Once again I am going to embark on a renewed attempt at weight loss. I can't bring myself to weigh at the moment but I'm sure I've got in the region of 6 stone to lose Blush

Does anybody want to join me in an accountability thread? We have 6 months of 2016 left, and this will be the year I weigh considerably less than what I started out at!

Ha ha ha😂😂😂😂god forgive me for lafin but sounds awful painful:)oh no wudn be able for it 😂Ya id say it not the same as cycling outside and something to look at..hw did you get on today eating wise

Had an ok day food wise I think.

Homemade seed, oat and date bar for breakfast. No sugar in it apart from what's natural in the dates.

Lunch was cheese omlette

Dinner was left over creamy chicken with butternut squash noodles.

One pear and half a cupcake. Lots of water.

Spent over an hour in the gym and loved it.

My day has been good:) i had toast and cheese for breakfast... Half a chicken wrap for lunch..den the other half for dinner and a kit kat.. Was away yesterday an found i was eating as much:) it wil be a week in 2moro for me, do u weigh in once a week or month

I weight on a Monday morning and try to stay off the scales the rest of the week, I find a Monday weigh in helps me stay in control over the weekend x

Dats a very good idea:) never thought of it like that.i do mine when i get paid as i find the week flys for me..breaks it up i suppose:) i hope u all the luck for monday,,its nice to have these forums as no1 ino plans on losing weight so its nice having ppl in same situation

12st3lb!!!

Wow! 1lb away from a stone! Didn't think it was possible as I have been home for a week.
I took my jeans off without undoing them this morning. Why? Because I can!!!
We got 2 new kittens this week and they are amusing me enough to stop boredom eating Need to get back on my bike but weather has been rubbish and I am definitely a fair weather girl.
How is everyone else doing?

Ive been really good in the gym over the last week, having a day off from it today and then back tomorrow.

Aiming for no more than 1500 calories per day. Homemade juice for breakfast made by blending random combinations of fruit with a green tea base, Soup for lunch - so far Covent Garden or morrisons and then a sensible evening meal.

Only drinking water or fruit tea with a 100 calorie treat in the evening.

Been at it 2 full weeks and lost 12lb in total!

I have been back at work this week and it has been crazy busy so despite not eating much what I have been eating has been pretty crap Blush Will be happy with a maintain when I weigh in on Monday although would love to lose 2lb as that would take me to 1 stone off in 3 weeks!

I LOST A STONE!!

Sorry for the shouting but I am so happy!!

As a reward my amazing OH presented me with a gift of the new top I have been looking at for ages. She bought it a few weeks ago and saved it until I reached my first target as a surprise. I said what if I didn't reach my goal and she said she knew I would and believed in me.
I am wearing my new jeans today which I have had for a year but were too tight. Grin

New target is to reach 12st

It's my own fault as I've eaten shockingly but I am really annoyed with myself after doing so well.

Next week I will lose the 4 and hopefully a couple more!

Well done Aurorie! That's really good work.

I had a very big celebration dinner on Friday night. Massive big plate special with sundae for pud. However have managed to lose another pound this week so on target still with a steady 1lb per week loss. Normally I binge and starve and lose loads and then pile it on so hoping that now I have ditched my faddy diets and am just using fitness pal it's more sustainable.
