I can't even bring myself to type in my weight because I am so ashamed :(

I need to lose 3.5 stone before the end of May (going on holiday with a thin friend) I am doing My Fitness Pal (calorie counting) and I am going to do 1200 calories a day. It's brutal I know but then so was the reading on my scales this morning.

Does anyone rate the Graze boxes? I used to have them but troffed through them all in one go but cancelled them. I really liked them. Might be good for little end of day treats...

I have been super good okay, one small skinny latte, one mozarella salad, now baked Aubergine parmigiana (300 cals) if recipe works, and hat happens h tells me h ont be home for another hour Sad due o horrid accident on road. Feel awful to be so ean bu I am starving! Celery is a very boring snack.

LOL at meat sweats. Reminds me of when Joey tribbiani in Friends ate all of Monica's Thanksgiving turkey and he got the meat sweats.

Aubergine P

For 4

2x garlic cloves crushed
1x small bunch basil
1 tbsp sundries toms
1 x tin of cherry toms
1 xtsp runny honey
1 x tbsp thyme
4 x aubergines
2x mozarella balls
Parmesan and breadcrumbs

Cook garlic and finely chopped basil stems in oil for 1 min not browning, add chopped sundries toms, tin of toms, honey, thyme salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 mins
Leave subs while and cut slits in them fill slits with half the mozarella ball and basil leaf I each slit season. Put in baking tin/contraption and cover with the Tom mix and a dab of oil. Cook under foil 180 for approx 1hr, then take foil off and put on Parmesan and breadcrumbs and bake for 15 mins.

Hasn't finished yet though so could be Ming!
