Ive been on it for the past week. I put on my work trousers today and they don't feel as though they are cutting me in half anymore Grin I will do my weekly WI tomorrow. Ive got a busy week ahead of me because DD is in her dancing show, so rehearsals Wednesday night and then a show Thursday and Friday night and 2 on Saturday. My Mam and Dad are coming down on Saturday to see DD in the show, they are then staying locally so that we can have an early Christmas dinner on Sunday.

I've even been resisting the chocolates and cakes in the office.

Sazz you sound as though you are doing well, I hope everyone else is.

I weighed in this morning and was 10st 10.8lb, so down 1lb from last week, so quite pleased.

I've succumbed to 5 chocolates so far, but no more will pass my lips today and I'm planning on having something quick and healthy for tea (no DH to please tonight), so something like scrambled eggs with tomatoes and toast.

I am panicking ever so slightly as have works do tomorrow night but loose dress so fine, but then ball dress on sat

My belly currently has a mind of its own so will need to do c.3,000 sit-ups a day between now and then along with full anti bloat diet. Never going to happen Hmm

Well that's me officially out of work for 2 weeks. I'm going to try and break the bakc of my dissertation literature review though, so no real downtime.

The amount of treat food we've had in work kitchen has been phenomenal, I must admit, many a quality street have been passing my lips.Blush.

I'm so tired now its unbelievable and the sugar rush from the chocolates is helping. Roll on tomorrow morning for a lay in.

Sazz, I hope the dress fitted.

LOTI - 27 miles in the week! Oh and the joy of the last school run, my school run is over the road, and looking at the time, I must now go and collect DD.

How have we all done eating wise? Personally, I'm eating through boredom, but I'm enjoying it by not going too mad.

I didn't get an activity tracker from DH for Christmas, but in all honesty I don't know whether I'd use one properly. I will have a goid think and if I think I would use one, then I think I'll get a fitbit one so that I can wear it on my bra.

I'm determined to get arse into gear though, I'm just really flabby and I hate it. I will focus on my already booked holiday for July 2015. A stone ofv with some toning up should make me look a billion times better.

So, I weighed myself on Monday and I weighed in at 10st 13.8lb, so we can really say 11st. I started back pointing and I've had a successful 2 days so far. I'll hopefully have another successful day today.

I hope you all had a good new year eve and for those of you that partake in the alcoholic beverage, you haven't woken up too rough Grin

I have a gym session booked at 9.30am to be shown around the new equipment and hopefully be given a good kick up the bum! Out for last lunch with family which I plan to indulge and that is it!!

I hope you are all with me! My plan to get healthy, lose a good 10lbs and tone up! 40 in July so that is my goalGrin

Back to work for me tomorrow. I've been ok foodwise other than today. I donated blood and I felt woozy, so ended up eating 2 club biscuits and packet of crisps at the tea station. I then came home and ate cheese and crackers.

LOTI I'm 40 in Feb, so something to aim for in the first instance.

Much better today although feel rotten with headcold so not perfect.

Gym today so did about mins cardio met another trainer so sounds a lot better that the guy I saw on sun so booked in with her tomorrow

Did my early morning walk school run and have double school run later so hoping to walk weather permitting

Food ok but need protein!

Glad to hear you have a good trainer now. I'm sniffling in bed with a vice like headache so no exercise for me. However I'm hoping that a lack of appetite and no booze since NYE will be helping reduce the 'in' pat of the equation...

Oh fuck what a nobber I am, drinking every day in the hols and eating god knows what had me at 13 6 this morning which is HORRIFYING and a whole stone on in 3 weeks BlushBlushBlush got my period today too so fasting day ended with far too much chocolate but hoping for sensibleness beginning tomorrow. None of my clothes fit me so really need to do something!

I weighed in this morning and I didn't lose a thing, but I don't suppose eating chocolate, hula hoops and christmas cake last night would have helped ShockBlush

So its the start of a new WW week for me today, my food has been good today (fingers crossed I'll not eat loads tonight).

I've also been and done 30 minutes nordic walking. I'm planning on doing it regularly on Tuesday nights because DD has gymnastics and they have just moved venue and there is a good long road just outside with minimal crossings, so it would be stupid to not do anything and just sit there for 1 hour 15 mins waiting for her to finish.

I've also ordered myself some 'diary doll' knickers so that I can confidently do zumba, which is just opening up as a pay as you go session on Thursday nights at DD school which is opposite my house. I've stopped doing that type of exercise because of my knackered pelvic floor due to the fear that I'm going to involuntarily pee myself, so fingers crossed they fit and are here in time for Thursday.

I'm bloody determined to get rid of this excess weight, I'm just so fed up with how I feel and look, so the only person that can change that is me.

The only way is down (weightwise).

Oh, and I hope you get a grip on the chocolate cravings. They bloody kill me the week before my period is due.

Well done Velma on the food and exercise combo - once you get into a routine it is SO much easier. One q though, what the hell are diary doll pants??? Dd wants daisy doll shies which light up but I'm guessing these pants don't Wink
