Morning all.

Ok day is day 1 I'm back on the bsd. I know I can do this. Weight 10st 10lbs.

Breakfast
Greek yogurt 100g = 65cal
Linseed 10g = 50cal
Frozen mixed berries 100g=40cal

Lunch
Homemade bacon and lentil soup = 185cal

Snack
Pink lady = 70cal

Dinner
Marinated chicken and salad

With mfp calculations it works out at 818 really need to plan better

Honestly rachey 10 stone 10 is not bad, I'd love to be that weight. How much do you want to lose? I think you been doing really well.

Onwards and upwards, Try fasting again?

Just a lb off for me this week. I did overindulge at the weekend though.

I'm glad to hear that your DS likes his nursery and is making good progress with his speech. Is he still liking it?

Hell Beyond. I don't think I have swishy hair, but is quicker to wash and dry! I haven't had much time to experiment.
How is your week going? Bought any new ponchos Wink?

I'm massively fat. I was going to start some sort of diet this week but I've felt chewed to bits with DD2 starting nursery (she's screamed going in). Plus I've had all sorts of other commitments so have ate terribly.
Planning to start properly on Sunday when everything has calmed down.

I have very few clothes that fit so I have to get back to normal.

How is WW going Sol?

How are you both doing Daisy and MShip?

what an awful week, i have failed in restarting my diet everyday by lunch time. looks like monday will be a new start day :)

My dieting attempts haven't improved either Rachey.

Are you still planning on doing the BSD?

I need to restart but I'm struggling to think of what to actually do?(having zero will power isn't helping)
I'm tempted to restart Exante but next weekend involves some big family meals.
I might try some fast days?

Yes planning the bsd again. I know I can do it o just have to get past the first few days.

Fasting on your non social days seems like a good idea.

I am planning to start today. But I'm taking the boys away for the weekend so I'm not sure whether I will be able to stick to it then.

Things haven't been great at home so I guess I'm comfort eating. Thank god I'm still gymming it otherwise I would be huge Grin

Morning,

I've been doing really badly too. I started new part time job and adding that to an already hectic time has just made me reach for crappy convenience food. I haven't put on any weight but I haven't lost any in 2 weeks either. So I'm starting weight watchers again today with the aim of not screwing it up by the evening.

My DS2 has sort of settled in Montessori but I'm struggling to keep on top of the house work, so haven't gone to the gym very often. I feel like I'm juggling a lot of stuff at the moment and I don't want it to fall apart.

Lots of comfort eating here. And the worst bit is I don't even enjoy the food I'm eating-so I don't know why I do it. Dh is doing brilliantly at WW, I'm so jealous as I appear to have no motivation.

Where are you off to for the weekend Rachey?

Could you do Exante on your non-meal out days and maybe have them for breakfast and lunch for the days you are heading out Green? It might lessen the damage.

Green maybe try and fast on your non going out days rather than doing exante? Have loads of veg and protein? Hope your DD finds nursery easier this week.

Perhaps fast a few days this week Rachey and start after your weekend? You know you can do it :)

Sorry to hear you are struggling a bit Sol wish I could help or find some wise words. Just do what you can and be kind to yourself. Quite frankly I consider getting out of bed, respective children to school/nursery and self to work a massive achievement! Hope your new job is going well and super well done for not gaining weight.

I only managed 1 fast day last week, stuck to less than 1500 cals on 4 days, but was totally over the rails for 2 days (cheesecake, bread and cheese, chocolate....)

Lost 2lbs (well scales hovered between 1-2). I am aiming for 3 fast days this week, I'm just so starving :( and not making any progress with running, need to try harder...

Morning!

I'm checking in for usual Monday start over.

The weekend wasn't so bad I suppose, but I had a lot of pringles yesterday, even though I really didn't want them. I was just eating them because they were there.

DS2 is having major sleep problems at the moment, which means every 3rd or 4 th night he doesn't sleep at all. So we were up until 5am this morning when he finally fell asleep. I am tired to my bones. I ache. However, I am also still fat, so I'm having Exante for breakfast as I have a night out on Saturday and can't fit in to the top I want to wear.

I'm not sure how much I weigh, I won't be getting on the scales til tomorrow morning (I have to weigh myself daily on Exante or I won't stick to it), I just couldn't face being fat and exhausted all in one day. I only have about 4 days of Exante left, so I'll use that up and then do Duncan James for a week.

I never really notice the slow creep of my weight until I go to put on clothes I haven't warn in a while. To see a big tyre of fat around my middle that wasn't there last year was shocking. Don't get me wrong, I knew I had put on weight, but to have it look so dreadful was an eye opener.

How's everyone else doing?

Monday restart for me too.

I can't face Exante at the moment. I'm aiming for a 500 calorie fast day on Monday and Wednesday and a mini fast on a Friday (maybe under 1000).

I'm forcing myself to go back to Weight Watchers this week too. I think on my non fast days I'll try to stick to points so I don't go overboard.

I hope your day goes well Sol.

Sorry ds2 grabbed my phone.

I have started the bsd today. I had the day off work so went to the gym and done a spin class. So no breakfast.

For lunch I had tomatoes, baked eggs and avocado which worked out about 335 cals

Dinner is salad with halloumi

God I'm going to find this hard.

sol sorry to here dc not sleeping well. How have u been otherwise?

Ok yesterday wasn't too bad I think I totalled at 1000 cal.

Today I have eaten Greek yogurt with berries and flax seed for breakfast.

Lunch is feta salad

Dinner I'm unsure about as I have spinning so maybe a soup for dinner
