Day 2 shred complete either I have never been doing it properly or have become that unfit as it's so hard and feeling very hurty

Feeling the unfit vibe here too Loti, I went out and hoovered up leaves in the garden for a couple of hours yesterday and my arm is really stiff today Blush

Doing OK with food though and not snacking so far, which is one of my downfalls... fasted today so eating tomorrow which is always tricky with all the goodies at work plus my zero willpower!

Day 3 of shred done, school run done. Made dd1 walk back to school last night to pick up dd2 and we shall be repeating that tonight so hopefully 6 miles walked by the end of the day.

Food going ok not brilliant but trying to stick to the three as best I can Wink

Hello Ladies. About as much mojo going on here, but rather than dusting off the shred I have resorted to buying 2 pairs of jeans in a larger size Hmm.

I was 11.4 this morning so not too much different but more wobbly as no proper exercise. Couldn't gym this morning as 1st day of AF and it wouldn't have felt comfortable. Have however been doing school walks and have walked 15k+ steps yesterday and today. If I could return to 10 mins sit ups etc and ok food then I might manage maintenance.

Haven't tried on Xmas party dress yet....... fuuuuuuk

well done all of you on having better weight loss plans than me EnvyGrin

Eh up Sazz! You are still about 17lb lighter than me so not so bad. I tried one of my party dresses on last week and although I could do it up I couldn't really breathe Blush!

Loti yay for your exercise Smile my arm still aching but not so bad and have got no further than making sure I'm doing my 10k steps each day and have done since Sunday, it's not much but it's a start!

Still no snacking and was down to 12 7 this morning so heading in the right direction. Fasting tomorrow but hungry already!

Larger jeans fit on the thunder thighs but fall off the waist. Hmm. Not a great solution to the putting on weight issue......

Hi everyone. I'm still here wobbling on the rails, but not quite fallen off. I can't beleive I only did one week of being on the wagon.

I just need to get my shit together, i only want to lose 7lb, its not exactly massive numbers that are daunting. I just can't get my head sorted and in the right place. I start with good intentions and don't eat too badly, but not exactly at weightloss levels. I'm an excellent maintainer Grin

Oh, well, I'll have another try tomorrow!

You all sound motivated, even if by squeezing into tight clothes for motivation! Wink

Scales down to 11.0 Hmm. Don't trust the fuckers at all Grin. I have been ok, but only really ok. Mind you the lack of proper exercise is probably meaning heavy muscles are turning to fat....

LOTI - I was 11.7 on Tues ShockGrin. If only it were true weight loss..... I'll have to go to the gym, even if it is just to get an accurate position of the state of me!!

Fitbit ran out of battery but reckon I have probably been active enough for 10k steps just today.

Socialising all weekend and the pretty much full on through to Xmas. Will try to be mindful of not shovelling crap and do my 10 mins exercises.

Still doing ok, managing my 10k steps and no snacking. Did have crisps last night but just one small packet instead of cars with my tea. Still up bloody 2 this morning though.... and so tired as been awake since 5, will have to avoid carbs today!

Oh, was 12 6 yesterday, so six to lose in twelve days

Jinxed that then, only managed 5k steps yesterday, but was on feet all day tidying etc, just not travelling far! Pretty good food wise considering it was Saturday, bit of chocolate but no crisps Shock still up bloody 3 this morning though...

I've had a good day today eating wise. Hopefully I can make it through to bedtime without succumbing to the oat biscuit bars or the bit of fruit and nut that is in the kitchen.

I think I'm at the real turning point because I put on a pair of comfy work trousers this morning and they don't feel comfy, but verging on snug. I will not go up a size Angry and I don't like tight clothes.

I've asked DH for an activity tracker for Christmas so I can see how lazy I am!

I hope everyone else is motivated and on target to get a few pounds off for Christmas.

Welcome to my tight clothes would Velma Grin. Not doing great here but not terrible although have failed on my 10mins exercise as dd2 keeps coming for a cuddle about 6.15 and I can't bear to chuck her out or get up and leave her there Blush
Will try and do gym tomorrow although should be wrapping presents as need to be all done by Sun. Exercise will probably win over that tbh HmmGrin

4k run, 1 hour circuits . I was still recognised at the gym so didn't feel too much of an interloper Grin

Haven't tried my Xmas party dress on yet. I really really must build up the courage to do it otherwise there could be mass panic next Sat.....
