Toe 2 lbs you can get off by the wedding, maybe even more. When confronted by chocolate etc I can sort of find strength in feeling smug that I resisted and I am strong and WILL reach my goals whereas everyone around me just caves to eat some, I am super human and am in control (hope I don't sound like a nutter). I often really really want something and the initial declining is really hard, but once I've said no and the moment has passed, I feel so much better and stronger to have got through it. Make sure you have alternative snacks like almonds or something in your bag so you don't go without completely. Works for me anyway.
Sugar free still here, although last week ran out of soup for dinner so went to raid my tin tomato soup stash in case of emergency. Anyway, I realised it was full of added sugar so I refused to eat it..... and made myself egg and chips instea
(in my defence it was oven chips and dry fried egg with no oil). No ketchup either. So, looking on the bright side, I'm still sugar free

No energy here as have a weird coldy thing which is really getting me down and preventing me from workouts. Am a weakling and home from work today after mammoth diarrhoea this morning likely down to strange bug [tmi].
