Ive dug my little book out on it for you and this is what is says....
Daily Point
under 10 stone = 26
10-12 stone = 28
12-14 stone = 30
14-16 stone = 32
16-18 stone = 34
18-20 stone = 36
When you are breast feeding only once or twice a day you can switch to the number of points suitable for your weight in the normal Weight Watchers program.
Keep a supply of low point, healthy snack foods close by such as fruit, veg sticks, yogurts, .ow fat milk, bread, baked beans, tuna, houmous and low fat cheese.
Avoid drinking too much tea or coffee
Spend your points wisely, we sugget that you still limit the number of points you spend on alcohol to 14 or fewer a week
We recommend you do not lose more than 1-2lb per week, more than this may affect milk supply and make you feel tired.
