I'm going to bed in a minute to avoid further temptation. It was also my first day in a new job today and I'm totally pooped.

Right then. Back to normal tomorrow - have been doing really well until today. I started being all healthy again (apart from wine at the weekends, obv) last Wednesday and had managed to shift 4lbs of the 12lbs or so I'd put on over Christmas

Today was just a slip.

I've just measured my thighs.

26 inches.

My waist isn't much more. I am deformed.

I've just completed by Tesco order - it was very sensible and healthy until I read about the possibility of snow and then I felt obliged to add some delicious sugary fattening treats just in case we get snowed in.

Nipping in to say 10 days with no booze! Not managed this since pregnancy. And before that not since I lived in USA and was under 21. My liver must be happier.

Am signing up to this thread if that's ok. Am joining MFP too, but scales are in the shed and it's too dark to trot down and get them tonight, so will start it all tomorrow. I lost 3.5 stone 3 years ago, and kept it off for over 2 years but its crept back on again over the last year. Bastard chocolate.
I have very little motivation though, so am really hoping a bit of virtual fat club will do the trick!

I don't want to think about my thighs, or weighing my boobs, although I would often like to get rid of my boobs. Having a mammogram was one of the most intensely painful moments of my life, and I'd be very glad to have a lot less to squash.
DH is out and I'm not hungry but I feel picky. The sweet bag is calling me. Help me resist.

My thighs are huge.

I think I am going to give myself (non-food) treats at 1/2 stone intervals to inspire me.
First 1/2 stone, facial.
Stone, new Just Dance DVD.
Stone and a 1/2, new gym clothes.
For 2 stone I think I'd rather like Daniel Craig.

I'm going to treat myself to the facial oil that they're selling in Aldi from sunday.

I've just seen the price of facials, maybe just my eyebrows done then. Unless I come into some wonga.

I am working up to getting DH do a before photo of me, not to be shown until I can do an after though.

I do need to do pampering as I am about to be a big number. And I don't deal with birthdays v well at the best of times.
