Have recently let half a stone creep on (reckon due to the pill) and want to lose it over the next 6 weeks!
No drastic diet plan as such as want to keep it off! Anyone want to join me in my six week journey???Grin

Well done bangers! I'm not sure if you stop losing after a while I suppose you would in the way we are doing it? Ie just trying to be a bit healthier.

Welcome Cat. Your target is the same as mine how tall are you?

I had an ok day there were cakes as we reached our QOF target at work. So...

Bowl of Cheerios no milk

1/2 doughnut (filled with caramel)
1/2 some other cake thing

A random lentil and bacon concoction I made for dinner. Just veg, bacon, lentils, stock and a sprinkling of Parmesan.

So no snacks and cake for lunch Grin still think I did ok though? Blush

Hi Cat!
Healthy is what we are all about.
Reckon we re more of a 5 :2 group where we behave for about 5 days and then enjoy ourselves. It seems to be working as we are all getting smaller - not dramatically or drastically but steadily

Hi Spotty and Joycey thanks for the welcome.
Spotty I am 5'2" how about you?

Ok had a good day yesterday.
Eating spicy chickpea salad
Blueberry, strawberry and coconut water smoothie
Chicken skewers and oven baked chips for dinner
And lots of tea

I also completed a 5k run yesterday in just over 1/2 an hour so am feeling good about that.

CatinSocks · 23/05/2015 07:22

Joycey I think I will fit right in as I need atleast a couple of days of being a bit naughty to stick to my healthy eating for the rest of the week Grin

SpottyTeacakes · 23/05/2015 07:32

Well done on the running cat Smile I'm 5'3" so about the same! I carry all my weight on my massive belly and none on my boobs (sad times Wink). Might have a costa today if dh will treat me!

Last night I had some of that courgette spaghetti. It was nice enough and I didn't feel hungry later. Also didn't feel bloated like I always do with pasta.

SpottyTeacakes · 26/05/2015 15:16

Thanks. I've not been back from work long and haven't had lunch so I'm probably not going to bother and will make up for it in pizza later Grin

CatinSocks · 26/05/2015 18:28

Well done for sticking to healthy eating everyone.

I have had an ok 2 days too and managed to fit in some exercise both days and ate relatively healthily too.

Feel well and truly knackered today though as work is quite hectic at the moment. Hopefully I am able to resist the call of sugar tomorrow as I severely lack will power when I am tired.
