Hello, I'd like to join bootcamp please. Sorry I'm late. 
I started yesterday and entered my weight into the spreadsheet. 2lbs lighter this morning so that's a nice start.
I've low-carbed once before, last year. Lost 10lbs in 10 days but was feeling a bit ill so started gradually reintroducing carbs and found that it went back on very very quickly. I think because I was eating (complex) carbs but still eating loads of fat.
This time I'm going to lose 2 stone and I'm not going to give up until I get there!
Yesterday
B/L - chicken, avocado, watercress, alioli (homemade, Spanish version of aioli)
D - griddled veg (courgette, aubergine, mushrooms, fennel) with homemade pesto
Snacks - Loads! Cheese of varying types, prawns, olives, greek yoghurt.
Today
B/L - as yesterday but with feta cheese too. Beyond delicious. 
D - just about to have lamb meatballs with chorizo, mushrooms, broccoli, courgette, little tomatoes, shallots and garlic, all roasted with lots of oil. Roasted celeriac in butter to go with, which I'm going to mash with the roasted garlic and some creme fraiche.
S - olives, spoonfuls of pesto, parma ham and cheese, prawns.
I can't stop eating!
I'm craving carbs and especially wine but haven't given in.
My only reservation with this WOE is the cost - my shopping bill yesterday was astronomical. Cheaper than a whole new wardrobe of plus sized clothes though, I guess.
