Also I have just realised that since I started this I haven't needed Gaviscon once, and I generally have a big problem with reflux.

Lizzylou · 19/01/2013 19:36

Yay Bups, curry sounds lovely. Korma is my boys' favourite.

WiseKneeHair · 19/01/2013 19:49

Wow, lots of losers on here today.
Congrats Bups, Mo, Saint, Noddy and anyone I've forgot.
I went to McDonald's for lunch Shock and had the fucking salad! Hope you lot appreciate how dedicated I am.
Does mean I've got enough calories left for wine and gin this evening. Grin

BupcakesAndCunting · 19/01/2013 19:56

Whoop for Bups and Mo

Tis the law of having calories left Wise to spend some of it on booze

ChasingDogs · 19/01/2013 20:15

Congrats Mo and happy birthday for tomorrow Superman! Smile

Nilby- gluteus maximus maybe? Known to lesser folks such as myself as the arse. Grin

DoubleMum · 19/01/2013 20:37

wise that shows true dedication!
Bups we must be saving quite a bit on gaviscon costs!

WiseKneeHair · 19/01/2013 20:41

I'm glad you are suitable impressed double
Off for my treat of a glass of wine in the bath - well, the wine isn't in the bath, I am! Would be a waste of good wine otherwise. Grin

sassytheFIRST · 19/01/2013 21:03

Shocking day today - however had bags of fun at Strictly Come Dancing Live which was Fab U Lous, darling.

Lost another lb this morning, fully expect it back on tomoz. Unless all that lusting over lewis smith and the male professional dancers used up more cals than one would expect! Strangely, doesn't seem to be listed on mfp!!

DoubleMum · 19/01/2013 21:24

Ooh I'd have loved to have seen that Sassy, and DD as long as her favourite Dani was there.

DoubleMum · 19/01/2013 21:38

OK I have eaten all my calories but 50 and I am inexplicably hungry. Aaaagh!

HeyHeySaturday · 19/01/2013 22:04

Ah double when I've had that I've gone over but with something reasonably healthy if i can. I think going over with a banana or some nuts is acceptable. ignores own yearning for Doritos

DoubleMum · 19/01/2013 22:10

I have succumbed to ryvita. I can't be going to bed hungry.

PinkyCheesy · 20/01/2013 02:39

Ooo Eck is this not the dieting drunk thread? its 3.30 am in Paris and my 2 friends and I are half way down a litre of bison grass vodka and listening to wanky prog rock. Suffice to say ,my diet hasn't gone entirely to plan this weekend Grin

Lizzylou · 20/01/2013 08:26

How you feeling today Pinky? Wink

Sassy I could have done an evening of swooning at Lewis, lovely firm thighs.

Notfootball · 20/01/2013 08:49

Well done Mo,Bups and all - your perseverance has paid off. I have had a few days of over-stuffing, going 500 caps over and was scared to weigh in this morning. Pleased to stay that I have remained the same, it must be due to shredding and Zumba. Back on track today losers.

noddyholder · 20/01/2013 09:48

I always have a croissant Sunday am and that's it with being bad! Am going to make a massivevsoup today and will eat that until Wednesday Maureen I am not under 9'4 I am 60kg which is more I need to be 58kg max to lose gut. Good luck this week all definitely think not eating in the evenings has worked here

DoubleMum · 20/01/2013 10:01

noddy sometimes I can not eat in the evenings, others it seems like eating is all I can do.

namechanger11111 · 20/01/2013 10:04

How often do people weigh? I had feeling I'd lost some weight so had a sneaky weigh this morning and was 1lb down. I don't want to log it though in case it comes back before official weigh day on Tuesday. I'm wondering though if weighing only when i can feel I've lost something instead of once a week is such a bad thing?

noddyholder · 20/01/2013 10:05

I find if I eat something at about 6.30 I am fine. Afternoons I can't stop if I start! Soup helps

Notfootball · 20/01/2013 10:21

I weigh myself once a week, on Sunday morning before I eat/drink anything. I think it gives me the most accurate weight for the week.

noddyholder · 20/01/2013 10:27

Are we all only weighing once a week. I weigh every morning to keep on track.

buzzybuzzybeeshoes · 20/01/2013 10:29

Yesterday went wrong. Went over my limit by 876 cal but in my defence DH cooked. I do feel that if he disappears into the kitchen for FOUR (4) HOURS he could produce something more supportive than homemade cheese and onion pie with thick pastry, followed by homemade mince pies he is from the North West and likes pies It was 9pm before it appeared and I had already eaten a crisp sandwich

Today I have had muesli, chopped apple and real coffee. Muesli is Aldi Extremely Exotic, which is by some distance the nicest muesli in the world.

DoubleMum · 20/01/2013 10:33

Oh dear buzzy. He does know you're trying to lose weight doesn't he?!
I am weighing as a weigh-in on Tuesday mornings, but I do weigh myself most mornings as I don't like surprises.

DoubleMum · 20/01/2013 10:33

I must try that muesli BTW.
