Does anybody want to join me, starting again for the last time!

Once again I am going to embark on a renewed attempt at weight loss. I can't bring myself to weigh at the moment but I'm sure I've got in the region of 6 stone to lose

Does anybody want to join me in an accountability thread? We have 6 months of 2016 left, and this will be the year I weigh considerably less than what I started out at!

2.5lbs down, 38lbs in total. BMI down to overweight, 29.8 started at 38. 32lbs to go

2lbs this week, so 40lbs in total down, 30 to go!
Thought it may had been less than 2 as weighed less than 12 hours after a 3 course Xmas meal.
If I can loose 2lbs this week, it will be 3 stone in total, and 3lbs means the weight starts with a 10

Maintained this week, but with the amount of eating out and entertaining this week, pleased with that.
When I started 17 weeks ago, would have been pleased with 2 stones by Xmas, but have lost 2 stone 12 lbs.
Onwards to loose the final 30lbs next year
