New thread for a new week.

I know, I'm stunned. But very proud of dunking myself in the execrable swimming pools

suejonez · 23/08/2006 16:06

where did you go?

Fauve · 23/08/2006 16:08

Herefordshire mainly - the whole county is amazing, it seems, for doing really good food - every country pub in every tiny village seemed to be a full-on gastro-pub, mmm. But I don't recommend the leisure pool in Hereford itself!

suejonez · 23/08/2006 16:12

sounds lovely - I'm off to the IOW for the weekend on Thursday - have I mentioned that already

Fauve · 23/08/2006 16:14

I love the IOW as well

Xavielli · 23/08/2006 17:07

Littlefish - Yes, Paul McKenna is very easy to do. The best thing about it is it's not a diet... you can still eat whatever, yes, whatever you want. I found once i'd been doing it a week I could no longer stuff myself without it being quite painful... it's all about getting back in touch with your bodies hunger signals.

justamum · 23/08/2006 17:13

Herefordshire is lovely Fauve. My MIL works down there and brings back lovely organic products from little farm shops she passes going through the countryside. Have a lovely time in the IOW Sue, never been but it sounds great. I'm off for a chinese tonight, calories a go go, but what the heck.

Littlefish · 23/08/2006 19:31

Justamum - WWB lives quite nearby too. Perhaps we could do our own MoFo meet-up sometime.

suejonez · 23/08/2006 21:49

Haven't we had the weights yet , c'mon whats holding that woman up. Have you all emailed WWB your weights yet? [scary emoticon]

WigWamBam · 24/08/2006 09:47

Just keeping you in suspenders, sue

wwb, I haven't emailed you this week. I gained a pound on holiday and am feeling rather crap about that whole thing. Why is dieting so bloody hard? It's simple I say to myself: eat less/exercise more... so why isn't is that easy?

Must do better, must do better, must do better...

flutterbee · 24/08/2006 09:52

Ooohhh wwb sorry haven't e-mailed you, thought it was this week you were away I won't bother doing now but please include me in the list.

Looks like sue may be taking the crown away from me this week

WigWamBam · 24/08/2006 09:55

We need a [naughty tease] emoticon ...

Fauve: -1 (total loss 8lb)
Flutterbee: stayed the same (total loss 15lb)
JackieNo: +1 (total loss 22lb)
Justamum: -1lb (total loss 1lb)
Lemonaid: -4lb (total loss 6.5lb)
Suejonez: -4lb (total loss 14lb)
WWB: -2lb (total loss 16lb)

Soooooo ...

A crown for Lemonaid, another crown for suejonez - and sue's also lost her first stone

Well done everyone! Off to start a new thread.

Winnie, just caught your message - draw a line under this week (I'll do it for you if you like) and come across to the new one in a minute.
