Have recently let half a stone creep on (reckon due to the pill) and want to lose it over the next 6 weeks!
No drastic diet plan as such as want to keep it off! Anyone want to join me in my six week journey???Grin

Dinner planned is not a healthy one Blush with it being Friday and all....! Tbf I had a really hard day at work and fully deserved the cake Grin

Hi all, thanks for the tip club, will come in handy for me!
Yesterday was pastrami salad in seeded wrap, spaghetti bolognese with Parmesan, 2 red wine, 2 digestives.
Finally weighed in today, am 9.12, way up on last week & means I need to drop 3 lbs to be on target for Monday, oh dear! Have had a hectic day so far, still got more to do & an early start in the morning. No idea what I'm feeding everyone tonight, too shattered . Have a good w/e everyone.

Joycey29 · 15/05/2015 16:15

Weigh in today 9stone 13.5
Broke 10 lbs and 4.5 from when I started and 5.5 lb from my dodgy Sunday weigh in!
Very happy, trying not to celebrate....Shock

Wow joycey! That's amazing!

I hurt my knee last year and it hurts when I exercise, I want to lose weight just by cutting out the snacks and eating more healthily. I thought about weight loss pills but so sceptical.

SpottyTeacakes · 16/05/2015 06:02

I wouldn't use pills. Weight loss is mainly what you eat anyway and a brisk walk is a great form of exercise Smile or Pilates?

lavendersun · 16/05/2015 06:06

No to pills, you are just making someone else rich. No idea how much they cost but spending that money on nutritious fresh food would be much better for you.

Very virtuous here for a Friday evening, steamed fish, rice and vegetables.

SpottyTeacakes · 16/05/2015 06:41

I had home made kebab with pitta and chips Blush then a hot choc

bangersmashandbeans · 16/05/2015 08:56

I had creamy onion and bacon soup then chicken with summer veg. Fully intended on large pud but was too full. Oh and DH and I had a bottle of wine each Blush
Now off for cooked brekkie....

Twinklestar2 · 16/05/2015 10:59

I'm on holiday but will be back on it from Monday!

SpottyTeacakes · 16/05/2015 11:00

We're going out tonight and going to five guys before the cinema. Should I just write today off?! Grin

bangersmashandbeans · 16/05/2015 20:05

Shall we all just reconvene on Monday?! Weekend off for all by the sounds of it!

SpottyTeacakes · 16/05/2015 20:12

Well I've just eaten a bacon double cheese burger and I'm holding a big tub of pic n mix so might be best BlushGrin

bangersmashandbeans · 16/05/2015 20:14

Yes, I had a lovely Chinese dinner last night, DH works away but drove home for dinner and a film which was lovely. I ignored MFP after about 6pm!

readyforsunshine · 17/05/2015 17:15

Fri night went out & had 2 cocktails, which perked me up! Followed by a Greek lamb salad & a glass of red. Sat was bacon & egg sandwich, beer, lasagne, key lime pie w cream.
Today so far burger van burger & a choc brownie.
Anybody else feel like they are not being 'accountable' just listing all the crap they eat each day!?! Just me?

readyforsunshine · 17/05/2015 17:15

Well done joycey!

lavendersun · 17/05/2015 19:03

Dear me, I am not sure we are taking this seriously enough ladies Grin, my 8 year old made a chocolate cake earlier!!

bangersmashandbeans · 17/05/2015 21:25

I'm definitely not taking this seriously enough! Currently eating cake whilst plotting the route for a 10 mile run tomorrow! Oh the irony!!

SpottyTeacakes · 18/05/2015 06:42

Back on it today. I do feel crappy when I've eaten loads of rubbish. So meal PLAN today:

Blueberries yog honey

Lentil soup

Chilli and jacket potato (might just have chilli?)

bangersmashandbeans · 18/05/2015 07:53

Me too spotty. Although I did brave a weigh in this morning and am at 9.6 so only 2lbs up. Pretty bloated so hoping lots of water and a run today and I'll ditch a pound by the morning.

Dry Cheerios this morning (not great to run on but cupboards are bare!)
Bulgar wheat salad for lunch

Thai beef noodle salad for dinner

Will try not to snack but likely to be starving if I manage to haul my butt round this run this morning!

readyforsunshine · 18/05/2015 08:54

I need help to get back on it (wails)Sad
I feel rubbish, exhausted, achy, bloated, headache, yuck.
I want some energy, zest for life & some bloody sunshineAngry

SpottyTeacakes · 18/05/2015 09:02

It's not easy with this crappy weather. Today isn't going well as my sugar level has gone low but as I've said before I'm not counting that as its important that I eat then.

Soup is a good one for lunch when the weather is yuck. Also my dc love it if I ask dd what she would like to eat she always says my chickpea and lentil soup Smile

Joycey29 · 18/05/2015 12:14

Hate Mondays as always hard to kick back in.
Trying to plan the day s food to avoid pitfalls.
Current strategy is a nutribullet smoothie at kids tea time to avoid snacking
