I can't even bring myself to type in my weight because I am so ashamed :(

I need to lose 3.5 stone before the end of May (going on holiday with a thin friend) I am doing My Fitness Pal (calorie counting) and I am going to do 1200 calories a day. It's brutal I know but then so was the reading on my scales this morning.

Effing Nora :(

'Quiche of chiefs' ?

GetOrf · 10/01/2013 20:14

Oh I don't know. Low danger perhaps. But not low cal.

Better than egg and chips, anyway.

I have never eaten a sardine in my life.

BaublesAndCuntingCarolSingers · 10/01/2013 20:15

That sounds LUSH, how can it only be 300 calories?! Thank you PoohBear Thanks

Asda tinned mackerel is about 250 in sunflower oil, slightly lower in tomato.

I don't think I'm losing any weight but I'm certainly learning a lot!

It's no bloody wonder I'm such a lard arse. I mean I've got a basic idea of what's good and bad but I was all wrong about quantities.

Eg, I know cereal bars are shit, not filling, too much sugar, empty calories etc etc. but today I've had 1 cereal bar for breakfast, 1 two finger kit kat and an apple with lunch and I'm 9g over on sugar!

BaublesAndCuntingCarolSingers · 10/01/2013 20:20

I am over on sugar by a fair bit, 32g in fact. I've not eaten anything "bad" either. Pffffft. Most of it came from a yoghurt and a tin of frigging soup ffs.

Evening chubbers.

I've had (a) smaller dds bday today so tea out (steak with a very few chips) and (b) squits each morning for the last few days. Perplexing - no reason that I know of.

No such thing as tmi on this thread...

Oh, and if I were to weigh my tits I'd be able tk subtract a good half stone I reckon. Vast, they are.

BaublesAndCuntingCarolSingers · 10/01/2013 20:23

My tits are a separate entity.

Sneaky secret-sugar bearing fuckers!

My main problem is that I love carbs, and cheese, and cheesy carbs Sad

sassytheFIRST · 10/01/2013 20:23

Over on sugar here too. And vitamin c (hand up and neck snake thing).

Watching Waterloo road and thinking it is scarily like my real job - yeah right. NOT eating, NOT drinking wine.

GetOrf · 10/01/2013 20:23

Kaiser Fat Chiefs

I am sitting in the gym looking at the cow opposite me drinking wine whilst I faff around delaying going to get changed.

sassytheFIRST · 10/01/2013 20:24

Bet they are smaller than mind bups. Mine have their own solar system with moons, asteroids etc. 30j they are Hmm

GetOrf · 10/01/2013 20:26

I can't stand Waterloo Road.

Oh god getorf go to changing room and get exercising.

Did anyone see the updaate on mfp earlier 'x burnt 200 cals by exercising, including some mild stretching' made me laugh

Pinot · 10/01/2013 20:26

Bups! New thread? Chief!

Lizzylou · 10/01/2013 20:27

That aubergine recipe sounds fab, is it low fat mozarella Pooh? Or is that Mozzarella? Mozarrella?

I would love sardine al limone but alas Waitrose hasn't reached Lancashire, wonder if Booths do it. Is it own brand Maureen?

I can easily see that some of my old recipes were humungous amounts of calories, I would grate cheddar cheese onto curry if I could. Have been known too actually

BupcakesAndCunting · 10/01/2013 20:30

34ff here Sassy, so bigger round the back, smaller in the nork. I am Miss Trunchbull. Will do a new thread now.

Pinot · 10/01/2013 20:30

...and eat some cheddar whilst it's cooking Blush

BupcakesAndCunting · 10/01/2013 20:32

New thread for us to sweat all over

MaureenShit · 10/01/2013 22:04

I'm under by loads. Had toast at 9.45 instead of tea as I'd lost the will to live.

RowanMumsnet · 10/01/2013 22:35

Hello

We've moved this to Big/Slim/Whatever now.

shine0ncrazydiamond · 10/01/2013 23:14

shine0ncrazydiamond · 10/01/2013 23:14
