I agree, this weekend never happened
Well done on the shred Sol Thanks for yours and Greens congrats re the run, but seriously I am slow it's embarrassing. I am starting week 6 and once I get to the end of the plan I will try and increase my speed.
Well done on your fast day rachey and your work out. I think I'll come in at 7-800 but it's better than the zillion cals of the past few days.
I don't think you were moaning at all Green sounds like you have a really positive plan. I agree re getting to bed earlier and also the walking. You have so much to be positive about, so yes give yourself a break and definitely be kind to yourself :)
We could invest in that group CBT....
This is the bag I want:

It may not have been interpreted as that bag..... but I'm also getting a new phone as mine is on it's last legs (Iphone I inherited from DH).
Today I dragged DD into town, she was a bit naughty and so I only managed M&S.
Thought these T's might be of interest, they re a good sleeve length and quite flattering.

Not going out for birthday, DD being a pickle at bedtime, takes an hour to settle her in her room, she then wakes within a couple of hours and end up with us, I don't have the heart or energy to leave her cry/do numerous resettles. I know we need to address long term though. Having lots of parenting doubts at the mo, feel we find boundaries difficult. DS expects a toy every time we go out and we often let him have something. I think we need to say no more, I tried to explain that toys cost money and he has lots of nice things but he doesn't really understand. Guess I
we just need to say no and man up!
