Morning!
I'm checking in for usual Monday start over.
The weekend wasn't so bad I suppose, but I had a lot of pringles yesterday, even though I really didn't want them. I was just eating them because they were there.
DS2 is having major sleep problems at the moment, which means every 3rd or 4 th night he doesn't sleep at all. So we were up until 5am this morning when he finally fell asleep. I am tired to my bones. I ache. However, I am also still fat, so I'm having Exante for breakfast as I have a night out on Saturday and can't fit in to the top I want to wear.
I'm not sure how much I weigh, I won't be getting on the scales til tomorrow morning (I have to weigh myself daily on Exante or I won't stick to it), I just couldn't face being fat and exhausted all in one day. I only have about 4 days of Exante left, so I'll use that up and then do Duncan James for a week.
I never really notice the slow creep of my weight until I go to put on clothes I haven't warn in a while. To see a big tyre of fat around my middle that wasn't there last year was shocking. Don't get me wrong, I knew I had put on weight, but to have it look so dreadful was an eye opener.
How's everyone else doing?
