Have recently let half a stone creep on (reckon due to the pill) and want to lose it over the next 6 weeks!
No drastic diet plan as such as want to keep it off! Anyone want to join me in my six week journey???Grin

Happy birthday spotty!

Scales are back down to 10 7 so yesterday must've been food weight! Changing wi day to Friday!

houseHuntinginmanchester · 16/06/2015 16:36

Hi all! Can I join?

Just weighed myself. I'm 10.2 stones so yep, I've let over half a stone creep on too..

Target weight: 9:7.

Today I've had a slim fast shake with semi skimmed milk for lunch and walked to school and back. Feeling positive!

SpottyTeacakes · 16/06/2015 16:38

I was 8st5 this morning. Hoping to keep it at that for Friday weigh in.

Thanks for the birthday wishes Smile

Welcome house. I've lost half a stone just by not snacking. If I have cake I forfeit lunch (or breakfast prior to said cake). It's really worked.

houseHuntinginmanchester · 16/06/2015 19:50

Wow spotty. That's amazing. Just shows how many empty calories we can take in !

I feel inspired Smile ... I might go for a nice long walk once the DC are settled.

houseHuntinginmanchester · 16/06/2015 19:53

8.5 sounds miniscule! How tall are you spotty?

wondering if my target weight should be less Blush

SpottyTeacakes · 16/06/2015 20:14

5'3" short we've discussed on here before how, even though we have similar dress sizes, our weight vary greatly. I have very low muscle tone due to 1) being an unfit weakling and 2) a medical condition Grin I bought a dress from h&m at the weekend and it's a size 12 I'm generally a 10 though.

Joycey29 · 16/06/2015 22:13

Yep - I m 5'4 and target weight is 9,10 which makes me a definite 10 easing towards 8.
Play a lot of sport and going with the muscle weighs more.
Was poor yesterday as are loads cos I gave blood.
Back on it today.

I'm 5'6 and a size 12. When I lose this half stone I'll be a ten.

Really interesting to read what weight and size everyone else is!

Twinklestar2 · 16/06/2015 23:10

I'm 5 4 and a 12 bottom but 10 on top. Weigh 10 7

Morning all!

Last night I did go for a nice walk. It's usually the time when dh and I sit and watch a film or something and snack .. So did get a bit of a sugar craving..popped in to co-op on the way back and got some berries and alpro yoghurt - was delicious and dh loved it too! I shall be cutting out buying all most rubbish but isn't healthy food so much more expensive??

Spotty I think I remember you from an antenatal group - dec 2012? I had my dd2 around that time too so was on the thread but lurked more than I wrote!

What do you all have for breakfast?

SpottyTeacakes · 17/06/2015 08:51

Ah yes ds was due in the December but born in November. I really want another one but dh is saying not yet Sad

I've just had pate on toast. Sometimes I have Greek yoghurt with fruit and honey. sometimes I have cake

Twinklestar2 · 17/06/2015 08:52

houseHuntinginmanchester · 17/06/2015 11:50
