its quite cheesy but I'd forgotten it was so good. I just went in Amazon to see the others in the series, second hand they're only 1-2. I might treat myself Grin

I'd think about it for that price. No time to do it tho. Don't fancy DP watching and if I do it in the morning I wake him up with my stomping...

What are you doing exercise wise tomorrow? I doubt I'll be able to get to the gym so I think sit ups and squats etc at home...

its impossible to do DVDs if someone else is home, i feel such a Wally! dh plays golf so he's out a long time.
Probably an hour walk, and some weights and stuff.

What was dinner tonight?

McBear · 10/10/2014 20:58

Errrrmmmm, I cooked DD fish fingers and chips and we nipped out in the car. She fell asleep so I ate them Blush

Tomorrow tho...

You? Lentil soup?

So today I've eaten
30g Porridge with cinnamon and blueberries for breakfast, no added sugar.
Lunch was Italian bean soup and some grapes, not many.
Dinner was quinoa with wholemeal rice with roasted butternut squash and feta.
Banana for a snack.

I baked an apple cake last night because my friend was coming round today. That was hard not having a slice.

What's everyone else had today?

McBear · 11/10/2014 19:05

Quinoa... Get you! Well done such a positive day ThanksThanksThanks

I've not had a good day. I won't list what I've eaten as I don't want to put ppl off/make them hungry. Not been hungry all day tho so seems like a bad waste of eating.

Tomorrow...

I know. Smug git that I am!
The quinoa and whole grain rice was a freebie with my online shopWink

It was quite nice actually.

McBear · 12/10/2014 08:45

Was your online shop from waitrose? Wink

OP posts:
ihatethecold · 12/10/2014 09:55

Ocado.
I shop at Aldi mostly and ocado once a month.

McBear · 12/10/2014 10:18

I see, your level of poshness is still higher than average.

I plan to go to Aldi or Lidl at some point today to buy soups, gammon and chicken. I'm still in bed with DD watching Umi zoomi. I do not want to leave.

I'm 100 per cent eating well today and will be going to the gym if DP is not too hungover to look after DD. Meeting him at the train station at 12.

Hi again, did you get to the gym?

Hi too ihate and Annabelle.

Just got back from a 1 hour 20 walk, so 40 minutes of some sort of exercise to do later. I did an hour walk and hour yoga yesterday. Its lovely and sunny!

I think the Paul McKenna hypnosis track is working. While I'm not counting calories or planning meals I seem to be eating more healthily and more relaxed. Which is something.

McBear · 12/10/2014 16:44

Maybe I'll have to look into Paul McKenna. You should be very pleased. A long walk and yoga sounds great.

No I've not been to the gym. DP and DD are currently sleeping. I've been snacking but I've just been to Lidl and bought all the food I will need during the week so it will be a great week.

We will hold you to that McBear Grin

I know. It's a joke isn't it Confused

Can I start again tomorrow? I gorged on chocolate yesterday and had extra helpings of everything, washed down with a whole bottle of Pinot at lunch today. The two mile walk before lunch counted for nothing as we went out for breakfast and I had a Pain au Chocolat the size of my head (and I have a big head). I should be ashamed of myself but I'm too pissed to care Grin

McBear · 12/10/2014 18:29

Thank god asteria. I'm munching on a mcdonalds as we speak. You and I will catch everyone up over the next few days SmileBlush

I think I love you McBear. It may be the alcohol, but for now we will pretend it is real... Grin

ihatethecold · 12/10/2014 19:08

You lot. Come on. Re read the title of this thread!

You drunk McDonalds eaters!!!

Asteria · 12/10/2014 19:29

Hang on just one minute - I never said I ate McDonalds! That was McBear, whose name I am now convinced is derived from her secret love of the aforementioned sinful foodstuff.

ihatethecold · 12/10/2014 19:36

Ok. You drunk pan au chocolate lover. Grin

McBear · 12/10/2014 19:37

Sounds like I'll be feeling a bit used and abused by morning time Hmm

My name is derived from my love of that but also my love of greys anatomy and mcdreamy/steamy and the fact you can fit mc and bear in mc'anywhere. See what I did there Wink
