Can't believe we've had to start a new thread already!

I'm on plan today and feeling good about it, this weight will go down! Still 10'13 this morning, not too disappointed. Hoping it'll go down with a good sleep or two over the weekend!

Hurrah Not Star .

JontyDoggle37 · 04/12/2015 08:48

Yay, welcome Not!!!🏆

JontyDoggle37 · 04/12/2015 08:48

Dammit, autocorrect strikes again. I meant WELL DONE!!!

Not2bObvious · 04/12/2015 09:15

I was wondering jonty😁 Today being Froday - how the hell did the phone come up with that? Thanks bath! Now on the bad side of today I have a stinking hangover, was very well behaved food wise last night but had too many Vino's followed by a couple 3 g&t's. Celebrating some good health news so it was worth it. So I'm cooking a mini fry here now to cure me. Chinese planned for tonight but no alcohol, I know I can stick to that today as I feel so rough. Working a bit from home but I doubt I'll do too much. I think I can stay within 2000 today and then back to 1600 tomorrow and Sunday, soup day Monday & Thursday, 1200-1300 Tuesday & Wednesday. Sorry for the blah blah blah, just doing a brain dump😜 Happy Froday all😉

Bathsheba3 · 04/12/2015 09:37

Glad to hear you had a nice time got pissed last night, as well as the loss. Good to let one's hair down every now and again. Me too - except mine was 2 3?large vino's at home. Mind you it was worth it too Wink. Needed that. Think Emz gets lucky more often than me, and her BF is on another continent!

Bathsheba3 · 04/12/2015 09:39

Does anyone know how many calories does MFP allocate for sex?

IMustEatMoreVeg · 04/12/2015 09:52

Yey Not2!!!! Hurray! Grin

Bath I know the feeling! No I don't know because I've not had cause to look it up!

Not2bObvious · 04/12/2015 10:39

Lol bath, I have been tempted to keep my Fitbit on to check but couldn't figure out where to clip it ☺️ Loving being able to use proper emoticons!

JontyDoggle37 · 04/12/2015 12:57

Lol at you lot!!!! I have visions of "carry on, I need to burn another 100 calories yet!"😳😝

Not2bObvious · 04/12/2015 17:58

Evening all, fading fast but Chinese on the way, msg'tastic - I'm sure I'll feel better after that...and a 12 hour sleep. I've been keeping a list of my weigh-in's and since 4th November, I've lost 7.6 pounds!!! I can't believe it, ok look at the figures and its up/down/all around but it feels great😁 I just have to keep going

JontyDoggle37 · 04/12/2015 19:24

Well done Not2b that's great!
Can't quite believe it but I'm going to finish the day on 1,000 calories. This is unheard of for me, and bearing in mind how full on today has been in surprised I haven't been starving and/or fallen over! I only lost 4lbs in November, annoying as hell. Oh well there MUST be a whoosh soon!

Not2bObvious · 04/12/2015 19:39

4lb is still really good jonty, you've lost 3 stone so far is that right? But the odd 1000 day will definitely stand to you over the next couple of weeks as long as you can do what you need to. You have lots on so don't be too hard on yourself

IMustEatMoreVeg · 04/12/2015 19:52

Jonty it's not far now. Just keep on.

Not2 that is an excellent monthly loss. Just keep on and very soon you will be at target.

I have had a 2200 day with lunch out followed by dinner in. I ate a dessert! I haven't had an over 1200 for quite a while though so I'm not going to worry.

Not2bObvious · 04/12/2015 20:45

Just did a tot up and I'm on a smidge under 2200 imust - kitchen is closed now. Still wrecked, bed soon

JontyDoggle37 · 05/12/2015 06:29

WHOOSH-EDY WHOOSH WHOOSH WHOOSH!!! 2.25lbs down this morning, from 10.6.75 to 10.4.5!!!!! So just half a pound to drop off by Monday and I'm still on track. Woop woop!

IMustEatMoreVeg · 05/12/2015 07:49

Wow Jonty! Excellent going. So pleased for you! Grin

I am up a smidgen to 10.7 on the dot but that's okay given what I ate yesterday.

Loungingbutnotforlong · 05/12/2015 08:43

Wow jonty! Great whoosh! Well done!
not2be hope you are feeling better after a good sleep Xmas Smile
Down to 10.5.5 here, very pleasing after two soup days. November was the 2lb bounce so I really need to lose a few more before the Christmas period really kicks in. I don't want to go crazy, but I do want some lee-way and to have a good time. Pigs in blankets are not easy on the calories but they are soooo delicious Xmas Blush
Have a great weekend everyone- putting up our tree this weekend - whoop! Xmas Grin

Not2bObvious · 05/12/2015 08:47

Hurrah for Jonty!! That's a very impressive whoosh, delighted for you. The end goal date for you was the 21st yes? (End goal for December weight I mean) I was holding out to the 24th iirc, must flick back and see what the start date/weight was, be interesting to see progress - now I'm finally having some! Imust, I'd say my scales is up too, with my 2200 cals yesterday as well. Could do with some special tea (read that whole thread- hilarious, pity it didn't continue as far as I could see)

Not2bObvious · 05/12/2015 08:55

Ok having checked back I was 12.2.2 taking on the 8lb challenge, I was 11.11.2 yesterday so 5lb pound down. My ambitious aim for this weekend is the scales to still show 11'something by Monday as every weekend it leaps. That will mean a level of self control rarely seen in my presence but I can certainly give it my best shot. My advent calendar chocolate charity (tm pending😬) may be the making of me as its weekends I do most of my chocolate debauchery!

JontyDoggle37 · 05/12/2015 20:30

"Chocolate Debauchery" is my new favourite phrase!
Finishing the day on 1353, 27 under target. Oh bugger, no I'm not just remembered I had a latte!! Rats. Oh well, I enjoyed it 😄

Emz449 · 06/12/2015 00:36

Hi everyone! Lovely to see that everyone is doing so well with the whooshes! It's going well here, came back from the salkantay trek two days ago and it was incredibly tough, my knees are ruined!! It ended with climbing up to Macchu Picchu which was incredible. Needless to say the last two days have been relaxed. I've been suffering with some altitude sickness so really needed these rest days. Diet wise there have been a lot of carbs while on the trek but since then haven't eaten too much on account of the sickness. Really was the strangest feeling, just felt absolutely freezing even though it's so warm, my face was burning up and I started feeling really delusional. Think it should be passing soon though. Off to Bolivia tomorrow! Looking forward to it Smile

Hi emz!!! waves like demented child It sounds like a really amazing experience, once in life time variety, great to hear from you.
Well done to come in in or around target Jonty on a weekend, the latte barely counts, that's medicinal in lieu of wine! I keep to around 1600-1700 which, considering I was out for lunch, was a miracle in comparison to my normal weekend behaviour. I wasn't going to weigh in again until Tuesday (after Monday soup day) but I'm curious as to how I'm doing. Tried on a dress I bought 2 years ago that never looked nice on and it looks pretty good 😁 But I need to keep it lean until next Friday so the reliance on industrial strength shapeware isn't too strong. Wish me luck!

Not2bObvious · 06/12/2015 06:51

Christmas party next Friday, hence the week - well 6 days - of lean & lovely behaviour

JontyDoggle37 · 06/12/2015 08:03

Hi Emz! Lovely to hear from you, take it easy with the altitude sickness, especially if you're travelling and potentially changin altitude again in the next couple of days.
Not2b ooh Christmas Party dress goal, Croats always a good motivator 😄
No loss for me today, but not surprising after yesterday's whoosh. Felt so cold last night (with heating on 19 and three layers on 🙄) that I ended up having an extra bowl of porridge just to warn me up! Christmas shopping day today, tricky lunch possibly as will be at lakeside but have shared porridge for breakfast with my little boy who managed 3 half teaspoons without choking once!😄 Happy Sunday all x

Not2bObvious · 06/12/2015 08:08

Awww, well done baby! Porridge on the menu here too, getting hungry now that I'm thinking of it
