meal plan for this week? Might that help? (I'm not obsessed, I promise, I just always find it useful myself)

Super I only drink soft drinks, and try to just drink water during the day and then squash with/after tea. Could that work? I don't like water but will drink it cold from the fridge. To be honest, though, from a weight perspective unless you're drinking a litre bottle of cordial a day I don't think it makes too much difference to weight loss.
Wench people with more to lose tend to lose a lot at the start of their weight loss, and men lose quicker than women as well. Hope that makes you feel a bit better? I will join you in jealously kicking him in the shins, though
